I am also a qualified banker with (ACIB)-associate charterd Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. besides, I have the certificate of 1st Professional level completion of ACCA. Guy, in these three countries I bliv you can do ur master degree with HND without any graduate diploma but not in all the universities. Nigeria took the tradition of HND from UK and since 1992 UK has discontinued anything that has to do with HND programmes but most universities in UK until today still accept many graduates of HND with good grades meanwhile Nigeria on the other end still produce HND graduates every year and discriminate btw them and B.sc holders in the academic sector and even in the labour market[b]-------too bad naija[/b]. For detail concerning ur post, you can check the efforts of Nigerian HND holders studying in US and their words of encouragement to the general HND holders at home who are willing to pursue their masters degree in canada, UK and USA.

In my own opinion I think you should go to USA with such a visa bearing in mind the following:

Advantages
1. 160k in naija is not comparable to what u stand to make over there as long as u hv ur certs. in which u can do professional courses to boost urself.
2. Exposure to foreign land
3. A very good advantage for ur kids in terms of education
4. From fiance visa-----green card guarantteed
5. Better life 4 urself in terms of security and access to social amenities like good road, water, electricity etc
6. U stand d chance of doin better biz if u really want to do biz internationally.
7. After securing ur green card, u stand d chance of assisting ur family in terms of visiting or relocation

Disadvanges
1. when u get there initially u might not get a better job but it's just a matter of time
2. You might hv prob with their weather but i can assure that with time, u will cope
3. Distance from ur family but as long as ur wife to be is there 4u, guy notin do u men
4. Tax but as long as u r not idle, mennnn tax no be prob

Considering stay in naija, i think u should think abt d following
1. No job security here, what if u r sacked? consider how long it will take u to get another job.
2. considering political and economy upheavals
3. The Survival to make it with ur 160k in naija afetr getting married with family expenses, extended family expenses, house rent and many others is 50%

Yes,i was denied based because i won't be able to meet up with the resumption date if granted the permit, i was denied on friday,i have written my course coordinator to see if i can be given an extention or deferment letter,i am still waiting to hear from them,if they can grant me an an extention letter from school,i am automatically granted permit. Make una help me for prayer cuz i dnt know if them dey grant extention in sweden schools.

I told you earlier on that you should not trust most of these naija guys in malaysia because most of them are yahoo guys and they don't give a damn not to even scam their family to survive rather than distance pple. If u are still interested in schooling in malaysia, guy u can do everything all alone and whenever u have any prob, bring it here and let's give you advice and the way forward. From the look of things, peter has an informat here in naija who giving him info and that is the other igbo guy who is using ur identity (AK money). Just don't worry he will be put to justice soonest. As my name implies, collinsfbi, I fight injustice and corruption with my little weapons of mass distruction (investigation and writing) not minding d cost.

@collins do you mean your friend got a student visa with 5k? Is it after he has applied tru the school? Shed more light pls. And what airline charges 140k to malaysia?

Bliv it or not, i will never lie about this, after he got his admission letter, he was asked to pay a part payment which is not even up to $1000 which he did and he aaplied to malaysia embassy in abuja with his admission letter, evidence of payment and all other documents required of him and pay 5k naija money for visa application fee and after 2weeks he was issued a two yrs visa covering yrs of study. I never meant to say anything that will cause conflict here but am only try to say what I know, besides anyone travelling with less BTA is likely to face the doom of hell and regret in life time because such a person maybe luck to be denied entry. You never said anything that really pinched me guy but my advice is that you check every comments and links for confirmation b4 contributing ur own quota next time.

@AK Money, once again if u really wish to study in malaysia guy notin do u but my advice is to look for a cheap UNI and travel with student visa rather than visitng visa b4 applying because u will spend less and can travel with one way ticket. A friend who went sometimes ago got his visa at abuja with just 5k and one way ticket of about 140K, note, all these things you can do alone without involving any agent. Good luck
