You only Cancel if you want to change Location.

My advice is to consider Abuja because Lagos date is far now.

Abuja is not even an option for me... I needed a far date that's why I wasn't bothered with the dates. I even wanted to extend my date further before all this rubbish happened.

You should have "rescheduled" and not cancel. However, you can wait for the response from CGI and I hope they help you out with this.
