A Borno-based Pastor, Kallamu Musa-Dikwa, said on Thursday that the money that was given to pastors by the President was actually N7bn and not N6bn as alleged by Amaechi, who doubles as the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Organisation.
Amaechi had alleged that unnamed leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party paid N6bn to Christian clerics to campaign against Buhari and the APC.
The governor’s allegation caused a stir among the Christian clerics, with the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and the Northern State Christian Elders Forum asking Amaechi to name the church leaders, who collected the huge bribe.
But Musa-Dikwa, who is the Executive Director of the Voice of Northern Christian Movement, told journalists in Kaduna on Thursday that the said money was channelled through the Christian Association of Nigeria.
He said the CAN got the said money(N7bn) on January 26, 2015 and disbursed N3m to each State Chairmen of the CAN across the country.
Musa-Dikwa, who was an Associate Pastor with the E. Y. N. Church, Farm Centre, Dikwa Road, Maiduguri, Borno State, under Rev. Emmanuel Kwajihe between 2002 and 2004, said the CAN had started threatening Christians in the state (Borno) that they must re-elect Jonathan in the rescheduled election.
He said, “It was N7bn that was given to the CAN leadership by President Goodluck Jonathan. They(CAN) later disbursed N3m to the State Chairmen of the CAN.
“The money was handed over to the CAN Leadership on 26th January, 2015.”
“Actually, President Jonathan is using CAN President, and it was the CAN President who collected the monies and shared N3m to the CAN executives in each state.
“And some Pentecostal Bishops also collected their share. Actually, the money is not N6bn, it is N7bn. This is what I know. One of the CAN officials from Abuja told me that they have collected the money. The corruption in CAN is terrible. They are corrupting the body of Christ because of money.
“They are now threatening Christians in Borno State that they will deal with anybody, who refuses to vote for Jonathan. And the CAN officials are now campaigning that if Buhari emerges President, he will Islamise Nigeria; and that Osinbajo collected monies from Islamic world; and that the same Osinbajo will resign soon after Buhari wins to give way for Tinubu to emerge Vice President.”
Musa-Dikwa named some high-profile clerics, who had benefitted from the controversial largesse to actualise the re-election bid of Jonathan.

Anybody can come out to say anything. Just as you are now, anybody can just come out to call you a thief. But that doesn't made you a thief until proving beyond any atom of doubt with evidence.
So forget all this unverified claims by extremely desperate politicians. Because in reality, they can do or say anything just to achieve their selfish interest.

The problem is that Bing doesn't accept any card. Payoneer doesn't work too. Are you sure you've tried it before & it worked ?

The issue is that there are different types of cards. Some VCCs especially those VCC that can't be customize to have USA billing address are not accepted on most top American websites. Payoneer card will not work because of the card billing address which is Nigeria.

Solution:
Get a VCC that can be customize to have USA billing address and you will be fine.

Note: the kind of VCC that can handle USA billing address customization is more expensive than the VCC that can't handle USA billing address.

op you misquote me, I didn't say that the will use home address to receive the card, all I say is that, when filling your delivery address form on payoneer site, the will also requires your full address even before you get to the box that will require postal code, NOTE: unless you choose others delivery method, which is paid delivery which the will use the service of DHL Express, the will not delivery to your home address, free delivery will always to post office, it only DHL that can delivery to your door but it paid, the will deliver the card in 4 working days.

Secondly, don't mislead your followers, there is nothing like national code from delivery in Nigeria, the said 234 you refer to, is Nigerian international dialling code, which means if you are in Ghana and you want to call Nigeria, you must add 234 to the person number, before you can connect to the person

There was no explanation as to when and where they should add their normal home address. Towards the end of the post you said "the card will be sent to the Post office"

And the post ended up becoming very confusing. And without me quoting you which resulted in you coming up to explain what you really meant, that post would've continue to mean that you said they should use their normal home address to apply for Payoneer card.

When applying for it, use your normal home address, den you will see a place or box that will be required for your postal code or zip code, now use Google, ask google, what is the postal code of the local government area you are , for instance you are in ikeja in Lagos, ask

What is the postal code of ikeja, you will see the post code of ikeja name after street by street, you choose the one link to your area or street you live, with this, the can even bring it to your house, you go to the post office in your area when it due time to receive, the card will be sent to that post office

Of course it should help but still a long process can't guarantee the card not missing in transit.
I have my own Payoneer delivered to the Post address I use as my address in less than 14days.
That's I advise people in the tutorial that instead of using their house address, they should use a Post Office address that is close to them.

Just as you said, it is also important to use your state postal code instead of the national code of 234. To get your state postal code, Google your state postal.
