Growing a team with inexperienced young players takes time and not done by most top teams cos of the expectations for trophies by fans and of course we know most don't turn to make it. Top teams usually buy mercenaries and add few potential young players which I think we should likewise do unless we cannot expect trophies in the near time and btw, Jose is not known for this type of job.
