Joao Felix single handedly destroyed our midfield. His movement and passes were lethal.

Ndidi is obviously still yet to regain his good form, no thanks to the constant injuries. I knew this would happen with Leicester choosing to play him in almost every match since he joined them. There was a season where he played every single game for them. Unfortunately, the stress is now beginning to tell.

Onuachu impressed me with his link up play. He did well dropping into the midfield and trying to make things happen.

Like I've always said, Iwobi is a beast in the middle. That guy is something else. He's always looking up, he's always looking to play progressive passes. Any striker with superb movement will enjoy playing with Iwobi.


Bright Osayi did well defensively but not so much going forward. Surprisingly when he did, he won us a penalty. I'm looking forward to seeing him play as a RW(since that is his natural position) with perhaps Aina or Ebuehi as RB.

He definitely would have qualified us for the world cup. Rohr never had any issues qualifying us for tournaments. As a matter of fact, he did so with games to spare.

A man regularly qualified us for competitions with ease (probably the only coach in recent times who was able to do that), got us a bronze medal in his first major competition with us but ended up losing to Croatia(eventual finalists at the World Cup) and then a 'messi-led' Argentina, but the only thing some people choose to remember about him is a 4-4 draw against Sierra Leone and a loss to C.A.R, even as he still qualified us for the eventual tournament. That's saddening.

I'm not asking for Rohr's return, neither am I asking people to like him, but at least we should be honest with our statements and give credit where credit is due especially since his replacements so far have done nothing to show they're better than him. If you're too strong-headed for that, then I don't know what to tell you.

Yes, if I remember correctly, he started as a LB but ended up playing few games as a CB for Rangers before finally moving over to Ajax.
