Hello Fam... Ok, straight to the point I've been thinking of several businesses I can start. And below is a list of what I have interest in and would be needing advice here on which to choose, how viable and feasible it will be. They are; 1. A chemist. I have little idea on this 2. A cyber cafe: my mum currently has a shop for this. But, so far things aren't going on smoothly 3. Laundry business I have a shop already (sort of) and though I do not really have funds yet. But, which can be more feasible with a budget of 100k or less. Thanks for Ur answers, ideas, etc |
doggedfighter:Thanks, boss. Any idea about it? |
Zendizel:Thanks |

OP y u come dey disturbed? U wan cure her customers from the "JuJu" or wetin? |
DonWest16:Seriously. That's why De Gea still isn't the captain of Man Utd |
OP, view it this way They actually discussed about you, with Ur cousin strongly against inviting you by himself. He probably told his fiancée why and she trying to be a "good relative" decided to tell you herself. Albeit grudgingly. If Ur cousin can't invite you himself, then it means he doesn't regard u. Don't go My take though |
Savagr:Sure, I do |
Kiliwuwu:Thanks bro |
Happy Sunday Fam. I know this isn't the right place. But...♂️ I'm a final year student in my mid twenties, performing well academically (not relevant though) but lack any substantial skill of note. Owing largely to the belief of my parents that school is everything. *Here's my plight Like many students, I've been at home for months now due to the strike and despite the fact that I would like to learn a skill or two, there's just no fund to do that. As a result, I have toured Kaduna (at least to a reasonable extent) in search of a job but to no avail thus far. As the only male child, it is really disheartening seeing my parents struggle each day to feed and my dad has made it a point of duty to always taunt me about it. Always reminding me of how he had already left home at my age and how he was always "sending" to his dad then. My mum isn't even getting younger and is fast becoming a shadow of herself. My inability to quickly help out at home is really eating me up I've been thinking of leaving home. Probably to another state to find something doing whilst waiting for resumption. But, there isn't anywhere to go to. Besides, I know that isn't the solution to my problem. A job is what I need. Now the question is, will it be wise for me to leave home to stay with a friend in another state with the hope of getting a job or stay back at home and keep searching till I find one? I feel lost, confused and empty Ur advice, support and even bashing are very welcomed. I'm also open to any job opportunity including teaching and private lessons within Kaduna if I will end up staying. |
Good one O.P I learnt a thing or two from Ur write up As a final year student without any strong financial backbone to learn a skill and with 'loads of free time' due to the ongoing ASUU strike, I decided to go round KD job hunting (with keen interest in my field of study). This is to atleast get busy and also to be well prepared (financially) when school resumes. Well, I finally got a place that gave me false hope as I was invited for an interview. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, then the question "how much are u willing to take home". I guess I fumbled as I naively told the manager that it is the decision of the firm. He promised to get back to me Well, it's over a month now and I'm still looking for a job... Too bad |
OP abeg, u say u go send us screenshot of Una chat. Abeg, do quick send am. I wan laff abeg |
Lol, OP o!!! As far as this 'situationship' is concerned, a used sanitary pad has more worth than u. U can't dump who isn't in a relationship with u. U r dating ursef, bro |

GooodHardDick:Delusion of grandeur |
Coldie:I'm not an Easterner and deep down I would want a Yoruba man. That's the sentiment. But for fairness, an Igbo man is also a Nigerian and at least they should be given this time. But the glaring reality is they seem to be unsure of their stance. Is it the VP spot, President or Biafra? |
