Never get your flesh where you get your bread ...... Mafia Manager Try and decipher what it means.... |
deeswagger:@op please stop talking about sending pictures of tellers. If I hear you mention teller again, I will give you seven hard knocks on the head. What I want to hear is "bank alert " Abi what bank are you using that doesn't send alerts? now that we've settled that, let's sit down and think a little... Given the type of ruckus you are creating over this, it will be difficult to remove all if he eventually pay up. If by the end of today he hasn't paid up, we all have a responsibility to force him to pay by broadcasting his pictures, family pictures and phone numbers on social media. Let's Make him popular than "liar Mohammed" He should either pay or return the goods. I have been scammed before by one "Mishael Amos" from Warri so I feel your pain. This guy will pay or he won't have any peace. Will go to work on him now. Above all, take heart and be wise next time. |

Last night, I subscribed for the N25 for 500mb night plan. something told me to check my data usage with the "data monitor app" on my phone before starting: 633mb so far this month (from my normal Etisalat sub). I started surfing and at 824mb so far this month, my browsing stopped. The next thing I saw was "MTN data reset" page How did the my usage above equal 500mb? (Do the subtraction) Meanwhile, I am on pulse. MTN are thieves I tell you. No more subscription on MTN until their head is reset. And I was about to subscribe for the 1K for 1.5GB package. Etisalat... here I come... |

STEP BY STEP METHOD TO UPDATE YOUR ANTIVIRUS OFFLINE (AVAST, AVG ETC) As a matter of fact, there are so many computers out there with out-dated antivirus databases which literally make them a haven of viruses themselves. What you probably don’t know is that you can update your antivirus without connecting your computer directly to the internet. You will still have to download the update file from the internet, but you can always use or borrow somebody else laptop with internet connection which can be used to download the update and then install it on other computers. For example, the most popular antivirus that I have seen is Avast (free version). But you will be surprised at the number of computers with out-dated antivirus whilst the owners have a false confidence of security. Many times, some clients argue with me that it is impossible for their system to be infected because they have an antivirus installed. This is where I patiently explain to them that new viruses are coming out every day hence the antivirus provider’s needs to provide new antivirus updates that can stop these new threats which is all the logic behind updating. But before we get started, here are some important tips you must note first: IMPORTANT TIPS 1.) It is not advisable to use a flash drive to copy the update file and use on another system Reason: If the system is infected, it will also corrupt the update file on your flash drive and you will be unable to install it. The solution: Burn it on CD. That way it doesn’t get corrupted 2) It is also better to add the update file to an archive (zip or rar) if you cannot burn it on cd. (See screenshot below) Reason: Archiving provides an additional layer of protection because I discovered that some (not all) viruses do not infect archived files. Lets get started.. HOW TO UPDATE AVAST ANTIVIRUS OFFLINE (ON A COMPUTER WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION) So, how do you update your Avast antivirus offline? 1) First, Click Here to go to the Avast update download page 2) Click on the version of Avast you have on your computer (Avast 4 and below, Avast 5 and above e.t.c. 3) Your download should start automatically Once, you have finished downloading, you can copy the exe file on a flash drive and use it to update as many computers as possible. HOW TO USE Just double click or right click on the downloaded file →the update installation starts automatically. There is an update to the mode of payment of National Open University – NOUN school fees. Before now, students simply have to visit the nearest branch of designated banks such as Zenith Bank or Skye Bank to make payments which immediately reflects on their E-wallet. But starting from the semester that commenced on January, 2016, the old payment method is no longer applicable and has been changed to a new method. Students of the National Open University who want to pay their fees must first generate a RRR code from their portal which they will now use to make payment at the Bank. The new payment processor is Remita. Remita is an e-Payments and e-Collections solution on a single multi-bank platform. From inside your portal, they generates the unique RRR code that is then taken to the bank and then used to make payments. Here is the step by step method on paying the new method of paying NOUN school fees with the RRR code: 1) Log in to your portal using your student details (Matric number and Password) 2) Click on “Make payment on Remita” link inside your portal. 3) You will be taken to the page below where you can enter the amount you want to pay 4) After that click on generate RRR code 5)You will be given a unique code which you will take to the bank and use to make payment. 6) It is better if you can print out the code by capturing the page and printing it out.
