If every student deserves a first class, they should be given! So you are happy with the scenario where a lecturer has a maximum number of ''As'' he intends to issue even before an exam takes place? Are you happy with a situation where a department has a preset maximum number of first class degrees to issue a particular set of graduates? Who knows how many UniIlorin students who deserve first class have been denied it just to keep the number low and impress fools like you?
