I can but i WON'T. I'll have to deal with the MIL for however long the union lasts or doesn’t last.
It sure will put a lot of strain on my marriage.

Exactly.... The 'paedophiles in waiting'.
The sad thing is, some parents shy away from discussing with their children that other children/teens could be sexually abusive/intrusive towards them, rather, they go on and on about how it is important to protect themselves from paedophiles. These paedophiles (most of them) started off as juvenile sex offenders.

You can only speak for yourself. Most catholics are extremists (pardon my word choice). They won't meet you halfway,.lailai........... You hear stories like, 'my dad won't allow me marry you cuz you aren't a catholic(girl to boy), 'you have to put aside your religious belief and embrace Catholicism if you want this relationship to work', 'no, you can't be a pentecostal while i'm a catholic, it's absurd', and all that crap.

The Hausa community do not see this as a problem. If you ask the 'devoted muslims', they'd tell you they are only worshipping their God. Apparently, this isn't traffic congestion. Try going to Dugbe from UI on a friday afternoon and see for yourself. Mats are usually spread on one side of the road and the other lane is left for motorists. You can conjure a disappearing spell to take you off the road for all they care.

A teenager at 6? That girl's brain has a MASSIVE growth spurt...........Since she's only a child in body, she needs to be educated and not spanked/yelled at. She should be given sex education by her MOM, not her classteacher

It's no news most Nigerians have negative attitude towards their mothertongue and ironically develop a positive attitude towards the foreign language.
