raumdeuter:fernebache will pay RVP £240k per week. a turkish club for that matter. it's not only in england you can do pension runs. schweini coulda gotten a bumper pay anywhere on the planet. he's the captain of the german national team(world champions). what CV can be better than that? I wish Schweinsteiger well in his career. until he plays against Bayernhe's in good hands. schneiderlin is the water-carrier. he will die on the pitch to protect our defence. bastian's job is just to sweep up the mess with his tidy passes and football brain. |
raumdeuter:kaiiii, dayo..... hazard is better than ribery....you no sabi argue. you should have just put it as..... robben >>>> hazard ribery >>>>> willian and you would have had a full house of all bayern players besting chelsea players. ![]() |
pickabeau1:they are saying serena keeps winning cos he is built like a man - so she vantages over her fellow females. ![]() |
codedguy1:a competent goalscorer is my only fear. it's highly impossible for all our central midfielders to get crocked around the same time. if we don't address the striker situation, we sill not win a spoon. we need a top tier striker & rooney cannot give us that quality any more. this is not 2010. |
pickabeau1:but you would be labelled an enemy of the state if you dare say women should get less pay. it's so unfair to the men who often grind it out for 4 or 5 sets in the final to be paid the same amount as the women who can end it all in 2 sets. |
pickabeau1:yet, the women still get equal pay as men with their shoddy performance. someone should bring freecocoa here to see the stats. ![]() |
raumdeuter:everything about him is class! he even speaks english language better than rooney. he said he's here for the supporters & not so much about LVG. he also said this is his first time of travelling to america. ![]() raumdeuter, are you missing him yet? you can see as your boy is wowing over joining man utd. the history, the club, the prestige in the brand & the fans. what else do you need to see that the united brand is massive? |
Nihilist:that link is an epic fail! it's mumbo jumbo put together by a drunk analyst. chelsea & southampton held the best defensive records last season - both teams actually play similarly.....the only difference is the quality of the firepower. matic & schneiderlin are both the hatchet men from their respective teams so the comparison by stats is accurately fair. for 2 seasons running, schneiderlin has beaten matic in defensive stats & you are here telling us the number of interceptions & tackles don't matter. if you don't have anything to say, go and play FIFA15 |
Nihilist:in 13/14, matic played less games than schneiderlin & he still got killed by schneiderlin as far as defensive stats were concerned. what's your excuse now? ![]()
|
Nihilist:but this is not 20 games over 5 games - these are large sums of numbers in minutes & schneiderlin used matic to wipe the floor. if we cannot use stats to compare players then benteke is better than messi. |
Nihilist:what has fewer games gotta do with per 90 metrics? do you understand statistics at all or do we have to keep spoonfeeding you? |
ElFenomeno1:world class is a subjective term. what you consider world class might be village class to another so i ain't even goin to argue with that ish. all i am just proving is - schneiderlin is better than matic 5 times over. he's not the only one better than matic, coquelin is also better than matic. before daley blind went to the LB position, his statistics were better than matic. don't get fooled by the fact that chelsea won the league & that makes every one of their players world class. matic is good but abeg he couldn't have achieved what schneiderlin copped at the saints. their defence last season was world class & schneiderlin was the catalyst! |
ElFenomeno1:schneiderlin is not only world class, he's super world class if you actually think matic is world class. schneiderlin is 5 times the player matic is. not only does schnerderlin defend better than matic, he keeps the ball better & he's tidier. argue with these numbers, don't argue with me. ![]()

Nihilist:yet, darmian helped italy destroy england at the world cup. until clyne represents england at the world cup, please don't compare bentley to keke marwa. Leggo went and brought some stats that made Valencia look better than most fullbacks, and I can bet that Darmian would pale into insignificance if he takes the 'Valencia Test'if darmian isn't better than valencia, why did we buy him to replace valencia? you know better than man utd scouts? So I'm not sure why Nihilist's name is being mentioned, especially when Nihilist's suggestion is actually being implemented as transfer policy.nope, your suggestion isn't being implemented, bastian is a world class player. his CV speaks for itself. this isn't a player whose contract was allowed to run out like you guys got ballack. bastian was offered a mouth-watering contract by bayern but he turned it down to play for united. bayern wanted him to stay but he chose us! big difference.... I personally think Manyoo have overpaid for Schweinsteiger, but that remains to be seen.coming from a fan of a club that bought cudrado, i think it's a bit rich for you to even use the word "overpaid". ![]() |
ElFenomeno1:schnerderlin is better than matic, abeg! terry-cahill-zouma & courtois are the ones making matic look good. players often get past matic only to be stopped by the central defenders & the goalie. there's a reason john terry at 35 years of age walking into the PFA team. if he's performing at that high level, it's because the player meant to protect him is having a mare. if schnerderlin has terry/cahill/courtois behind him, they would concede about 10 goals all season. Leyqute:they need a break na.... this is why we aren't rushing the otamendi deal as of yet & ramos deal depends on de gea. if we sign them, they wouldn't have made the tour cos they need their rest after copa. |
Nihilist:why should we put bastian aside? the captain of the world champions is who you are asking us to put aside? As for comparisons, you were slagging Clyne off as a runt...then went and signed Darmian who nobody really knows.do not say nobody knows him. just say you dunno him. darmian was at the world cup last year and he started all the games italy played before they were dumped out in the group stage. if you dunno darmian, perhaps it's because you don't have a TV. ![]() if schnerderlin isn't world class, then who is? he's better than matic in that holding role. if you are looking at the overall output of southampton then you must be mistaken. matic wouldn't have done close to what morgan achieved at the saints! And if the rumours about Oblak are true, Manyoo are actually chasing Athletico's second choice keeper.it doesn't matter who will chase - we have one the best state of the art facilities to turn any talent willing to learn into a world class talent. valdes was a second choice keeper at man utd last season, his CV is better than any player chelsea have signed in their history. ![]() And the Bastian transfer, the less said about that, the better.hahahaha! ![]() |
elampiro:upfront is not number-10, oga! rooney wanted the number-9 position. he wanted to score more goals thus using the phrase "i had to be selfish". how can he be selfish in the hole when players in the hole are basically used as providers? stop trolling, abeg.... |
LVG has shut nihilist up again..... about 2 weeks ago, nucca was spewing baloney on how none of our targets would be poached and we should follow their lead by signing premier league runts like begovic & loic remy. ![]() the nucca has suddenly gone quiet now. i am sure he is still pinching himself that a whole german captain would wear our shirt next season. on top of that, we have morgan schnerderlin as the icing on the cake. when will these chelsea rats get it that we ain't in the same category - the only thing that bounds us together is the map of england that has forced us to play in the same football league. una never hear weeeeeen! elampiro:because van persie got injured under moyes a lot. this allowed rooney to play in his preferred position upfront more often than in 12/13 season when RVP appeared in all the 38 league games! |
elampiro:so rooney played only 2 games as a CM & he's complaining that his position upfront wasn't "consistent"? 25 out of 27 games upfront isn't consistent? i am not sure you understand english! |
elampiro:so 4-2-3-1 is also 4-4-2? ![]() in how many games did rooney play as a CM in 12/13? you cannot answer that.....rooney wanted the number 9 position & SAF simply said rooney's performance is poor for a number-9 and he moved him further back to operate from the hole. sinizia:elampiro understands but he will never agree. there is a long history concerning where rooney played in 11/12 & 12/13. if elampiro agrees with you now, all the lies he's told in the past would come crashing down like the walls of jericho. rooney was clear with his stance. he wanted the number-9 position or at best, he wanted a 4-4-2 formation where him & van persie would be a 2-pronged attack. SAF was having none of that cos he considered rooney too poor to operate as a striker. |
leggo:where's raumdeuter & other bayern fans? they should be ashamed schweinsteiger chose to play for man utd over that their yeye club. bastian was offered a contract, he turned it down and chose us instead! elampiro:in a 4-2-3-1 formation, how can you have 2 positions upfront? are you suggesting united played 4-4-2 in 12/13 season? ![]() |
elampiro:in which games did rooney play as a CM in 12/13? why are you twisting the facts? do you know the meaning of upfront or are you just trolling as usual? sinizia:van gaal can be pardoned - english isn't his mother-tongue. however, to suggest rooney wouldn't know the meaning of upfront as an englishman is outrightly ridiculous. rooney was jealous of the hype van persie was getting as the lead striker. he was in the hole in 12/13(contrary to his position in 11/12) when he was upfront and scored plenty of goals for us. this was why he used the word selfish. he wants to play in a position where his name would constantly grace the headlines. don't mind elampiro trying to teach an englishman how to use english! |
elampiro:so you mean rooney playing in the hole is now upfront? ![]() |
elampiro:go and check anything you wanna check. if you are suggesting one of messi/villa/pedro played in the midfield & iniesta played as a forward then there's no point in me arguing who played where. |
elampiro:you are correct! david villa must have played as a midfielder in those games & iniesta played as a forward. ![]() elampiro:rooney ‘I didn’t feel like I got a consistent run of games up front, ‘I actually felt when I played in midfield I did OK, but I didn’t want to play there. Everyone at the club knew that’s where I wanted to play (up front) and that’s why I was disappointed because I got told to play in midfield and I didn’t want to. But I’d always go in and try to help the team, so I think there had to come a point where for my own career I had to be a bit selfish." ____________________________ elampiro, are you sure you don't want to edit the balderdash you posted earlier about rooney not complaining about his position to play up front?? |
ElFenomeno1:you are an idiöt! those 2 comments had nothing to do with the interview fergie had with geoff shreeves. the first comment - rooney hadn't even asked to leave in march 2013. he started kicking off in april. the second comment - fergie had already announced his retirement & moyes was already locked in to takeover. moyes must have told fergie he needed rooney since he's a gutless morön! even fergie said the decision was no longer in his hands as moyes inherited the problem. i don't see how those 2 comments nullified what fergie told shreeves that he left rooney out of the CF position because rooney wasn't performing on the pitch! elampiro:what you saw was different from what actually transpired. each time you saw barca isn't a true evidence. these are some of the games barca played that year, iniesta was in the midfield in more than 50% of the games....
|
elampiro:that picture doesn't say where iniesta played predominantly. it just listed the number of positions he played that season. i have the OPTA positions of barca's games in that season & more than half of iniesta's games that season were in the midfield. |
ElFenomeno1:you are a fool! i am sure if your head gets opened for a lobotomy, they will find indomie noodles in your cranial cavity instead of brain cells. SAF was done with the rooney project....buying van persie was always going to cause a friction with rooney. RVP became the darling media. he was the one doing the scoring with rooney being relegated to a mere spectator. he was never going to feel comfy with that situation - so SAF had it planned tactically! Pataki:who is ramsey? ramsey knew he wouldn't even have had a career if he had joined united in 2008 circa. he went for the easier option. small fish in a small pond. since he decided to play for arsenal, he had missed out on 3 league titles & a champions league trophy to boot! it's his loss, nobody would remember ramsey ever played football after 3 years of his retirement. Wenger knows from experience, buying too many players unsettles the team! We bought those number of players after the beating we go from your team. Don't make it sound like we bought them before we played your team. And yeah, how many of them today are still playing for Arsenal in the first team today? Just THREE!wenger knows nothing! if you are going to reference anyone concerning football, please leave wenger out of it. he lacks the football nous to lecture anyone on football matters. he's a dinosaur & he will never win in europe or lift the premier league ever again. |
elampiro:so who prevented rooney from playing in his proper position. if we didn't buy RVP, would rooney have had any reason to complain of not being played in his proper position? if we didn't buy RVP, would rooney have been left out of the madrid game? ElFenomeno1:even when SAF said clearly he had no problem with rooney asking to leave? even when SAF said he had to go with the evidence on the football pitch & rooney wasn't good enough for the CF position? you have traded your IQ for a plate of hot porridge. if you marry a simpleton like you, you would produce idïots! |
ElFenomeno1:you are a verminous cretin! i have scooped out SAF's comments in his interview with geoff shreeves. rooney verbally asked to leave & then he was told he would lose some of his bonuses since he's the one initiating the move. why did rooney ask to leave? he realised he wasn't being played in his proper position & SAF wasn't going to succumb to rooney's temper tantrums. SAF had a better striker in RVP & united were beating everything put in front of them. why did SAF play rooney out of position? SAF said he can only go with the evidence on the football pitch & rooney wasn't playing well enough to justify his inclusion as the lead striker. he said rooney's decision to leave was no problem to him & he can understand it. this means rooney would have left cos SAF was never going to leave RVP on the bench to make rooney play as the lead striker. elampiro:that is just newspaper talk.... SAF wasn't ever going to replace rooney with RVP. what made rooney have a rethink was the money he was going to lose for initiating a move. rooney didn't want to lose money & on the other hand, rooney was never going to replace RVP as the lead striker under SAF. ElFenomeno1:this is exactly why majority of the posters here consider you a resident simpleton! if rooney isn't playing well enough & RVP has taken his place in man utd, would rooney be satisfied being on the bench? 13/14 was the season leading to the world cup. you really think a player as big as rooney would be satisfied with playing a second fiddle to RVP. SAF's tactic was to frustrate rooney out of the club & still prevent him from taking the bonuses in his contract! |
ElFenomeno1:SAF on rooney: in the regulations, in your contract, if you write a letter and ask away or say you have asked away, you lose all your signing-on fees. rooney has never admitted that and never put in a written transfer request, which is what he has been sore at. _______________________________ when asked if he was clear that rooney had made a verbal request to leave the club, Ferguson said: "Yes, that's right." "My memory is he asked away because, he said, he was not going to play in his proper position. I can understand that. That's not a problem with me. I can only go on evidence on the football field. He wasn't playing well enough." |
ElFenomeno1:after watching rooney's lame effort in 11/12 when we squandered an 8-point lead to lose the title to citeh, SAF had had enough with the rooney experiment. he had to buy a proven striker that would deliver him his parting gift to man utd. van persie was the best player in the league & he was unsettled at arsenal due to your perennial barrenness. SAF moved quickly, got van persie & united won the league by 11 points. rooney became peripheral & RVP became the main man. Players get dropped ... due to various reasons... Doesn't mean the player will be sold or whatnotyou are a fool! players get dropped for games that are inconsequential. the madrid game was united's biggest game that year. there's no way enriquez would drop messi in a big game.....unless of course, he wants to get rid of him! Coogar you are a goat....... Your personal vendetta with Rooney has blocked you from reasoning objectively on the matter.your barrenness in the premier league has beclouded your senses. i don't expect you to argue rationally. a woman that has been barren for 12 years would most likely be in a mental hospital. ![]() |
