Good development , prayer is a key when it is said with faith, honesty and righteousness , you very free to pray and call on God to avert new plane crash but mind you that you are one of the causes of all the plagues in Nigeria. Before they will engage in the prayers , they have to first of all confess to God and people of their sins and ask for forgiveness , almost all of them are ritualists who have killed and buried innocent people alive. The blood of those innocent people are crying in their graves for vengeance, they have to be appeased before you will talk to God. If you do all these things , your prayers would be answered before you open up your mouths to speak a word to God. Thank you for waking up from your slumbers. |
Nigerians I am very sorry for you people, I have read many comments here saying different unreasonable and carless talks about the beaming failure of the Nigeria Television Authority, really the Legend Fella Anikulapo Kuti rightly said that Nigerians are sufferers and smilers , this man is a prophet from what I am seeing in Nigerian of today. Have you taken your times and ask yourselves why it is always expensive to show Nigerians the matches of their national teams since 1999? Since the coming of the PDP party into power it has always been expensive to buy the beaming rights of the matches that concern our national teams mostly away matches. But it is not expensive to go to on foreign trips with the contingent of 500 ignorant people , spending millions of dollars for an irrelevant trips , but when it comes to what that makes the poor citizens happy, it will become expensive. Why? Most of you are boasting of foreign Television Cable Stations , but you forgot that not all the Nigerians have them like you guys , yes I know you guys are well to do, but is it how it supposed to be? Many tiny and poor countries in the world show their national teams matches Live on their television while you watch yours in viewing centers, Cables and online. Giant of Africa my foot. Even when the military was in power in Nigeria we were watching our national and local teams home and away matches Live on NTA. Our national league was being transmitted Live , with match of the week on Sunday nights , but today you are brain washed to believe that the host nations are behind the inability of the NTA showing the matches live. Your president and his co crooks are having many satellite dish facing different directions in their compounds while you are told that the host countries charge you exorbitant fees for the beaming right. Shame on you all. When they travel on their jamborees NTA would be showing them Live, but when it is our national team matches, it would become expensive. Nigerians when will you enjoy the dividends of Democracy? Check the amount of money that was spent on the 12 Limousines that were parked at the front of the hotel in the USA during one of their picnic tours, and their daily charges and compare it to the amount the are telling you its expensive to make you watch the match comfortably at your homes? With your I pass my neighbor power supplies. How much is their foreign hospital bills? How much is their children’s monthly allowances at their different foreign schools/universities? My people how many will I count? This is really suffering and smiling, including the recent introduced name by Lagbaja, the Mumudom Republic. Keep on being contempted with nothing, while abusing other countries for your incompetence in leadership. Good things are for the masters while patience and endurance are for the masses. Sorry once again Nigerians . |
Read the article very well. the minister said no life was lost. or are u saying he was not saying the truth?
You are the one that did not read the article well, didn't you read where he said that the real kidnapper is a Guinea Conakry citizen, while they ignorantly lynched 3 Nigerians for nothing. So they have to apologize to the families of the deceased too with great financial compensation, Next time you read from right to left and not opposite ok. |
dfav: I think the main problem is that our brothers that travel to other countries should try and b good ambassadors of Nigeria. With this there may be no need for apologies like this. Why are you reading comments from the left to right ? and always comment without your mind, why? you should try to read from right to left next time ok. People like you are the rumour mongers that cause those problems to our people in diaspora. |
SLIDE waxie: solomon, shey u now see say not all Solomon are wise?Don't mind the people that think with their livers instead of heart, they are jumping up in excitement over what they read in newspaper that might not see the light of the day. During the Fuel Subsidy removal we read on the papers on the government palliatives some buses were displayed on the pages of newspaper while we were told that they are on the sea but till today nothing was heard about them again, maybe they were intercepted by the Somalia pirates on the high sea, or mistakenly shipped to Niger republic instead of Nigeria. Nigerians are jubilating over this anti masses policy because of the foreign car manufacturing companies, while the countries with indigenous car manufacturing companies are still importing fairly used cars from other countries. I am not against the coming of the car manufacturing companies in Nigeria but it shouldn’t stop the fairly used cars which is an alternative choice of the less privileged, again the rushing of the policy shows that something is fishy. This government has been calling for times and patience from the Nigerians but always rushes the implementation of the harsh economical policies, why? Even if all the car manufacturing companies in the world build their companies in Nigeria it will not bring down the prices of cars in Nigeria as some people are making us to believe. Why Nigerians are not asking themselves why there is no single new refinery under construction till now? Why are we still importing fuel as one of the largest oil producing countries in the world? Why no good foreigner’s built hospitals? Why no foreigners built schools? Why no foreigners built airplanes companies in Nigeria? Why are we still importing generators in Nigeria? These are other vital sectors where foreign investors are desperately needed and not only cars. The government always calls Nigerians to exercise patience over their economical policies but always rushes to introduce harsher economical policies hastily why? You are banning fairly used cars when the foreign car manufacturing companies have not even fixed a single pillar in your country. You banned the fairly used cars even before the singing of the MoU, Chei Nigeria!! Having the foreign car manufacturing companies in Nigeria is a good policy, but it shouldn’t stop the importation of the fairly used vehicles, both of them should be allowed to encourage price competition. Nigeria should try to learn and emulate pro masses economical policies from the developed countries and not an opposite. You are importing a foreign borrowed technology at 100yrs of existence and 53 yrs independence and you are jubilating. I love your factual comment and great reasoning my dear, most of my fellow SE/SS people are just supporting this government as if it was only them that voted for GEJ in the 2011 election. |
Oh son, is this what you are gonna tell your children when you are a father....that you were a 'tribalist' All these senseless bigots on nairaland bigotted forum. Did they name the lynched suspected kidnappers? to ascertain their tribes. If this happened in Nigeria now you would hear the online human right campaigners calling the mob names. Who is sure if the lynched suspects were actually guilty of the offence or not, but hence Kidnapping is involved a certain tribe/people would be roped into it by the saints we have in the country as if Kidnapping is not a general crime in Nigeria. There are many Yorubas in G Bissau than all the tribes in Nigeria, doing both good, bad and ugly business in the country, so no one knows exactly the lynched people, what a reasonable fellow should think before writing rubbish online is whether these people were really guilty of the offence. Since the involvement of the ECOMOG force in the country, the drug cartels/barons, Cabals mostly from the South American continent has been inciting hatred and violence into the hearts of the poor, illustrate and lazy G.Bissau citizens Against the Nigerians who they see as the main sponsor of the ECOMOG precence in the country. A G.Bissau citizen when well fed and drunk can kill freely for you. they are very violent in nature, one could remember some years ago when our Golden Eaglets eliminated them from the U-17 World qualifying series, they stormed the stadium in Bissau and beat some of our players. Was it as reason of the Biafrans kidnapping their children too? This is a country Nigeria is spending our money to bring back to life , while our country is nothing to write home about.Do people ask this question ? Why do the countries who play big brothers always receive hostilities in return? USA and Nigeria are good examples of this. No country in Africa From Somalia, Sudan, Congo, Liberia, Sierra lone , Guinea Bissau , where Nigeria has lost their soldiers, money ever says any good thing about Nigeria. My question is this, Will the Nigeria government ever learn from this? |
Siraleeyu: even if u'r not a muslim, its just an affirmation dat we are all from Allah and to him we shall all return.God forbid i am not and never came from your allah , even not dreaming of encountering it anywhere whether in my dream or physical, talk -less of returning to him. I know only one mighty God, the creator that was never created, the mighty one in battle, the most merciful and gracious,he who knows the end from the beginning, the beginning and end. Most of all the King and judge the day of judgement. I have heard many confessions from people who once served the two livings and confessed that one is real , while the other is different with many complications. My God is the living and strongest God. |
My thanks goes to the people who contributed reasonably to this topic, i have seen that we still have people with good family backgrounds and great moral values , your wise and impeccable points have improved my knowledge about life and what it takes to be reasonable in life. Thank you the wise and prudent people. I am also seizing this opportunity to register my dismay and disappointment to the people who see truth but chose to advice their fellow human beings truthfully just because the made the same mistakes in life. Our people say that when you pass a pit you cover it for the people coming behind you so that they will not fall into the pit. What shall it profit one to deceive his/her fellow brother, sister, friend to make the same mistake you made in life which you are regretting everyday? some brag that they are comfortable with their unmarried status while their pillows are at the receiving end every night. Those who supported the OP, in this his reasoning should change their life styles and mindsets, because there is no gain in being a hypocrite. The wise one who called a spade a spade, let your years be long in this world, God of truth, love and promotion will embarrass you people with his abundant blessings IJN. Amen. Your truths will always set you guys free . Amen. OP, PLEASE FOLLOW THOSE WHO KNOW ROAD OK FORGET ABOUT THOSE WHO WANT YOUR SISTER TO BE LIKE THEM OK. SAY GOD FORBID. |
Ngokafor: ...lol go cure your biopolar abeg, you need help.Visit TB Joshua at SCOAN for your deliverance you need it because you have found a consoling advice from the OP.His service is free and it will make you famous too. Nwanamanshogi !!! |
kayClt: hianThe OP did not post the comment for people that had the experience before, i commented from the tone of the advice to the lady involved, Degrading the young man is an act of execution to moral value. It is not easy to pick up such job. I don't care if they are related or not, though the caption stated that the lady in question is the sister. I don't know if you know them personally, if you do then advice the OP to stay clear from the young man's happiness. He is not God that determines one's future. Whether i take it personal or not. His advice to that lady is so humiliating. He should know that no matter what he is now , there is a person he worth nothing in his presence. Hard work leads to success and greatness. If it happened to me or not is not your concern, just say the truth and liberate your soul and conscience. |
Ngokafor: ....gosh you sound insane!!..why pour out your frustrations on peeps you dont even know from Adam??..na wao! From your lack of reasoning and myopic of seeing what the OP represents, makes you more insane and a simpleton, how do you know someone's than his/her utterances? must i know someone from Adams before i would reason from his/her comment? i am very sorry for you. Keep on fooling yourself, tomorrow you will blame it on a spiritual husband/wife from Atlantic ocean . I commented on what i read. |
richyblink1: Why do we look at just the present situation alone instead of both the present and the future.God bless you |
berem: This story reminds me of my younger sister too. My kid sister met this dude who works as a security officer at UBA about 10 years ago. My family was totally against it. My sister never had badluck with men though but she decided to stick to this security guy. I as the first child of the family tried to convince her to look elsewhere and leave the security guy because he was underpaid and was living in a one room apartment. My pleas fell on deaf ears and I and my family had to give up. They continued dating until in 2012 when they got married. The surprising thing is the guy is a graduate and he is now a full time banker with Ecobank. He stopped being a security guy in 2008.Thank you for saying the truth, some people don't think about the future, must a woman survive through a man? God made woman as a helper to man while man is made to be a protector of a woman. Nobody today can be well respected and famous someone tomorrow. The present of a man does not matter but his future matters a lot. True love doesn't look at material things because they must come through hard work. |
When will all the Nigeria pilgrims in Saudi Arabia return home completely as they left? what was this woman doing on the 13th floor before falling off? is there no doors and windows in the room/flats? Anyway she might have been carried away by the beauty of the city and the tall building which i know that it is not found in her state capital talk less of her village. Last but not the least she might have decided to meet allah in the allah's place than coming back to Nigeria, afterall everyone is working hard to meet the creators when they die. Nigeria are always victims at the hajs in KSR. WHY? RIP, to the dead. |
ogtavia: My brother,my candid opinion on dis matter is dis..neither you nor ur sister can decide who to marry or not,i dnt ur background or ur spiritual cum religious background but one thing is sure,d bible says there is way dt seems right to all men but d end of it is destruction,i kno au u feel,i av four sisters and its amazing au naive, shortsighted and overtly carried awway some ladies can be esp at a certain age,you need to sit her down and talk to her,you need to meet the guy and talk with him but all these after you 'have prayed, what about ur parents,is there any elderly christian around who can give good advice,i dnt knw wat ppl think marriage is all about this days, because he bought her books, come on man,he is looking for something,he is goin to be all nice, wat happens after the marriage, after the first year, what happens with the kids, some people can be so nice, they could even brainwash people to think they are nice, but u need difficult situations to know who they are,i feel ur pain, but i advice that u commit the whole marriage thing into God's hand, ask her to pray and seek for God's will, then speak with her.marriage is beautiful when u're with the right man God has chosen for you,but once you miss it,its goin to be years of unhappiness...here is my facebook ID,Dialaekwe Ogechukwu..add me up,if u feel we should talk...all d best.Which pain? tell me anyone who get all he/she wanted in this world? what is the qualification of the sister? what matters most is the happiness of the sister in her matrimonial home and not the feelings this OP. |
afdynamic: hmmm.......You started your comment intelligently but ended it so foolishly, is there anything bad in a woman being happily married with a poor man than living miserably with a rich man? if someone's father is poor there is no blame but when the husband is poor there would be blame right? you got it all wrong because from your reasoning her mother would have been blamed for her father's poverty. Nonsense. So, you don't believe that the only thing that remains permanent in this life is change? or you have not come across the word before? if you are a woman you don't deserve to be seen with someone's wife/daughter at all because you are venomous in your reasoning. So you haven't heard of the Masters Degree and PHD degree holders that are driving lorries for Dangote in Nigeria today? I now agree with one intelligent guy that commented in one of the numerous posts about women and marriage on this nairaland forum today, this guy said that majority of the single and frustrated ladies in Nigeria is because of their pride and arrogance, over selective and stupidity . This young lady is getting what she couldn't get from a well to do man before, from this security guy now. and her dummy and gold digger sister is not happy. All she want for her sister is to marry a billionaire that would turn all her family to be customary court judges to her sister and her husband tomorrow, Shame to this OP honestly, What a reasonable brother/sister to a lady like this should do, is to encourage the lady to be very careful in relationship by studying the genuity and seriousness of the guy's love to her, if it is true love then two of them should plan well for the man to further so that it can help both of them in future and not to discourage her because the young man is not Mike Adenuga and David Mark. If Senator Yerima seeks the hand of her sister in marriage i know that she would have gladly push her sister to marry him. Gold digger. She is looking for a banker for her sister, but didn't tell us what the profession of her boyfriend/husband is, even if he is pilot it wont be a reason to spoil her sister's happiness with her own selfish and greediness. This is the reason why i don't sympathize with spinsters because majority of them foolishly/greedily lost their golden opportunities when they were at their marriage ages. When you watch them on the TB Joshua's Emmanuel television Chanel during their stage managed deliverance they will tell you they had Spiritual Husbands who made them not get married. then you would hear her saying , I am her Husband, i come from the Bermuda triangle, i am from the deepest ocean, i am Lucifer she is my wife, i made her not to get married, i destroyed her life, I chased all her make suitors away, bla, bla, bla, while they were the ones that wickedly destroyed their lives. Your last paragraph prompted all these words. They never presented you as someone who really know what true love is all about, |
360command: This is a good plan if govt are to finalize the ban on importation of tokunbo(second hand) cars in Nigeria. With time, there will be car reduction of second hand cars on the street as various alternative of transportation(public) starts increasing with lots of people using it(we hope the govt improves the public transportation to cater for the increased masses). Also, it paves way for automobile industry to come into the Nigerian market and start manufacturing cars, buses etc. just like what is happening in Mexico. My friend spare us this economical jargon, we should first of all walk before we should think of running, no one is arguing all these points you stated here but the way this government act on the interests of the few people is becoming so un bearing. They copy all the American system of political and economical ideologies , but always fail to copy the American pro masses policies. How can someone wake in the morning and introduce a policy without making any alternative arrangements? this is typical anti masses policies. We saw it in the January 2012 Fuel Subsidy drama. USA, as a country we are copying everything from are still importing Fairly used cars from every country in the world, with all the car manufacturing companies in the US, the state of Michigan is known as a world head quarter of the car manufacturing companies in the world. This is another way to enrich one or few individuals as we are seeing in the Dangote's dominance of the Nigeria economy. The privatization in Nigeria is a typical economical colonization of the country by the few ruling class and their cronies. Did i hear you say about curtailing of the pollution in the country? this really shows that you are one of their payed online defenders, what causes the most pollution in Nigeria is generator sets which is caused by the wickedness and incompetence of the Nigeria past and present rulers. How many people own Tokumbo cars in Nigeria? but almost every Nigeria both in the village and townships owns generator sets including the big companies. Why did the GEJ led government not stop the importation of the fairly used Fuel they import in Nigeria everyday before thinking of cars? Sometimes when i hear people boasting of democracy in Nigeria i look at them as people who don't know the real meaning of that word Democracy. Nigeria is not democratic now , what we have is the people in the plain clothes dictating the affairs of the nation, without minding the reactions of the people. Any government that never carries its people along is not different from Military dictatorship. GEJ, led government is the most anti people regime i have ever witnessed in the country. I campaigned and voted for him 2011, even convinced my fellow friends and family members who swore not to vote then to vote for him in that election, but if he contests again in 2015 , i will personally vote against him i will also convince and re convince other people not to vote for him. I don't care about his little achievements because i know that they are not enough compared to all his boasted campaign promises. My main reason against him is his heartless/anti masses economical policies. I have never seen a Christian who is so inconsiderate to the plights of the masses like this man, GEJ. If there would be an election in 2015 i don't think GEJ will win again, he will only win by SELECTION and not an ELECTION. |
Arcard: chidera ezeh is 19 or 20 i kn him he plays for river lane fcWho asked you? enemy of progress are your legs tied to the electric poles? this is why you people don't progress in life. If you feel that this guy is a FOOL , like this comment. |
bendicion09: What of Spain?Hola hombre, que tal? si tu tienes permiso de residencia y trabajo, permanente tu puedes salir si otra ves tu sabes idioma del otro pais del communidad de europa es muy facil para ir alli para busca para trabajar . Tu no tienes ninguno problema . Yo tambien viva en Sevilla Anulucia pero ahora yo soy en India para estudiar medico voy a regresar dentro de dos anos. Te digas buena suerte amigo mio. |
dont8: What has really gone wrong with our level of morality and conscience in this country, smh.Good question , over to you the governmment of the day !!! |
texazzpete: Imagine this llama comparing clothes market to cars!Very sensible my dear we always take in any thing this government gives us no matther how harmful they are, Innonson, Innonson,Innonson, bla, bla, bla is only Innonson and few other car companies going to produce the cars that can supliment the needs of the fiarly used cars? I doubt it. This is an anti masses policy again. |
freezy: Comments from Punch Readers:Emeka, no country in the world bans imported used cars, even the United States that have many car manufacturing companies, Germany with their numerous car manufacturing companies still allow used cars from other countries. Not everybody can afford the new cars. You Nigerians easily buy these false government economical theories. They say different thing and do opposite. It s a pity that GEJ is allowing himself to be deceived by the people who are not happy to see him reelected. There are many things the federal government should first of all ban, 1: Generators if they are serious in their power transformation 2: Private jets which are the causes of the monthly plane crashes in Nigeria. 3: Foreign medical treatment because they are fairly used medical ideologies too, if they want to encourage our local medical practitioners. 5: Foreign education too because our local institutions should be encouraged too. Why only the business that helps the poor masses that the government always ban? Locally produced cars should be encouraged but not in this regards, why rushing the ban while the local car producing companies are not well funded? How would you cope the demand of the cars when the produced cars are not yet enough for the demand? How much is the salary of the workers in Nigeria to purchase new cars of Millions of naira? Common we should first walk before we think of running. This is one of the policies that would deny GEJ his second tenure if will conduct a free and fair election in Nigeria, his regime is fast becoming an anti people government. No country bans goods they don't produce 95% of it, Nigeria will not grow over night. Stop the importation of the 18 century trains and rail lines first. GEJ honestly i am doubting your capability in ruling this country |
I am not surprised to hear this, this is the third phase of the Nigerian national anthem and pledge , Condolence speech/message. The only sector which the present PDP led government have performed excellently well is the ACCIDENT/DEATH sector. The files that contain the condolence speeches/Condolences messages can fill all the book shops and libraries in the world, and their being on top of the situations is more taller than the tallest building in the UAE. Feeeeee, Deeeeeeee, Feeeeeeeee, fireeeeeeeeeeeee to the feeeefuuuuul. |
I will be so happy if this rumor is false at last because I personally love this young man Gbenga Obasanjo, I love men who are so brave to call a spade a spade without minding whose ox is gored. I love this young man with passion. He is my kind of a person who never spares anyone that does evil things being it my mother or father. Olugbenga Obasanjo I am wishing you many more years of ripping the fruits of your truthfulness, while I wish the dead RIP. My question is this when will these avoidable untimely deaths stop in Nigeria? Why airplane for a journey of only few hours? This is the best time for the rulers of this country to know that the only equality of mankind is life and death. |
It is a pity that Nigeria is still centuries behind the modern civilization, who is this an UNKWON passenger on board? Was he on stroway or what that he did not purchase the flight ticket with his personal information? I am still wondering how in this modern era a passenger on board airline should be described as an UNKNOWN passenger. But as long as it is Nigeria one would not be surprised because everything is possible in Nigeria. |

You are very correct and factual, i am a Man U fan for a very long time, i know all you said my dear. Man U and Heartland FC of Owerri are my best clubs in this world, i support them with all my heart whether in good or bad situation. Thank you once again. |
Saint Chukz: You don't know your Man United FC history at all. The tragedy occurred in 1958, Just google the 58' Munich Air disaster and check what your search gives you.Sorry i made a mistake and that was why i removed the comment, you are correct my dear, i am very sorry for the wrong date. |
leggo: In the 1958 season, The Babes triumphed inUp Man U, Man U for life, don't mind them, Man U will surely bounce back. United we stand. |
Onazi good one bro, but make you do leave all the monitorings, catchings, bringing backs and handings of our goal robbers opponents to the Supers Eagle defenders and goal keepers alone during the last qualifying and World Cup in Brazil as you gallantly did in Italy. Or they are paying you extra for that one in Italy. |
Kslib: Hon Patrick or whatever he calls himself is an iddiot.. I never saw myself calling a man who is as old as being my dad an idiiot, but what do you expect me to say to an old man who thinks big english is the solution to every issue.. I dont really know the motive behind this tweet of his but i suspect it's a cheap move to garner more followers on twitter..Why wasting much of your time and space to repeat the same offence the man made? Salvation is personal, opinion is also personal. Both Jim Iyke and TB Joshua has the right to respond to this man or not,and not you. You just took time to take medication for another peoples’ sickness, why? Why do Nigerians always correct mistakes with insults? You and the people that clicked like to your comment are all culpable of the same offence you insulted the man for. You are not really sure of the reality of the miracles in the SCOAN , so you should not be their spokesman here online . Leave the affected people to defend themselves. Let me tell you one thing, no amount of congregation is too much for the churches. Jim Iyke should be the one to take this matter seriously if he wishes and not you. Thank you. |

Anyone here, who lives in Spain? I hold a permanent residence permit of Spain but walahi, i am tired of this country, there are no jobs. Anyone who lives in Spain here who can advice me on how to go about getting a job? How can i migrate to any of the schengen states in search of a job?
