CareerRe: How To Resign From A Bank When You Are Still Owing by CrazyMan(mod): 10:07am On Nov 21, 2013
Solupeace: @crazyman,thanks .But he claims that terminal benefit might not be paid since he's resigning notwithstanding that he has spent 7 years with the bank. Again, I have also advised him to get in touch with their HR but he said that would be dangerous as it might be counter productive.
Is he a contract staff or a full staff of the bank...?
CareerRe: Contract Staff by CrazyMan(mod): 12:16pm On Nov 20, 2013
Teacup: Hello People, please I will like to hear from those who work as contract staff in their various organisation. I myself is a call centre agent(contract staff) with one of the telecommunications in Nigeria. Is hell working as a contract staff. No allowance no medical no gifts no salary increment no christmas bonus. Please are there contract staff who really enjoy some benefits in Nigeria
At least you have working experience…that’s a benefit of its own to your CV.

You can always use the experience you've gained in your present organization to seek employment elsewhere.
CareerRe: Where Can Someone With A Certificate In "Chemistry" Work by CrazyMan(mod): 12:13pm On Nov 20, 2013
You can work wherever you choose to work.

These day’s companies pay less attention to what you majored in during recruitment exercise.

Upon employment, you would undergo a training process...you would be tutored on how things are being done. So whichever department you find yourself after your training, be sure to put in your best and I can assure you that you would excel.

Good luck.
CareerRe: How To Resign From A Bank When You Are Still Owing by CrazyMan(mod): 11:57am On Nov 20, 2013
Well it all depends on the amount he owes...usually when a staff is indebted to a bank, prior to resignation the balance of the remaining sum he owes them (the bank) will be deducted from his terminal benefits. So if the loan isn’t much, his terminal benefit package should cover it.
CareerRe: List of Companies That Promote Staff Welfare And Treat Them Well by CrazyMan(mod): 12:02pm On Nov 19, 2013
eluquenson: Is there a fake staff in First Bank? undecided
What he meant was full staff cos banks also employ contract staffs, and their salaries and welfare packages are nothing compared to that of the full staffs.

Harbosede02: are u 4 real?
Yes dear, I'm for real.

Idowuogbo: Hmmmmmm
Sup dear...its been a while.

Why the humming sound? wink

Vivly: Thank you so much for your answers.
You're welcomed

Vivly: I'm sure most people who speak against suicide have not faced challenges devoid of hope.
I'm with you on this.
Nairaland GeneralRe: Why Will U Ever Contemplate Suicide? by CrazyMan(m): 3:18pm On Nov 03, 2013
Danhumprey: Suicide is a coward act.
I disagree.

Danhumprey: It doesn't solve anything.
No bro, it does solve something...it gives you eternal rest from whatever it was that made you commit the act.

Danhumprey: I rather face the music boldly,no matter the shame, than commit suicide, which is even worst.
Pray that circumstances shouldn't push you towards such thoughts.

Danhumprey: What would you go and tell God? undecided
You would tell him that the condition you found yourself before the act, being in the grave and constantly remembered by friends and family members was your best option...hence your action to terminate your life.

I'm sure he would understand...after all he saw all you were going through before you ended your life.

I'm tiping iran to finish 2nd in group E (that's if they can defeat Austria) so its likely that we might play iran in the 2nd round.

I don't see canada defeating Argentina...

CFCfan: It's likely to be Canada.
Canada has 2 points remember...so if Argentina defeats them, there's no way they would qualify.

CFCfan: What a great game by the Eaglets!

Sweden wouldhave to wait to see if they are amongst the best 3rd placed teams.
I have a feeling that they would be amongst the best loosers.

foandt: what about mexico vs sweden match? Update?
CrazyMan: In the other game sweden 0 mexico 1

As it stands, Nigeria would top the group, mexico would come 2nd and Sweden would qualify as best looser.

Nigeria would play the 2nd in group E while mexico would play Argentina if they (Argentina) top their group.

The referee should have allowed us taken our corner kick na sad
SportsRe: Nigeria Vs Iraq: FIFA U-17 World Cup (5 - 0) On 25th October 2013 by CrazyMan(m): 2:45pm On Oct 25, 2013
I would suggest that our coach substitutes all our booked players in the second half in order to avoid collecting a second booking and miss the crucial round of 16.
