Happy New Week All

I will be spending most of my week with my goats. Time to do it the right way. If left to keep free ranging, I don't see my plantain farm surviving this harmattan season.

My goats don turn wild animal . I literally have to start searching for them in the bush. Only the ducks came to say Hi; my goats tear race enter bush on sighting me... Hahahahahaha. I guess they think I dey come pick them sell again.

Of course, it's always advisable to connect pulse chargers from the first day of installing a new battery as it would help with the longevity of ur batteries.

Please is it advisable to connect a new battery with a pulse repair charger?

@ Ceejay , saintace and other gurus my car battery is up, before nepa took light at around 3am this morning I checked the pulse repair charger it was at 14.5V, 0.7A , this morning I just put battery back in the car and low and behold it started the car, though battery has been down for about 3 weeks now, by the time I measured the voltage yesterday before plugging it to the charger, it measured just 5.2V
Ceejay thank you for this thread and for digging out the pulse repair charger

Am not using an inverter, I wanted to power just DC loads, on 40AH battery 2 DC fans rated 15 watts and 3. 5watt dc bulb.we use to have regular power supply but lately is been bad may be 8 hours morning time and 8 hours night, but few days ago it’s been close to 22 hours a day

haywire1:
Kindly post the picture of your inverter and battery.. thanks

.

@ saintace if one has a lower battery rating between 40-100 AH I believe the charger am using ( the orange model) is ok , or under 200AH

I bought the orange model because of lower battery units we are likely to have

saint2ace:
Awesome, this is the one we're used to.....

This one,

saint2ace:
The charger will work very well with setup, in ur first picture u had a charger that was yellow and not orange in colour, can u take a pics of that charger alone and post...

I bought the chargers for about 3 people including myself, I have 40ah, battery (new)and I have a 150 watt mono panel though I intend to upgrade

saint2ace:
Then u guys are fortunate to have steady power at least for now, so enjoy it while u can. And for ur reason for buying the charger, what did u want to use it with?
