for those who first did the iGPA calculator before the WES evaluation.was there a difference between the both GPAs?

Hello There Good Morning to everyone I need enlightenment on this after Institution attended completes documents verification sent to them by WES, how many days will it take for WES to finalize the Transcripts Evaluation and my second question is I want to know the deadline for summer admissions.

Its boldly written on the WES website.Allow three business days for WES to update your profile after verification.I think after getting a reply from the school,it doesn't take them time to complete the evaluation.

Why do you want to verify by post when it can be done via that same email you want to avoid reaching your registrar? It's so simple. Put a call through to WES asking for the date a verification email was sent to your school/registrar. That's what your registrar or whoever is in charge of the school email needs to find your WES email quickly and respond. I understand how expensive it is to call WES from Nigeria because it takes time before the call is answered. You can pm your WES ref # and I'll call them on your behalf.

Thank you for that.Verification is complete though,whats left is for my school to reply WES by sending back the verified copy of transcript.i am looking at paying the guy in charge to use courier instead of the normal NIPOST.but want to verify if this can be a problem.i sent you a PM by the way.

Bearing this in mind and also considering the fact that i have almost violated all application deadlines for the schools i am applying to, i discussed with the man in charge of final verification and posting at my school if he could use courier instead(a personal arrangement, school uses nipost normally).He agreed after charging me high.
My question is this.Can this cause me any form of problems with WES? cos if WES` has any doubt, they would mail the registrar and this mail will not get to this man and the registrar i return may reply WES that the school uses only NIPOST.pls has anyone done this before?
Also, who knows how long it takes to get a document from nigeria to the USA via NIPOST.nobody is obliged to provide a help but a timely response will be appreciated.Thanks alot.

Hello Thanks for the reponse have confirmed that by myself but do you know other means I can use to get the photocopy of my degree certificate across to WES because UPS and FEDEX both have outrageous charges and it's just a piece of paper, am thinking maybe I should postal mail for it. Someone should help me on this

Guyz do not underestimate your degree. USA is the land of opportunity.
Some Universities In the USA have accepted my ND+HND (Together as an undergraduate degree equivalent to the USA Bachelors Degree)
Guyz, What you do is to search for schools that evaluate transcripts internally by themselves OR you opt to explore the option of WES.
I guess my Upper Credit in my HND result was a plus for the acceptance.
Next for me is to forward my GRE for funding...

The GRE is one of the many requirement for Graduate admission in the US, Canada and lots of other developed countries. For Job applications, i think SHL and GMAT are more suitable.

If you are talking about graduate transcript, i think your evaluation centre should do that, but if you are an undergraduate applicant then you can either submit documents via email or postal.Good luck!

You should be fine. A Friend of mine had a similar experience and he was able to use that same pin on the receipt to apply for his F1. No qualms.

Visa approved ds morning..silent follower thought but i will share my transcript for the benefit of others as i really gained from ds site.. advise to applicants.. pls take ur time to go through the thread,dont give in to Laziness cos it will be worth it in d end, read other peoples transcript, get familiar with the questions and how to answer them, practice and pray.. i was asked about 10questions but it wasnt a problem cos i prepared for all. was a bit shakky at first but then i regainned my confidence cos i knew wat to say. Please take yout time to read through there is no question dey will ask u that aint here alredy.. i will also share a list of questions i i compiled and anyone who needs visa prep materials can mail me.. preparation is key. Transcript comin soon..
