If a policy is not working then there must be something serving as an hindrance for the development hence excuse must comes In.

If I ask u why are not not richer than Davido won't u have to say something ?
That's also an excuse
Don't mind him. Folks think there is a magic wand to solve national problems. As if actions don't have consequences.

Good development. Tinubu is getting it right gradually. Most of Nigeria problem including poverty and insecurity can be traced to ineffective LG administration.
Story!! They are just as incompetent and useless as the State and Federal governments.

FamilyRe: My Children Receive ₦1 Million Naira Monthly From The Italian Govt by COMPAQ(m): 5:31pm On Jul 03, 2024
helinues:
A friend who just arrived Canada said he is also receiving close to a million naira monthly pending till he finds a job.

Our politicians do travel to those countries, they have kids, friends and family there, but for them to replicate the same always hard for them to do
1 million naira might sound like a lot to us here, was in the US that's just $666! Trust me, no full grown adult can survive on that in a month in the US if he's paying bills, not to talk off with the family.
PoliticsRe: FG Suspends Approval For Construction Of New Roads by COMPAQ(m): 9:02am On Jul 03, 2024
Max24:
Probably result of feedback. Tinubu is more responsive to good advice than Buhari. Buhari would have behaved as if he was deaf. What Nigeria needs is not a perfect leader but one that is responsive to constructive criticism. While Tinubu is not perfect he is a real democrat and the President Nigeria should have. Mark my words, Tinubu will end up being the best president Nigeria will have.
I sort of agree, but then he still approved his Coastal road project first, which is a contract given to his crony company Hi Tech.

Ordinarily, this coastal road should not have been awarded when we have the Lagos - Shagamu - Ore road in shambles!! As Well as most of the East West road, particularly Warri - Benin. The only section of the coastal road that is required and necessary now is the portion from Victoria Island to the Free Trade Zone to provide alternative transport to the over crowded Lekki - Epe expressway.

I know of the cost of production and a also know of the under declaration by the production companies.
Put two on two,and we will still end up with the figure I quoted.
The question now, should be, what happened to the non oil revenue which constitute almost 50% of the revenue shared at FAAC,despite the under declaration by the collection agencies and also corruption been displayed?
Guy, you no sabi. FG through NNPC owns only about 55% of the crude based on it's equity where in most joint ventures. Which silly under declaration? We always like to point the finger at others for our problems

grandstar:
Discos and Gencos have never pointed fingers at generator importers for sabotaging power supply. Never!

The problem is that power companies are forced to sell power at a subsidized prixe which obviously does not cover the cost of producing and distributing it.The price isn't cost reflective.

Government was supposed to make up for the subsidy but hasn't. The government owe Gencos $1.3bn and Discos N1.3trillion. Government has no money to pay subsidies

Only Band A customers pay a cost reflective price. As long as consumers pay a subsidized price, expect epileptic power supply
In Nigeria, we love to find people to blame stuff on. There is always one cartel or cabal causing everything wrong with us.

There is something fishy about the statistics quoted in the article. In broad terms $1mln will give you 1MW. So $2.7bln should give roughly 2700MW. How did it then generate 28,000MW!?

3 Gorges dam in China cost roughly $25bln and outputs 18,200MW!!

Meanwhile, na wettin dem write be this o....

For example, between December 2015 and December 2018, Egypt, a country of 114 million people, added 28,229 million MW to its national system, bringing its total installed capacity to 58,818 MW. This was accomplished, according to the International Trade Administration of the US Department of Commerce, through a fast-track initiative that installed 3,636 MW of power in 8.5 months at a cost of $2.7 billion.

According to the source, his new role is at the RCCG Region 1, Ebute Metta, where he will serve as the Pastor-in-Charge of elders.

Hmmm... This is serious o.

The man grew City Of David to enviable hight after the passing of Pastor Eskom Mfon.

To now transfer him to Ebute Metta HQ is tantamount to rendering him redundant and to say the least useless.

Ebute Metta Head Cutters Quarters does not allow bling bling for Pastor's wife. You have to dress like mommy GO. No hearings. No make up.

As a man you must be able to caution your wife.

This decision would have been very difficult for daddy GO to reach.

Hope it ends well.
That's exactly why they're sending them there! It's a subtle case of if you can't conform to doctrine then leave the church by yourself

Ogun State should have been in the league of Oil producing States long ago but it's better late than never.
On what basis exactly? Besides finding oil I'm the ground is not the same as producing it.

First it has to be in commercial quantities. Then even if it is, it needs to be developed before being produced. Funding it to producing it can take 5 to 10 years.

You are very smart and totally understand the game and the most painful part of it is that the humongous forex needed for the game will be sourced from Nigeria’s already depleted forex market..meaning that this dollar crisis and uncontrollable inflation and high prices in market is not going away soon
Which game!? Skepticism go kill you. But I kinda understand though, given Nigerians antecedents. But why not verify from someone working there and see if they are actually refining products instead of just being negative based on skepticism.
