Itsrm:Aaannd . . . That is where the part of ‘ignorance’ comes into play ![]() |
groovie:That code is for your secondary heated oxygen sensor. The one under your car near your catalyst. It’s due for a change |
Itsrm:I’m glad you noticed he skipped telling us that part of his story ![]() |
iamme1234:Which vgc are you chilling in? The oshogbo own abi? ![]() You be real maga Smelling afonja ritualist |
735i:please do. Take afternoon and night ones with the headlights on and off too ![]() |
iamme1234:It’s swear not swell ![]() Go school you say lie lie, na kill and chop dead body una say una wan do Mugu people |
mediclife1987:But you believe money can be made by killing people and cutting their body parts for rituals abi? ![]() |
MICHEALADEX:No, look at him very well. Isn’t he your uncle? ![]() |
fk001:No offence taken no two men can see or perceive life in the same light or color, it is how the good lord created this world. What is freedom? What is contention? Some people still don’t understand the basics of these two words. See bro, let me tell you something a wise man once told me concerning this life you and I found ourselves living in . . . God created us humans to be the same but there’s a reason he made all the fingers on each of our hands and feet unequal , once you understand this very basic concept of life you will be fulfilled in whatever endeavor you put your might into. “Life is hard - Life is hard” , my guy it,s a giant lie , this life is very very easy but it is the way we chose to live it and the choices we make right from birth that makes it harder and harder for us. Let me give some examples below : A man who decided not to go to school will not be cracking his brain at every examination trying to pass his papers or think of spending money for fees and books. Forget about being an illiterate, 70% of Nigerians are illiterates already and their lives have not ended, their families still feed and survive. A man who decides to live in his village compound and farm will not be cracking his brain about where money for next years rent will come out from or where the next meal for him or his family will fall from. Our forefathers lives such long lives and they were happy. A man who decides to build a small one bedroom bungalow on a quarter plot of land will spend 20% of the amount the next man who builds a mansion on 2 plots of land would spend. They now both have houses in their names but one of them will keep spending more and more to furnish and maintain his house than the other. You choose to buy a Bugatti veyron and your neighbor chose to buy his Volkswagen Beetle (ijapa) , you both now have vehicles, but only the amount to service the Bugatti veyron will cost 100 times the amount used in purchasing the beetle. Mr. A has decided to keep only one babe and Mr. B decided to keep more than 3 girlfriends, of course Mr. B will eat enough coochie BUT the headaches, overhead costs and hide and seek he will be involved in concerning those women will be something Mr. A can never understand. You want to get married and decided to pursue a higher class babe from an upscale background and the other guy wants to get married to but chose to go back to his village to get a wife, you both will get married oh but the lifelong maintenance and expenditures concerning both women can never be in the same bracket right from the wooing stage to the family stage. Instead of you to barb gorimakpa you decided to keep dreadlocks, gorimakpa needs only N300 to accomplish but you will keep spending at least N2k on products and maintenance for your dreadlocks if you don’t want to end up looking like a mad man. You decided to buy iPhone 14 pro max for N900k and I decided to buy itel p15 for N35k, they both go on the internet, check emails, do WhatsApp and instagram, take pictures etc BUT the maintenance concerning both devices can never be on par. The second hand replacement screen for the iPhone will buy 50 pieces of the itel I’m using. I can go on and on with more examples but the basic fact is that in the scenarios above, both of the those men think they are free and contented in their own peculiar ways which may or may not look like so to observers and onlookers outside their sandbox of life. Learn to tailor fit your lifestyle in a way that it will be right in your own eyes first and stop thinking of what others will perceive of the way you’re living it. Just be upright, law abiding and honest in all your endeavors.

735i:Wow, this is news. For real? |
fk001:Yes it’s true, vehicles are machines and things do get screwed up on a whim especially if it’s caused by a factory defect but concerning the issue of hitting your sump on the floor and damaging it to expose an oil leakage I will chalk up to carelessness or inexperience. I mean, your vehicle is low, the road is terrible yet you decided to chuuk head and even did so without reducing your speed of course anything that happens next is definitely your fault. Then when I was little, a classmate of mine’s dad was a taxi driver. He had 3 other siblings and that man trained all of them from nursery to university on a regular city taxi service job with his 504. I know this was over 25 years ago but if it was possible then tell me why it isn’t possible now especially as those same city taxis are still very much in operation with family men manning their wheels? ![]() |
735i:Well I can’t argue with the bolded but unless you choose to keep driving the dated models of those vehicles you must now have to make do with their new white led illuminated cluster designs ![]() |
pope191:Yep, any counters about that argument? |
lakoomoyi:Erm . . . It’s like I’m among the other 25% because I don’t want to kill my own boss . . . I only want to piss on his bald head ![]() |
735i:Then why did they now change the cluster design of their more recent models to have just white lights? I think you should go back to those forums or groups where bmw owners first queried the company concerning the red lights to know why their rationale was no longer viable today ![]() Or safe to say they were making a mistake all along ![]() |
kingreign:Exactly. I can never get why those manufacturers used those horrendous blue and red lights in the old models. Thankfully they’ve learned from their mistakes. Truly these Japanese people tend to think ahead of their time in many things concerning the automobile industry. Till date Toyota still has the best hybrid system on any vehicle, go figure. |
kingreign:Gbam! We hate fallacies ![]() It turns our stomachs upside down ![]() |
BAZ001:Abeg oh, leave that guy and Mohammed. Those two na terrorists for this forum Abi you no see as that other one ready chuuk him prik for my mouth? ![]() wahala dey |
fk001:In the case of engine knocking, compressor seizing or gearbox spoiling it’s all the resultant effects ignorance or improper maintenance. In the case of accidents I will like to re-introduce you to a fairly old concept called comprehensive insurance ![]() |
In the pictures below, to me oh . . . The only thing that the Volkswagen used in defeating the bmw is that the needle and dials had a different tone of colors if not they are the same thing ![]() Maybe it’s just me but I hate the use of the same color of led bulbs on more than 90% of the instrument cluster lighting except it’s in white ![]()
|
735i: Oga calm down na, just agree that he won you in the debate that’s all ![]() |
YeyeGbami:Even If it’s your own car oh or a partners own, if you’re not up to the task of maximizing your time driving on ehailing you won’t still make any headway. My brother, even if you give some people the right amount of good tools they won’t still know how to use it satisfactorily to perform a given task. It’s how the world is.
|
Pearl1910:My brother, it is what it is. I urge folks to contact cheerful or musa to see if they can cut soap for them to at least make some headway in the game. We need to work smart and not hard.
|
BAZ001: ![]() This man, you nor go go heaven lie lie I swear down ![]() |
Enimin:Heewu god! See temptation So you follow me from politics section reach here? ![]() I say NO I reject the spirit of vawulence on this thread this OctoberGo and wait for me in politics section I will deal with you there, let’s leave these peaceful people alone |
Haaa Is this man okay at all? |
Antihelminth:People spend 99% of their entire ownership life of a vehicle in its cockpit. If I was purchasing a car I’d look very closely at its dashboard and how comfy the seats and cargo space are before considering the body style and shape. Any vehicle with red lights on its cluster will never be owned by me for a long period of time. |
kingreign:Still ugly ![]() why not highlight the numbers in the dials of the speedometer and rpm to be white and the needles to be the usual red? ![]() Why red throughout? It’s not nice to the eyes at night I swear. Maybe it will need some getting used to but I’d rather have the bulbs for the dials changed to white or light blue |
Antihelminth:Whenever you’re sitting in a vehicle and driving, there are only two places your eyes are supposed to be. 1. The windscreens/windows to see where you’re going 2. Your instrument cluster on your dashboard to see your speedometer and warning/fault lights. I have no issues with the number 1, is the number 2 that gets to me |
Chai! Can you imagine ![]() Just See how ugly that red light made the dashboard look the worse it that they used it EVERYWHERE without even highlighting one or two spots KAI! That’s the only reason I hate bmw’s. |
Antihelminth:Did it come like that from factory? must I mod before I get rid of it? But seriously though, don’t tell me they still implement that orange cluster backlight even till their current generation models ![]() |
ReadaDream:The main issue with this hustle and it’s effects on your vehicle should be mainly the depreciation of your suspension components due to the terrible road conditions in the country. Oyibo use their vehicles for taxi and put roughly 30-40k miles on their odometers a month and still sell such vehicles to us here as tokumbos. It all boils down to their maintenance culture. Using original parts and timely services due to their smog checks and such. I’ve seen a 2018 Toyota Camry with 610k miles that was used as a taxi in usa still going strong and everything sound here in Nigeria before and there are thousands of such examples in the dealer parking lots here in this country waiting for unsuspecting buyers all because they have dubiously rolled back it’s mileage. In fact, apart from rust and accidents their taxis last a long time on the road. Even their rentals are the same story. Take care of your vehicle and it will work well for you . . . Period. Just keep money for suspension work and resprays after okada scratching and bashing ![]() |
