Iru doesn't have any implication on pregnancy, its just a normal natural seasoning we use to cook. Also, eating it raw has a great positive effect on eyesight. She can eat it anytime.

But be ready to brush after eating it.

Never hrd that it boost milk production sha! But if u must eat it raw, let it be the fresh ones and not dried ones. Also, becareful with the salt cos most sellers add too much salt, you can buy without it been salted.

A family friend told my mom that a child not breastfeeding can be the work of 'awon aye'. She said the baby will be seeing a pair of eyes glaring at her when she tries to suck and that the remedy is a leaf used to wash the breast. Pls who has heard of this before and how true is it

went to the hospital yesterday and the doc placed me on quinine 1tab 2ice daily. He said itz perfectly safe but me they take am 1tab once daily. I no want stories that touches and so far, I feel good aside my persistant ear pain which doc said nothing to be used that the boil will burst on his own. patiently waiting it bursts cuz d drawing pain is hell... Thanks to all maamas here, am officially going to have 24hrs rest today....

2 cubes is okay
Use ur discretion with the quantity of d palm oil.
The solution should not be too thick nor too watery. just a paste like but very light.
Give every 2 hrs.
Only for mild cough sha.

As an adult, hot water + Honey + lime + ginger is a great home remedy for cough.

Massage his tummy especially the navel area. Do this morning and evening, put a piece of cloth in hot water squeeze and gently place it, remove and place again. This was what worked for me, I didn't use any medicine.

Also, another home remedy for cough is steaming without adding anything, let them inhale the hot steam, it works better when they cry so that the steam touch their throat. This has been my solution and its working for me. Also, that system is prescribed by a friend Dr.
