Respect is good, but professionally you need to learn resilience. If I were to recruit you, I'd decline. Because you don't have the employment history of staying long in one place despite the odds. I would want to see how you resolve things in times of conflict and clash of interests. To grow professionally, you need to be able to deal with off people. Even if you plan to be on your own, but fails to learn how to keep up in times of adversity, you may NOT have the people skills to handle some part of your business.

For the op, you are underemployed. 9-9 for a mentally demanding job is slavery. The only jobs fit for 12hours per day are security jobs.

Best to look for a job elsewhere or start something. Once you can see anything that can bring in the same amount as this one, go for it. Even if it is to carry "sh!t".

Talking about resilience and management skills, I have it plenty, one question at the back of mind always is "is it worth it" I have done jobs that streched me to the very last, but u see, my mental health is untouchable, once I start to doubt myself then my very existence is on the line.

Management skills like interpersonal skills can only help when the issues are professional in nature or when the person you are dealing with is open minded.

Make your own research. Ratings are used to judge movies and TV shows. When the ratings start diminishing, the series loses its credibility.

I am not a huge fan of series, I started my series journey with Smallville and Prison Break season 1 and 2. Even after watching 24, I swore that Prison Break would be in my top 5 no matter what. That was how much I loved the series. All that changed when the producers ruined it with watered down and dumb storyline in other seasons. The producers were keen on making more money but it forever ruined all the glory and effort of season 1.


Right now, Prison Break won't be in top 20 series of any credible site coz of dumb scripting. You won't understand the effect the dumb and unwanted plots are having on the rep of La Casa de Papel until 10 years from now when solid Spanish series are out there and nobody would be mentioning Money Heist in their top 5 Spanish TV shows.

Prison Break ran till Season 5?!! You gat to be kidding me

Same issue I have with HTGAWM, show should have ended in its 3rd or 4th season but what did Shonda do? She dragged it till the 6th season and bored our lives. Into the Badlands suffered this same disease.

Unlike Breaking Bad, it got better from its first episode till its final episode.

Even Greys Anatomy that is in its 16th season, a lot of people jumped off that ship at Season 5.
