Our heavenly Father, We bless you today. We thank you Lord for your faithfulness, your mercy and love towards us. We come before you to appreciate you for your grace upon our families.

Indeed, we are grateful, ancient of days our hearts are filled with gratitude, for you alone have seen us through from January to February, your grace kept us from March to April, your mercy took us from May to June, your Love has been a banner over us from July to August, you have been our very present help from October till now. We exhort you because we know that you will see us thru the remaining of the year even as we put our trust in you.

Thank you Lord, for how far you have brought our husbands and kids. We bless you because as we go about our activities in the remaining of this year, we will gain speed. Lost opportunities will be recovered. Restoration will come to us and our household. Our heaven will remain open and our earth will continue to produce.

Favour will attend our ways. The treasures of darkness and riches in secret places will gravitate to us and our families. We will see no more disappointment neither will we be stranded. Our meal barrels will not be empty.

Meanwhile, today was our 4 months immunization. I am so so thankful to God that my babies are super healthy and adding weight well.

As we are talking about cream things, let me ask. I have been using only chicco massage oil on my babies body (excluding the face) and sometimes coconut oil when I make, but I noticed my baby's face is lighter than their body despite the fact I don't rub cream on face. Is it normal? ??

I think its normal, my baby's face is lighter than his body despite the fact that I don't rub cream on his face.

My solution feed her 90-120 Mls of formula every 2 hours as she's exclusively formula fed right?

Burp her well during and after each feed.

Do tummy time by placing her on her tummy but keep an eye always.

Bicycle her legs with her laying on her back.

Massage with warm water.

He was extremely agitated even after being fed and changed.
Is it too early for him to have colic?
Also I have not been religiously taking hot pepper soup and uda. I have taken cold water on some occasions. Is this really bad?
My tummy has been going down on its own without hot water pressing tying. Does tying hasten d process?
My Lochia has almost stopped too. Is this normal after 10 days post Partum. I am still scared if tying my tummy as I can feel my uterus when I touch my tummy, l don't want to injure my self

Congratulations!

Colic happen in their first 3 months of life, so I won't say its too early. Help baby massage his navel/tummy morning and evening, massaging as in u put a piece if cloth inside hot water, squeez and place on the it, remove then place again. Then, occasionally put baby on his tummy while sleeping but pls, don't do that unsupervised, u will have to watch over him.

Pls, I will advice you stop that cold water now, I know its tempting but try.

I did not tie any cloth or wear ppbelt neither did I press my tummy, but my tummy is back to its pre-pregnancy state though not immediately. That Lochia can be deceiving sometimes, it can stop for awhile only to return after.

Pls don't allow do this do that from outsider confuse u o, that thing can be annoying.

Shea butter aka ori is jst fine my opinion for baby skin... I mix coconut oil prepared by me to d cream and we r good to go.. No skin issues.. Better complexion..

That was how my friends advised me to melt ori and mix with funbact A and dettol for my baby to use as body cream from 2 weeks old another said I should dilute salon with water and be using it to rub his body just because they want baby's skin to be fair and smooth. I just told them OK.

Me that I am team Vaseline or ori, anyone that is available between the two and up till now, no single trace of rashes on him.

God help us with end time advice all because dem born before person.

I think its 15 months, not 12. That's our next appointment though and with many that I know?

All are important cos from there you will be given immunization certificate which can be requested when your child is ready for school.

Good question, pls mamas answer cos I saw one pregnant lady in the market asking me to help her choose for her newborn and I advised her against it but she was telling me those ones are too espensive, not even grade A, e don pass fairly used self. I helped her select but within me I was not comfortable wearing Ok for a newborn. I will love to hear mothers' response on this.

One of my twin boys has cough and catarrh since Monday this week i took them to the hospital and the first one has been cured but the second one is still have running nose. They are 5months today. Please what can i do to eliminate the running hose. They have both taken antibiotics.

U can do hot inhalation/steaming for him but don't add anything just d hot water is okay, if mucus comes out, you can help him suck it out gently if you can. Just suck the way you suck bone marrow.

This gas thing is beginning to get to me.
1) She grunts and stretches anything she wants to pass gas, and now she'd fold her legs when she pees. I was told infacol or gripe water but we dey EBF and I'm worried about giving it to her. and someone else said nospamin

2) And she has this wheezing thing she does when she eats or sleeps. I complained but was told nothing in her throat, two days after the attached picture came put of my baby, twice. Thick mucus. And The wheezing I can still hear it but reduced though. I have been giving her vitc once daily, started three days ago.

3),What can I use oo. And one more thing, she doesn't suck that well. I'd even force her to suck after five minutes and she will begin to cry. Five minutes and she's done, will remove her mouth and off to sleep. What can I do? I am lactating enough and I even learnt to express the foremilk out a bit before I breastfeed so that the little she takes is d hindmilk. She sleeps and sleeps and sleeps. Feeds inky like five times in a day, maybe twice at night, even with abidec.

3) when she feeds these days, she poos while or right after feeding and it is green and a lil foamy. She hardly poos now and only when she feeds or just fed.

4) what can i use for diaper rash? Its this red patch on her vulva and butthole. Should i change hee diaper? We used huggies withe a ribbed effect and now we use one without. Someone recommeded Pampers premium.


She is 6 weeks old now.
