You are a stupid fool for your statement.. you are praying for the stupid Mend to fight against their country, now if the war begins, can you even wait to smell the smoke?

Preach peace and not War lipsrsealed
What has all the people from the left wing preaching peace or referring to their fate as fate of peace caused the world today?

You're just being delusional and ignorant.

What do you expect? When the Duara Dullard wants to use the oil money from Niger Delta to settle his boys all in the name of negotiation.

That was how the APC scammed Nigerians with this propaganda of crushing bokoharam, now they want to negotiate with terrorists.

Obama meets with Nigeria's Buhari on countering Boko Haram

U.S. President Barack Obama met with Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday at the White House and said the two planned to discuss cooperating to counter the extremist group Boko Haram, among other topics.

The visit marks the first time Buhari has visited the White House since being elected in March in what was hailed as Nigeria's first democratic transition of power in decades.

A country that refused us help in our time of need, yet we must all go and bow to them every time power changes hands? We should indeed send a high powered delegation to Turkey, China, Ukraine and Russia. These were our true friends in our times of need and our partners in development. Take a moment and think, what infrastructural change has US Of A helped Nigeria with eg( RUSSAL = RUSSIA), CHINA= Railway Abj-Kad, Roads.. Enugu - Cameroon ... Ukraine.. equipped us etc..
USA = Gay Marriage...

Nigerian Leaders..... SMH
Good point. We should be better off forming close ally with Russia and China than the USA, that refuse to offer any help when we needed them.
PoliticsBREAKING: 100 Killed In 'boko Haram' Attack In NE Nigeria - AFP by Comsol(op): 6:01pm On Jul 02, 2015
Maiduguri (Nigeria) (AFP) - Suspected Boko Haram militants killed close to 100 people in attacks on homes and mosques in a northeastern Nigerian village, witnesses said Thursday.

"The attackers have killed at least 97 people," a local from Kukawa village, who gave his name as Kolo and who said he had counted the bodies, told AFP.

A fisherman who witnessed Wednesday's attack corroborated the death toll.

"They wiped out the immediate family of my uncle...They killed his children, about five of them, and set his entire house ablaze," Kolo said.

Another witness called Babami Alhaji Kolo who fled to Maiduguri, the capital of Borno state where the attack took place, said more than 50 militants stormed the village early Wednesday evening.

"The terrorists first descended on Muslim worshippers in various mosques who were observing the Maghrib prayer shortly after breaking their fast," he said.

"They... opened fire on the worshippers who were mostly men and young children.

"They spared nobody. In fact, while some of the terrorists waited and set most of the corpses on fire, others proceeded to houses and shot indiscriminately at women who were preparing food," he said.

BusinessRe: My Startup Hotels.ng Just Raised $1.2m. Ask Me Anything by Comsol:
First I'd say a massive congratulations to you on this great achievement.

I have been a great admirer of you and what you do. I was just discussing this your giant stride with a group of colleagues yesterday that are very ambitious in what they do also.

My questions are as follow,

1. Do you think that the success of a product can be highly dependent on its design at the first stages of a startup? This is because I have seen some horrible designs that have enjoy great success in recent times.

2. You said you code all day on a typical day, what if as an entrepreneur you're not so savvy in coding, will it be a good idea in finding a technical talent? If yes, how do you go about it?

3. What 3 best advice can you give young entrepreneurs that are true to what they do

Thank you.

cc Seun, we also discussed about you that there's need to step up your game, nairaland has huge huge potentials, case in point things like this AMA. We believe you'll get there someday.

This thread has made my day, a topic for discuss with my colleagues today. Kudos

truth be told. I didn't expect that scanner to be in nigeria just yet. Great job by the governor though am more interested in angiography CTs. I didn't see anywhere in the write up where they said he bought those.
Likewise me. I was thrilled to have seen this installed here as at now because you could barely count the total numbers of this CT installed globally from Toshiba.

God bless Akpabio for this and God bless Nigeria.

That's a cardiac CT scanner. I now know what scanner he bought. If that's what he installed then that's great. Thanx 4 the information. But that just means it's a heart centre he built cos scanners are known to be solely exclusive for heart CTs.
Great joy grin

There us nothing like a 640 CT. What is in thr market is a 64 slice CT. The best commercially available CT is the 128 slices. I work with these machines so I know.
Please try and be upto speed in your profession. That's the way forward in this information age. I'm sure by now it should be available in a commercial scale

Hello bnstl is it advisable to offload my fcmb now? I've made some paper profit but since last week I've seen this paper profit keeps dwindling.

Should I still hold till they release their Q1 result? Anything positive coming out from them? Your expertise advise and tips would be much appreciated.

Thank you guys

You have to do it physically in the 1st instance then subsequent ones could be done electronically (in my case anyway)
Elai147:
Complete and sign the e-dividend form and send it by post to Naija. Then ask any of your relatives to take the form to your bank to affix their signature. After the bank's signature your relative should post it to the registrars. A registered post is recommended. Some branches of First bank doesn't charge for this service. Follow up with an email to the registrars to confirm whether they have received your post. You may also need to ask your broker to send a specimen of your signature to the registrars, if you bought from the secondary market.
Thank you guys. Sure I can get the form to any branch of my bank to get their signature affixed through my relative? I really need to get this sorted since I have not claimed any dividend from my investments for the past 6 years because I'm away. Though I do get dividend warrants by post that are all expired.

when there is an existing mandate with any registrars, I would normally deal with them by email. Some of them needed several reminders. Eventually they were all effected! I made it plain to them that i am a non-resident nigerian so no cumbersome requirement. The only one that gave me a bit of headache was Centurion until i escalated it to the deputy registrar
Please how do I go about activating my e-dividend warrants as a non-resident Nigerian? With the requirement of going to your bank for signature, is there anything I can do to get them activated without me coming to Nigeria?

Thanks
