Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. 1 Corinth 7:5 As much as spiritual power is directly proportional to how much fasting and prayer you can do, it's very important that you fulfill your duties as a husband. God will not listen to you if you have a wife at home burning with desire. You must fulfill her desires and get permission from her before you embark on any fast. And don't engage on very long fasting as a married man. That is what the bible says. Your body is no longer your own. You can either be like Paul and remain unmarried, so that you can fast as long as you like till you attain the anointing of Elijah and Elisha combined. That is good. But any fasting and prayer you do while your wife is left unattended for months is a waste of time and God will not regard it. The pastor should forgive her and make amends. That is not a whoree. That is just a long suffering woman that fell into the temptations of Satan due to failings of her own husband. |
I don't even care anymore. I am not the only Nigerian. One thing I Know is that tinubu supporters will not enjoy Nigeria better than me. If they vote for a bad leader, they will suffer it before I begin to feel it. |
No country in Africa interest me. Too backward. If it's not Western Europe, US or Australia, I am not interested. |
jude79:Go to the customs or immigration office in Lagos and see who dominates it. |
Go to the northern universities and ask their students where they hope to work. I am sure 99% of them will say govt agency. |
Peter obi got impeachment as state governor because he scrapped an overinflated project earmarked by the state legislators as a looting scheme. Transactional politicians like tinubu can never do that. He will satisfy them and get something in return too. That is transactional politics 101. And that is the kind of president we have. That is what made him president. Just pray for the best and don't expect much. |
lhordspy:Tinubu is a transactional politician. Transactional politicians focus on politics first and foremost, before anything else. Stop overrating tinubu. He is just a very corrupt politician. He will do what is best for his own political interests, first and foremost even at the expense of Nigeria. Know this and know peace. |
lhordspy:While not let us see with our own eyes.? You have no inkling into tinubu's mind. |
Pastor Chris has not remarried. Pastor Chris still wears his wedding ring. On that score, he is keeping in line with scripture. |
Sonnobax15:So if his wife leave him, what is he supposed to do? Tie her down? Salvation is personal. You cannot control the decisions of others. What is important is to remain right with God. |
Omoawoke:You have any proof of this? |
She divorced Chris. It was not Chris that divorced her. So we should be clear about who broke God's commandment. Pastor Chris still wears his wedding ring and did not remarry which is according to scripture. |
Menclothing:I absolutely detest okowa. But it seems the other guy was just trying to be a bigot and blame his people for him. |
marlow1962:The past governors from itshekiri and urhobo. What did they do for their people? |
demmie1:When did igbos ever stood against regional govt? |
drlateef:Coming from a man from one of the most poverty stricken ethnic group in Africa, that is very rich of you. |
YoungLionken:. Who is we? |
Anambra alone gave obi over 1 million votes. Add Anambra and one other south east state to pdp, and atiku clearly wins. But yeah, tinubu is a political mastermind, and igbos are losers. |
Tinubu had 8 million votes. Atiku had 7million, obi had 6 million. All the politicians in the east begged their people to vote for politics and pdp, but they said No, and voted for the best candidate. Political interests be Damned. Atiku would have won by a landslide if the east voted for pdp as usual, and the political interests of their elites would have been secured. The Yoruba candidate that won by the skin of his teeth is prancing around with his people, playing a game of winner takes all. It's okay. |
PureFace1:Massob and biafran sentiments has been existing since the time of obsanjo. You remember those times when Yoruba were perpetual opposition and igbos were in mainstream politics. Massob was existing back then. The only thing you people have succeeded in doing is to force igbos to go for the lowest hanging fruits in subsequent elections. Patriotism be damned. If they did that in 2023 and forgo patriotism, they would have voted for atiku and he would be president today. His victory was certain if igbos voted for him. Igbos voted for patriotism instead of narrow short term interests, that is why atiku is not president right now. But don't worry, elections will not end in 2023. There would be other opportunities to correct that mistake. |
How people like deceiving themselves is what I don't know. The Same people that said obi won't win even a single State before the election have now changed to obi won't get 2M votes if it is done again. You people think every Nigerian is an idiots?. Dem use hubris swear for una? The Court should declare a run-off and let us test your hypothesis. |
Yoruba ronu should be happy. Igbos are finally going back home. |
. |
A thieving abokii that should already be in handcuffs if we had a president with an ounce of integrity. |
iyke2frankeze:That Is what a lot of men don't know. Every woman has a breaking point. Every woman on earth. No woman will watch her children starve. Privileged husbands should just be grateful that God is providing for them. Else, that loving wife of theirs that they believe can never cheat will go outside and spread her legs 180° for another man when the suffering becomes unbearable. |
I had the opportunity to fuckkk a very pretty married woman for as little as 20k. She gave it to me on a platter, but the fear of God and the fear of repercussions stopped me from yielding to that great temptations. How some people are so brave to quickly dip their wick inside people's wives is a wonder. Dem no dey fear at all. |

These men are only concerned about their pockets. They see politics as a full time job. |
maasoap:You think obi started today? Or his reputation and history was built in 7 months? We will see if you made the right choice in four years time. |
maasoap:At this point, it doesn't matter. You can do all the laugh emoji you want. But in real life, You are not going to experience a better govt from tinubu than obidients will enjoy. It's not a game of football. For your sake, I hope you voted right by voting tinubu. |
If Peter obi had won the election in 2023, it would have been the first time in a long while if not ever, that the Nigerian people would finally have a chance at truly fighting corruption. Because a govt only beholden to the people that voted for it had come to power. What a missed opportunity. |
