I do management in I.T and when a greenfield project is undertaking, the choice of tools to use is typically not determined by how cheap or effective the tools are but by how easy it is to hire personnel that can work with said tools.

Hiring and firing players for Amorim‘s system is going to be a nightmare. At our scale, every negotiation we do involves clubs trying to steal the elastic off our boxers so we should be double careful when buying players and the margin for error signing niche players that understand how to play a 3 ATB system is considerably lesser

We can’t do the same, so we best find a manager that can make the most out of the wretches we have and then we gradually up the quality of players while phasing out deadwood

Worked out well for me as I'm comfortably up by 7%.

I'll just ride the wave as I want to see what the launch of ETH futures on Chicago Mercantile Exchange on February 8 does for the price.
