It is well.

For those in the bus, just know when to be alighting when it's getting to your bus-stop......
JAPAUL will likely touch 2/2.20 from the look of things, and based on the newsletter.........don't take my words for it.
Will get to Close to N3. I actually had the Information last week Thursday but not a fans of Japauloil

The man I expected Tinubu to reward handsomely is no where to be found. He started his campaign before any other person. He was the one that created his campaign awareness and now shelved aside. He is DAYO ADEYEYE.

What do you guys think about the below calculated intrinsic value of access bank? Comments will be welcome.
Fundamental analysis like this on any stocks is always subjective and prone to errors. Data used are your own personal data. My advice on fundamental analysis like this, is to dig for different fundamental analysis like your own from different analysts, say about five and take the average

Locotrader:
Thank God I made myself clear via my new moniker as a trader "Locotrader".
I did this so that my username will judge anyone who tries to condemn any action I take.A trader may value a stock at #20 naira and hype it then decide to exit at #15.He prays for a pullback to re-enter same stock again and ride it simultaneously till the price is actualized. No cause for alarm the oando shareholders.Oando will go above #20 self if delisting is terminalted. The trade set up in oando is still okay from my own very end.People are selling because the court case is near and no one knows what the outcome will be.I will be among those to put money in oando after the court case just for capital appreciation in a short term.

In this context,I didn't see where to blame Peter because I have known him as a trader for a long time now.He will still come back to oando again and hype it.

My advice is anyone who wants to invest should do so in a dividend paying stocks and avoid non dividend paying stocks which are being hijacked by traders to avoid this type of blame.

Know a trader by their actions and know peace.

Investors are patient people. They don't hype stocks. They don't create liquidity in a stock. They rely on dividends and also average down when they see a pullback.
In this type of Oando situation, One could have make unlimited profit if options market have been activated.

Just buy STRADDLE OR STRANGLE

If you boarded OANDO @circa #5 when we started loading the bus and disembark @ circa #15 when the bus seems to be saturated wont you be happy huh

Like we stated clearly from ONSET,
OANDO is for Gamble and the bus will definitely reverse and hit the #20 junction.
What we are experiencing now is called SHAKE-OUTand RESPITE is on the way.

BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE!
My brother!

Do you still believe that Oando will reverse to N20?

It is extremely impossible. Oando will trade less than N7.07 delisting price or close to it

Study the behavior of stocks that plan delisting or have delisted and see what price they eventually doing after very short bullish.

Check

1. Ardova before delisting. It went as high as N26 even when it was apparent that they would delist at N17+

2. Courtville Plc and see similar trading patterns

3. WaPIC Plc and see similar trading patterns

4. First Aluminuin Plc and see similarvtaleasing patterns

5. AG Leventis Plc and see the same trading patterns

My point is that when a stock announced that they would delist at a particular price. No matter the bullishness trends, it will still come close to that delisting price. I sighted those above example to guide you in your decision.

To think that it will get to N20, that will be a tall order to achieve

Thank you

Good evening sir. Any updates on Dangote Foods plc. @ valentinenwoko@gmail.com.
I dont have information yet my brother. But third quarter results would give you clue
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by customstreet:
• As OANDO Plc’s litigation hearing nears, (scheduled for October 10, 2023) it can be observed that investors interest is receding, as the stock traded about 60 million units today losing 9.89% in price, to close at NGN11.85.

For me, I still believe that there is nothing Wale Tinubu want to get on this delisting that he can not get. He has hunted the regulators down, more so that one of his own is now in power.

In a nutshell, I believe the delisting would still go ahead. Since most company getting delisted have alternatives trading their shares, I mean NASD. I am 70% sure that the company would be delisted. This is my own personal opinion

Unbelievably disappointing result from Access bank if that is trulyvtheir eps. But the result is hard to interpret. It appears they excluded their fx gains in calculating their eps.

Make the accounting gurus interpret this one for us abeg.
1. Closure date was even backdated to 27th July ,2023

2. Shenanigans have started by excluding their unrealized FX gain

3. Access Bank need to be monitored and examined well

4. What is the IFRS treatment of FX realized and unrealized gain or loss?

5. Access likes doing their own different from others

6. No payment date

This is how Oando started few years ago with this type of shenenigans

It is well

How to select stocks

Select stocks using a simple 5-step framework:

1️⃣ Universe of ideas

Define your investable universe

2️⃣ Circle of competence

Only invest in what you understand

3️⃣ Financial stability filter

Filter for companies with a healthy balance sheet, high profitability and attractive growth rate

4️⃣ Wide moat

Only keep the companies with a sustainable competitive advantage

5️⃣ Price filter

Select the companies which trade at a cheap or fair price

You want even more?

Here's how I screen for quality stocks:

• Revenue growth > 5%
• Earnings growth > 7%
• FCF / earnings > 80%
• ROIC > 15%
• Net debt / FCFF < 5
• Debt/equity < 80%

• Revenue growth > 5%

Organic growth is the most preferred source of growth.
In the long term, revenue growth is the main driver for stock market returns.

• Earnings growth > 7%

In the end, you want most sales to be translated into earnings.
Why? Because in the long term stock prices always follow the underlying performance of the company.

• FCF/Earnings > 80%

Earnings are an opinion, free cash flow is a fact.

Companies that translate most earnings into free cash flow perform significantly better than companies which don’t.

• ROIC > 15%

For quality investors, Return On Invested Capital (ROIC) is one of the most important financial metrics.

It shows you how efficiently management is allocating capital.

Furthermore, a high and stable ROIC is a great way to look at a company’s competitive advantage.

• Net debt / FCFF < 5

You want to invest in companies which are in good financial shape.

A healthy balance sheet gives a company flexibility and protects them against unforeseen circumstances.

•Debt / Equity < 80%

Too much debt and leverage is never good.

If you’re smart you don’t need it and if you’re dumb you shouldn’t use it.

This beautiful visual was created by Vishal Khandelwal.

Which criteria would you add?

Any stock that requires you buying from NASD is broker assisted and that market is not very liquid . D o not think Duffil has traded one day on that platform . They need to sit up. That exchange ordinarily should be giving the NGX a run for its money but I really do not know what those guys are doing . No visibility, no campaigns , no nothing.
Do u want to believe this?

NGX Plc is part owner of NASD.

NASD used NGX software to trade on NASD in the past. THEY stopped and changed to new home made software when it was obvious that NGX does not want the growth of that market.

The market cannot be liquid because of so many factors which is not for discussion on this forum

You are not doing any research. You just don't know what you are saying, especially using the words "hardest stocks to buy". Na stones dem dey crush?

if you are truly doing research, just place 1 unit order on all the stocks on the market at market rate and see which one is "HARDEST TO BUY"
The guy is correct my brother
There are some stocks that is difficult to get
You can stay there two to three months without getting any volumes
Examples are:
1. Capital Hotel Plc
2. Smart Product Plc
3. Dufil Primia Food Plc
4. Food concepts
5. And many others

Nobody can drag Edo out of Obaseki's grasp.
His anointed candidate will likely emerge as the next governor.
All he need to do is deploy thugs and sow confusion in oppositions camp.
If Federal govt want to clip his wings, he would fall into submission. PDP under Jonathan clipped Amechi wings using Federal might force for Wike to win
