I'm in my early 30s, I've got a bsc in sociology, a master's degree in statistics and like a dozen other professional degrees in human resource management, gerentology, demography, financial risk management, oil and gas services, pmp and so on.

Infact I'm basically one of the most educated individuals I've met. The sad part is I've never made a cent off my educational qualifications.
Heck I work in a totally different industry and make a good living which I'm definitely not going to trade for social work or psychology, so this past few days I get myself thinking what a waste of Time and resources that was, I literarily spent millions on my education, even relocating abroad to study but it was all a goddamn waste of time, all I got is a useless paper I'm never going to use.

My advice to young ones out there is to set your goals right and stupid untraditional ideas is better than no ideas. You don't necessarily have to pursue a degree to be okay in life.

Please I will try to be brief as possible as i can.
I work with a firm that sells construction equipment, and head the logistics and warehouse department. I have this junior colleague that has been with the company for 8years(long before i joined cos i have only been there for 2+ years), he is experienced and good at his job.
But yesterday i caught this guy trying to steal two pieces of 70ah batteries, it really broke my heart because he can not even sell this things for up to 100k. I have tried everything in my capacity to make sure those working under my dept enjoy every benefits that are due to them; from hazard allowance, overtime, and so on. I sign all this allowance without asking questions even when sometimes some of them are questionable. I was doing all this so that nobody has any reason to steal and they have small change to augment their salary.
Personally i hate theft and frown at it and they all know it cos i keep preaching against this at every meeting, and if i escalate this to the management at the HQ in Lagos, he might be sack without benefits after 8 long years and he is a family man.

Though I have scold him and told him he would hear from me by Monday morning, the truth is given the situation I don't know what to do with this guy.

I am really confuse cos i don't even know how long he has been doing this shit.

The Npower payment for October stipend to Npower Batch C volunteers have been stopped temporarily this was made in order to rectify payment issues encountered by Npower Batch C Volunteers.

During the payment which commenced few days ago some NPower Batch C Volunteers were paid and others were not paid, due to network issues, this have prompted the Npower management to go back to the drawing board to diagnose and treat the issue why some NPower volunteers were paid and others were not.

At this point all Npower Batch C Volunteers have been advised to exercise a great deal of patience as the issue is being treated and would normalise very soon.

Does anyone know about soso games in Lagos? I do not mean to spoil someone's business here, but I regretted doing business with them. Their logistics is the poorest I have had since making orders online locally and internationally. Their logistics outside Lagos is terrible, lots of mistake here and there, taking your orders to a different location and asking you to picked them up with your own money when you had already paid them for waybilling it to your adress. They did thesame thing last year and I thought it was just a one time mistake from them. I pre order for fifa22 from them since last week Thursday. Hello, my name is ThankGod Ani one of the victims of Amrgay Logistics scam. I have been using them for close to a year now, they got me to trust them and in turn started stealing my expensive laptops to sell on their e commerce platform and on eBay. They stole my 4 laptops I bought for almost 1,700 dollars. This company is owned by Mrs. Matilda GOMINA and co run by the husband Mr. Seun, they have offices in US and here Nigeria, in Lagos and Abuja. Pls l am appealing to all well meaning Nairalanders to help in chasing out these scammers from Nairaland so that other innocent people do not fall victim to their scams. In all their 3 threads here on Nairaland, they publicy admitted that they stole my laptops though they used the word misplaced to sugar coat their evil act and requested to be given till Friday last week being 11th Sept to conclude their investigations and refund me. Till today they have failed to refund me and have been ignoring my messages both on Whatsapp and on their threads on Nairaland, just the same way they have been doing since they carried out their evil act in May/June, instead they have been busy running their adverts looking for next victims to scam.
