You can't avoid using your legs for the rest of the day, after doing painful squats.
It's easier to experience muscle pull or leg cramps during or after exercising. Believe me . . . they are by far, much more agonising than any other cramp elsewhere.
Yet . . . we still do them.

redon12: My fiance blocked me on WhatsApp three years ago, I couldn't reach her on phone either. I couldn't reach her mum and two sisters, trying to understand why she blocked me and why I couldn't reach her Family.
Two days later I saw her traditional wedding pictures on Facebook. It was the cruelest thing that ever happened to me.
I didn't have much money then so I could understand why she left. But I spent every dime I had on her, the sex was good and I was always there when she needed me.
All this happened three years ago, I felt that because she left me abruptly her life was supposed to be miserable, but she really is doing well, I have been stalking her all the way, I attended her wedding and her graduation, though quite conspicuous in the act, she drives the latest cars now, the last time I heard about her she was leaving the country to the UAE to deliver her second child. And still nothing bad happened to her.
I still can't get over her my life is miserable. But then all those years she left and I had time for myself to think clearly and learn web development skill, I was able to build my self a site that quickly transformed itself, it had a fast growth, an e-commerce/fintech company, which i am now officially it's CEO, with a company size of 11 people. I just got a seeding of 1.2 million dollars, to buy riders for dispatchers and also for advertisement.
But with all these she's thriving and she's doing well, It makes me wonder if life is really fair, I still have pictures of the day I proposed at ShopRite, the kisses, the hugs, the time we spent together, I still can't believe she forgot all that.
I am doing well now I have my own house and two cars to it, and a thriving company. But I can't stop stalking her, because of her I moved to Enugu where she lived. Some days whenever I come back from work Early I give this secondary school boys small cash to go to her husbands mansion to see if there is any activity there, then come back and report to me.
I believe she doesn't know I am still unto her, almost any day I am coming back from work, I drive through her beauty spar just to catch a glimpse of her.
I convinced my kid sister to move to Enugu, also convinced her to enroll her child in the same nursery and primary school my fiance's child goes to.
No matter how hard I try to meet other women, I always see her face on the wall behind them. I have tried to meet women from different countries from some of my trips to Dubai. No matter how gorgeous they never appeal to me.
Even till today I still see her as my fiance, I don't know what to do or how to get over her.
Your behaviour (if this story is true) is outright creepy!
Pls relocate back from Enugu, and move on.

valentineuwakwe: Oby Ezekwesili, a former Minister of Education has warned that Money will fail Nigerian political leaders declaring to run for presidency in 2023.
This comes hours after the National leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu informed the President of his ambition to contest in the 2023 presidential election.
Ezekwesili on her Twitter page, while kicking against Tinubu’s bid for presidency, said the era of ‘turn by turn’ election of incompetent leaders in Nigeria was over.
According to her, Nigeria cannot keep failing as a nation because of poor leadership.
Her tweets read, “I watched one of those so-called “public analysts” boast that “ Bola Tinubu has consulted the President. It is a given that Bola Tinubu will be the next President of Nigeria.
“In a democracy oh, it is not your fault. Money will fail in the 2023 elections, mark my words.
“It is citizens that have the power to collectively tell the likes of Mr Bola Tinubu that the season of lowest common denominator of political leaders doing “turn-by-turn” incompetent governance of Nigeria is over.
“The question is, ‘are citizens ready to collectively do so?’ A country like Nigeria cannot keep digging deeper into the labyrinth of failure because of a low degree of public leadership.
“The 21st Century is racing fast to an end. Just look at where our continent lies prostrate at the feet of bad governance.”
Recall that Tinubu on Monday informed President Muhammadu Buhari of his intention to compete for the presidency in 2023.
His declaration was met with criticisms from many Nigerians.
wiki15: This is self-defense 101. We live in a violent world and there is no telling when a robber or a total nut will jump you. You will have to defend yourself. You will have to learn to do that. You need to learn the weak points in the body to target. Because you need to stop your opponent before they finish you.
Learning the weak points to target in the body will make every punch you throw count (as you may not get the opportunity to throw a lot of them). The problem is that it is easier in the movie; in the real thing, once your opponent grabs you, all your lessons jump out of the window.
To remember your self-defense lessons, you have to fight a lot (and get decked a lot). Kind of a catch-22. There is nothing to lose in learning the weak points of the body.
Here are the weak points to target in the body
So here are the weak points in the body ranked from head to toes
The temple - smash it
The temple is the area of your head just above your ears. It is the area where your skull is the thinnest. A good punch will impact arteries carrying blood and oxygen to the brain. This will disorient your opponent or force them into unconsciousness.
A delay in medical care might lead to permanent damage. Be sure the self-defense is not a matter of life and death before you go this nuclear.
The eyes - poke it
Your opponent needs his sight to beat you, so you push to make him blind by reaching for his eyes. It is the easiest to target in a fight standing and it is a joker in your pack when you are held down, choking.
A poke works best but a punch is a good second choice.
The ear - punch it
A good punch in the ear will cause a partial loss of hearing or disorienting sounds such as ringing, swooshing, or hissing, or even total loss of hearing. Any of these will give from a slight advantage to a big lead in the fight.
The nose - break it
The nose is a weak point in the face, exposed, nay asking to be hit. A severe blow will shift the nose out of its normal position, cause nose bleeding, and deviate the septum which will impact the airflow. Your opponent won't last long without air.
arinze198: A 43-year old man, Rasak Ali, has landed in trouble after he allegedly lured a 4-year old girl, penetrated her private part with his fingers and defied her in the process in Lagos State.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect, Ali, has told the Police that he only checked her private part with fingers, but did not explain why he did so, which has landed him in trouble.
The incident happened at Boys Town Bus Stop, Ipaja area of Lagos, where they reside.
He has been arrested for sexual penetration. The Police alleged the suspect to have lured the little girl into his apartment, removed her pant and inserted his fingers inside her private part in order to satisfy his sexual desires.
However, he was caught in the dastardly act and handed over to the Police, who transferred the matter to the Gender Section of the Command for interrogation.
pocohantas: If you keep picking wrong men, then you are a problem. While it might be convenient for you to blame men, you need to enter your quiet place and ask “WHY ALWAYS ME?”
She is heavily pregnant and it would make it the fourth child for a different man. I mean, this lady has four kids for four different men. Two crackheads in America, 1 for Ubi and she is carrying the fourth for Steve.
What would kill a lot of the new generation WIVES is trying to prove to the public that their husbands are modern and tolerant of every bullshit. It is the same demon that is making Janemena keep twerking to prove a point. When she should have retired long ago or at worst, after the Kpokpogarri saga.
You don't test the ego of a man. Not a Nigerian man at that. Except you have where you tied him. In the absence of that, you don’t subject your marriage to constant pressure and ridicule.
You found a man that took you with your three kids and rather than put your head down, your concern is peppering Ubi. Ubi said no man will ever marry you, so you have to rub it in his face every day. Zukwanuike, no way!
Everyday you are fighting with Ubi ONLINE. Any woman (or man) that drags their EX and father of their kids in public is a cantankerous one. One that should be avoided. Some couples separate and tell you IRRECONCILABLE DIFFERENCE. You think they are stupid? Some things are better left unsaid for the honour of both parties. Not forgetting the kids that would grow to read this nonsense.
The exact problem with lots of single mothers and divorcees - No introspection. No upgrade. No repentance. Just a thirst to prove to their EX that they have been able to clinch another man.
If she has sense, she should try to fix this one. If not, she can stay there and join Tonto in KINGSHIP. Wisdom is profitable to direct…
You are a wise one.

Vickyvicky09: Good evening my fellows Sometimes April this year, one Batista's son come to my office for a borehole work, I went there for the geolocal survey and I discovered his house was not promising (which means they are not having enough watering the house) so I told the son. They went ahead to give another company the work but in the report I wrote that the "house wasn't too ok but they will get little water for domestic use only"... After the drilling with another company the man insist that the water water wasn't enough for his domestic use so he want to charge me to court and he is demanding 3m from me for misleading him with my report ( he paid me me just 15k for my work and paid 480k to the other other company for the work) now since he said I was the one that mislead him so he want 3m for damages. Since then I av been drinking before I can sleep because he told me he made his research and he will use it against me i court. I have gotten my own lawyer which I paid 150k to defend me but I can't stop drinking every night before I can sleep... Pls help me on how I can stop drinking cos it's really disturbing me.... Matured mind only
Attack the root cause . . . anxiety.
Methinks since your report already stated likelihood of "little water", you need not worry. The word little is subjective and subject to different interpretations. Just be sure your Lawyer is sound.
The drinking issue is secondary to your primary problem of anxiety.

gabazin080: I am a carpenter and furniture maker and my wife is an hairdresser. I have a building almost at lintel level. I abandoned the project because of uncertainty in construction work. sometimes you have a contract, sometimes you are just at home spending the money you made already with no other source of income. so I thought of getting a bus for transportation business when I didn't go to work. now my wife is threatening to continue it with the money I kept with her to get a car for her plus her money. though she doesn't know the money I am saving with her is for her car. this is someone we recently discussed she should get another shop and employ a stylist to bring weekly commission for her. just because one of our neighbors moved to their own house last week, now she is more interested in being called a landlady than having other shops. I threatened to get her arrested if she sets her feet on that land. she also refused to return my money with her and changed her phones password so I won't transfer my money.
now its new year and we ain't talking

ArewaNorth: Rev Father Matthew Hassan Kukah, Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, has said despite his criticism of the Buhari administration, the president has not stopped picking his calls.
The cleric, who is one of the notable critics of the government of the day, has on several occasions, accused the president of nepotism.
Addressing journalists at St Bakhita Catholic Secretariat in Sokoto, on Friday, Kukah said he has maintained a cordial relationship with the president.
Kukah added that his concern with the rising insecurity, killings in the country and “despotism” prompted his criticism of the administration rather than hatred.
“If I pick up my phone and call Mr President now he will pick it up. The other time he missed my calls he called me back and we greeted each other.
“But you know some people cry more than the bereaved. In a developed country, when you speak the truth you will be celebrated. Look at how people are celebrating the late Archbishop Desmond Tutu, but here people tag you as an enemy of the government.”
Kukah also endorsed the refusal of the President to assent to the Electoral Act Amendment Bill, noting that political parties should be given the chance of how they will select candidates for election.
