RuuDie:it only happens when the midfielders are not doing their job very well. in a 4-5-1, there should be runners darting forward the moment rooney is in possession and holds the ball. arsenal 1-3 man utd in feb 2010 showed 4-5-1 is very effective. . . . it's only negative when the runners are not doing their jobs or when the midfielders are not giving the right pass for the lone striker to hold and release as the runners dart past him. |
dayokanu:deborah is an obnoxious swine! he's been preaching to everyone including the deaf that walcott scored at old trafford - one would think walcott scored an equaliser there or scored a winner. the match was already 3-0 when walcott scored. . . . .united defenders were already in the damage mode for some end to end attacking football when walcott scored. in the end, the same match ended 8-2. something debosky often forgets. . . . |
BlueDiva:you started the drama yourself, so its fine by me you are fed up with the nonsense. nonsense bluediva, you shall get your baptism of fire this weekend. . . . . .if i were you, i would wear a kevlar vest from 5.45pm on sunday. |
montelik:there was no fletcher then. . . . . .fergie actually wanted carrick to shield the back four then. our midfield then was giggs and carrick. . . .so carrick had to sit at the back to allow giggs to dart around the pitch. on wednesday night, it was carrick and fletcher(a complete hatchet man). logic dictated carrick should have ventured forward more than he did. . . . .but he kept hiding throughout. But I still disagree, some players are always quick to be blamed dispropotionately by United fans as d worst, when d blame should not be theirs alone or when their others are more deserving of it.this i understand very well. . . . but on wednesday night, carrick was shyte. there was no decent service to rooney throughout and none of carrick's passes isolated valencia vs benfica's full-back or park vs benfica's other full-back. that should have been his job. even when lindegaard rolls the ball to his centre backs, carrick should be making himself available to launch attacks from deep but he kept running away from them prompting those rookies to lump the ball forward to rooney. |
BlueDiva:you and your juvenile sense. you had already referred to me as sauron in the previous page. . . .so try again! nateevs:and the thin tool joins in. . . . BlueDiva:and the cocky coon follows suit. |
montelik:i disagree. . . . every player gets criticized when they perform like dorks. . . . . evra, van der sar, vidic, rio, etc have all been lashed when they perform like dorks. carrick can be brilliant when he wants to. . . . .and he can also be lethargic. what infuriates united fans these days is the fact that carrick can actually play as an attacking midfielder. in his days at spurs and the first 2 yrs of his united career, he was a master of long passes and the short incisive ones. i don't think he has lost that ability but for reasons known to him, he frequently hides during games! |
BlueDiva:bluediva, go and get laid! |
r231:there's no money to be saved. the chic gets free medical service from her company. there's nothing to keep in the family too. the chic does not want the bro-in-law to examine her - she's not comfortable with it! |
r231:i wasn't referring to you. . . . .i was referring to her husband. if keeping it in the family is what's on his mind and ignoring his wifey's comfort zone, then the husband is insensitive. |
ronkebp:perfecto! now this is what you should have typed in the previous page. . . . . .saying she has something to hide seems kind of harsh! r231:another classic example of a naija man's insensitivity. |
You still don't get it. I will plead with you to compare like to like. First, I'm not so conversant with the Somalia's invasion so I cannot comment on that.
well. . . .read about it Secondly, the hutus/tutsis clash in Rwanda was a civil war between the two major tribes in Rwanda. I don't understand what you want the US or the committee of nations to do other than to plead with the warring tribes to sheath swords and embrace dialogue which they did. Any other mediation could be termed partisan in favour of one tribe.if they had oil, us rangers would have been the first troops to get there. they put puppets in these countries knowing war would ensue sooner or later, then they come in and eat from the spoils of war. when there's nothing to be looted, they just stand back and watch. About Obasanjo: the sacking of Odi community was a consequence of a state of anarchy in that community whereby indigenes of Odi murdered 18 soldiers in one day!!! The community also refused to give up the perpetrators of this evil and that complicated the issue. Although the reaction of the soldiers was harsh but no one has come out categorically to say Obasanjo gave an express order to raze the community or what type of order he gave if any. It was at best public perception. Nobody has proved it.obasanjo gave the order. the soldiers there had a direct order from the presidency to raze that community down. obasanjo even defended his action. in any other country that is against the west - that single incident would have been sensationalised by the media in the west and it would have brought gun-ships to nigeria. |
r231:in her company's hospital, the service is free and i know it will be better. ![]() |
r231:but the single fact that she has told her husband before that she's not comfortable with her brother in law examining her shows nigerian men can be insensitive. this is not the first time this is happening. but the husband still went ahead to take her to his brother's hospital. nigerian men can be forgetful when it comes to issues like this. the match between arsenal and enyimba is all they think about. |
r231:and you think men have all the time to have assessed that through? nigerian men? the same nigerian man that would invite relatives over to come and stay for months without informing the wife? abegggggggggggggi ronkebp:well. . . . ."something to hide" is a pregnant phrase!!! it could mean the above example and it could mean some unspeakable stuffs. let's just respect the poster's wishes. she has the right to be comfortable and satisfied to whoever is examining her. |
ronkebp:that's a man for you. . . . men are generally insensitive. i am a man so i know. trust me, he has not thought it through like a woman would. . . . . . |
ronkebp:for instance. . . . . . if you have an usual clitoris that embarrasses even you, would you want your brother in law to see it? |
ronkebp:very convenient. . . . but i am sure you would see something wrong with it if your husband was seeing your sister(doctor) to examine his scrotum. ![]() i can bet you would want to be there in case things get a bit cosy for the 2 of them. ![]() What if it was in the case of an emergency, that the husband had to rush her to the hospital and he chose that of the brothers' would she be able to dictate a hospital at that point in time?the brother in law is not the only doctor in town. . . . . .and i cannot remember reading his hospital is the closest to where she lives. the only benefit she can enjoy is the medical fees and she works for a company doing that for her free of charge already. |
Carlosein:even if the problem is life threatening, she shouldn't see her bro-in-law. matter of fact, the more the severity of her illness, the further away she should be from her brother-in-law. unless the ailment is acne, boil or malaria - no woman should be seeing her brother in law for anything that would involve stripping. our people are gossip mongers and i wouldn't trust any nigerian doctor to respect the ethics of his profession. if he doesn't, who would sue him? |
montelik:carrick had a bad game. 90% of those passes he made were safe options. . . .mikel obi and denilson are masters of that art! i'm surprised johnny evans didn't cop 100% pass completion. his passes were to his other centre-half and the goalkeeper - an area of the pitch with the least pressure from the opponents. i am not going to be bought by those stats. compare that to what anderson/cleverley copped against arsenal and the duo rarely do safe passes. |
ronkebp:why are you people talking like this? not everyone feels comfortable to UnCloth in the presence of known faces. . . . would you UnCloth in the presence of your husband's brother? what comes first is - he's a brother-in-law! his profession is secondary!!! |
Guy, you are the one that needs education. Did Gabonesse protest Omar Bongo's rule? Did Omar Bongo open fire on protesters in his country at anytime? Did Omar Bongo ever unleash the state military force on his fellow Gabonesse?
did the somalis protest mohammed farrah aidid rule before us marines and us rangers went down there in 1993 to cause chaos? what was the reaction of the west when 1 million souls were maimed in rwanda in 94 when hutus/tutsis clashed. . . what was the reaction of the west in many of the civil wars in africa? you also asked whether omar bongo unleashed the military on his fellow citizens? obasanjo unleashed military personnel on a whole community in the niger-delta in 1999, i did not see the american gunships in abuja. why? because nigerians suck up to the west just like you do. it's none of the business of the western world if gaddafhi decides to rule forever. |
Emperoh:if a winger supplies one assist in a game, his job for that day has been done. nani supplied two in the last game. . . . . .it seems you don't know how difficult it is to get those crosses in without it being blocked or with the striker connecting with the delivery. . . . .it's purely based on chance. Emperoh:with the way united knock those passes around in the final third, chelsea would be set ablaze. . . they wouldn't know what's coming to them. . . . .besides, we have the most superior wing play in the division. . .young and nani would stretch chelsea's back four to the limit. it really depends on who replaces cleverley. he might even start, i don't trust fergie's assessment when it comes to injuries. Emperoh:evans has done well this term until he was beaten by cardozo. . . .i don't know if evans was shyte or if cardozo was just brilliant at what he does. i think the answer lies somewhere between the two. . . . .smalling, phil jones and maybe rio would have done better in that situation but vidic would have been beaten as well cos he's also stiff when he gets turned. |
Ibime:if sauron is in hmp pentonville at the moment with no access to the internet, how is he coogar then? sauron has no internet to use nairaland and you still think he's coogar. ibime, you are a fat fool. Not to mention the fact that Sharon studied in Manchester whilst Cougar has asounding knowledge of Manchester, mentioning areas like Hulme, Longsight, Whalley Range etc. Not to mention that Cougar and Sharon both spent time in Yankee.i reiterate, you are a fat fool! dyabman:dyabman, you are a phat phool. for people following this thread, let's do a recap. nateevs is a thin tool. ibime is a fat fool. dyabman is a phat phool. |
aribisala0:you are a consummate tool! i said they say "pronounciation" and it does not exist. i STAND BY THATshut up and listen to me. . . . you heard them say pronunciation but your ears thought you heard pronounciation. there's no way english university graduates would mispronounce the word. . . .stop lying. http://www.yourdictionary.com/library/mispron.htmlyou were not aware of the correct spelling, otherwise you wouldn't bring this up. in your attempt to look like an intellectual, you shot yourself in the foot. |
