This has nothing to do with your answer being appropriate or not. It’s about understanding the scenario the person who asked the question is in. The fact that you have the yellow card as an option doesn’t mean it’s the same for the person. In my case the school provided the forms and there’s no requirement for yellow card. It’s best to ask for clarification on the question to know the best advice to give. Sending the person off to Port Health might be totally unnecessary in this case. That’s the point I’m making.

No. The forms require the hospital or health facility to fill out dates and stamp with their official stamp as proof of vaccinations or test. So the question to ask if this is the case for the person making the inquiry. There might be no need to go through the process of getting a yellow card if the school has provided documentation to be filled out.

Well the schools provide forms to be filled documenting the immunizations, so no need for a yellow card anyway unless the school didn’t provide forms to be completed.

Apart from sponsor's bank statement to cover deficits. I got a merit scholarship together with a GRA. I gained admit late because I applied late, and I feel like abandoning this whole thing for France. My sponsor is a business man. Very few business men have tax returns. You said they shouldn't care why someone is going for another MSc, that was why i gave that illustration. it's same non-immigrant intent that they are trying to determine. To me it doesn't make any sense going for another MSc in same field or closely related field when one can easily opt for PhD

If we are to go by this, they shouldn't care about the schools we applied to and why we chose the school. all those questions make me sick on why they ask. unfortunately, that's not how the system works. the fellow should target PhD as things ain't working out for second MSc

She was NEVER refused because of the program she's going for. People gets their F1 visa irrespective of program, even if it is evangelism that the whole world know Nigeria is leading. It depends on case by case assessment and profile of the applicant, and the consular conducting the interview.

you can't have same MSc in a field and going for another MSc in same field unless in different field. It doesn't make any sense and can be refused for that.
