They better free them ooo because Piratebay.org is where I do all my correct games and latest Box office movie downloading absolutely 4 free. These guys are the greatest inventors(hackers) on earth and I think they should be celebrated and not condemned

Music/Radio / Re: D Banj Or Don Jazzy...who Is Doing Better After Split by ConcernMan: 4:29pm On Sep 05, 2012
Although it is too early to judge the duo but I must be honest with you Dbang has seriously lost inspiration. J Sleek (his current producer) must be definitely deceiving him. The guys just go into the studio and produce noise, then using media propaganda and graphic album cover try to force it down our throat. I say I reject that in Jesus Name. Can one compare Oyato with Fall in Love or Suddenly? Never. My take is that it is high time Dbanj better reconcile with Don Jazzy or the later does so whoever is at fault between them.
Music/Radio / Flavour Vs Nigga Raw Your Preferred by ConcernMan: 10:57am On Sep 05, 2012
While Nice successful broke into the booming music industry with his core yoruba styled raps songs, Nigga Raw and Flavour are not left out in their Igbo styled music but the duo can be said to be battling it out on who becomes the area father at the East side. I have had a seriously heated arguments with friends from the 4 corners of Nigeria on who is the best among the duo. So Nairalanders the floor is open. What is your take
Politics / Re: Patience Jonathan Diagnosed With Ruptured Appendicitis by ConcernMan: 6:39am On Sep 05, 2012
dedeike: From Saharareporters to Premium times. I wonder why these blackmailers always love online news papers rather than the established print media in Nigeria.
Why don't these paid hirelings on Nairaland quote the likes of THISDAY, VANGUARD, PUNCH, GUARDIAN, and even their paymasters NATIONNEWSPAPERS?

The reason is simple. These online media platforms offer pure and unadulterated falsehood for their propaganda machinery. They have no means for verification of the authencity of its reports.

God bless you so much. This has always being my view
They just quote sources that are anonymous and the deal is done. It's simple. Just cook up c.ock and bull stories and engage an IT expert to upload it online. That is the height of faceless journalism.

A colleague of mine told me in the office that he will start believing anything from SAHARAREPORTERS whenever he sees their representative in any press briefing or conference. And I agree with him.

Phones / What Is The Cheapest Nigerian Network To Make Intl Calls by ConcernMan: 12:19pm On Aug 22, 2012
Some of my close friends within the last 10 months relocated to Uk,USA and Togo. Although we kept in touch through Facebook and BB, calling them is hell as my MTN Talkon plan charge me unreasonably whenever I put a call across. I seriously need help fron Nairalanders to tell me the best network to call intl numbers at the cheapest rate.
Celebrities / Re: Don-Jazzy Donates N2M To Funmi Lawal Cancer Patient by ConcernMan: 5:41pm On Aug 21, 2012
I personally know the Fumni of a girl. She was my colleague in the Law school Lagos campus. The last time I saw her she was carrying one of her shoulder so I told my friend look at how this girl was "forming". Unknown to me that she was dying in silent. She was the Assistant Group One Leader. To my greatest surprise, when we finished(just last 2 weeks) I got a message that the girl was dying of cancer and there was an urgent need to fly her abroad. May God reward Don Jazzy a million fold.

Politics / Re: Magistrate Orders Lawyer To Frog-jump For Noise-making by ConcernMan: 3:23pm On Jul 20, 2012
Contempt is any act or omission(conduct) which diminish the authority of court. The court has an inherent power to punish for contempt. Contempt is the only crime that is not written in any law book or statute in Nigeria. It had been held in several cases by the Supreme Court that the power of a court to punish for contempt is not at variance with section 36(11) of the 1999 Constitution as amended which provides that no man can be punished for an offence which is not contained in any law in force in Nigeria. It is important to state that the purpose of punishing for contempt is not to bolster the ego of the Judge but rather to maintain the dignity of the court. The magistrate here went too far in asking an advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria to frog jump. I earnestly hope that the NBA in the state involved will not take this likely with this magistrate. I expect them to picket against him/her. Remember this same thing played out sometime early this year in Aba when a female judge ordered a lawyer to mount the table. the NBA Aba Branch never took this likely. they staged a bitter protest against her and even locking up her court room. The CJ of the state was forced to intervene but the NBA insisted that she must be transfered out of Aba. What this magistrate did was self serving and I expect a respond from NBA.

Religion / Re: In Whose Name Do Atheist Swear In Court? by ConcernMan: 10:29pm On Jun 23, 2012
Please note that there are two options open to witnesses in court. You either swear on oath or you make an affirmation. Atheist when asked to choose any of the two options usually opt for the latter option
Education / Re: UNILAG Renamed 'Moshood Abiola University' by ConcernMan: 12:03pm On May 29, 2012
I think a clue should be taken from what happened to Imo State University when the university was changed to Evan Enwerem University. The university community rebelled at the imposotion by the the then infamous Ohakim. Rochas came and reason prevailed. The name was restored. Unilag is too big to be used to play this kind of dirty politics. Already there is Moshood Abiola Polythenic. Why change the name of this precious institution. WHY!!!!! The answer is not far fetched: 2015.

I have followed your comments for about a year now in alomst all information medias in the internet: vanguard, punch to mention but a few.I noticed you have that sahararepoters attitude (unrepentant persimist) who will never see anything goood with government. I am not saying that being a government critics is wrong but honestly you are being highly unreasonable about it.
Islam for Muslims / Is It Safe To Call Yoruba Muslims Shite Muslim While Hausa Muslims The Sunni Mus by ConcernMan: 8:49pm On May 02, 2012
The Yoruba Muslims generally in their practice of Islam have shown to be one of the most liberal interpreters of the Holy book, the Quran. Staying with them, it seems like they see the religion more often as an instrument for the edification of the spirit and of personal salvation rather than the attitude of; “if you are not for me then you are against me”.Their Hausa counterpart seems to have a different attitude if one may not be mistaking. Their attitude seems as if they see Islam as a heritage, a sacred order for which only their 'Priestley' tribe can practice. They are the original while others are fake. They are the Sunni Muslims while others are Shittes. Do you think this assertion is right guys?

Culture / Will You Give Your Child Tribal Mark In This 21st Century by ConcernMan: 9:00pm On Apr 22, 2012
I was walking in trafalgar square yesterday with some of my school friends(whites). A man walked by and asked me of direction. After showing him the way, he thanked me and left. This man had a very very thick tribal mark on his face and judging from him accent I presume he must be a yoruba man. My friends asked me why he had a 'Cat' mark on his face. I replied that it was one of the cultural traits we have in my country(Nigeria). I told them that it is used to beautify new born babies(correct me if I'm wrong). They asked me whether this custom still persist in this era? To the best of my knowledge I don't know I told them that I'm not too sure. Guy what do you think? Children born in this contemporary world are they still being given tribal marks?
