Tankers fall on our roads every month, majority do not get reported because of low casualty. Containers fall every week. Trailers fail break everyday.

What has taking over of FG roads for maintenance got to do with LATSMA and VIO enforcing road worthiness of trucks, tankers and trailers ?

LASG makes huge revenue issuing road worthiness certificates to trucks and articulated vehicles that are not road worthy. LATSMA and VIO operate on all roads in Lagos regardless of who built the road, federal or state.

This Man right here is an alleged Rapist! His name is Adegboyega Adenekan . He is a Supervisor at Chrisland School Lekki . And he has been accused of raping minors there!

A video of a two year, 11 years old pupil of Chrisland School, Lekki, Lagos portraying her alleged serial defilement by the school’s supervisor was played today at the Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court.

The video was played during the testimony of Miss Olive Ogedengbe at the trial of Adegboyega Adenekan, 47, a Supervisor at Chrisland School over defilement of a child.

In the recording, Child X was given a sheet of paper and asked to draw the private part of Adenekan, which she did as well as another image with the ensuing questions.

Child X, referring to the other image said:”that is the hand he used to put in my wee wee.

�Ogedengbe: “Where is Mr Adenekan’s wee wee?”�Child X in response, pointed to her private area.

Ogedengbe: “Does he put his wee wee in your wee wee?”�Child X: “Yes.”

Child X in the recording, using a teddy bear as a puppet, also showed how the supervisor allegedly sexually abused her friend (name withheld).

Kissing the private region of the teddy bear, the child can be heard saying in the video recording “Your bum bum is delicious, your bum bum is sweet, I will eat your bum bum.”

She (Child X) said “Mr Adenekan said it is good for a child to put her wee wee in Mr Adenekan’s wee wee” at that point in time we decided to do a recording to ensure her story remains consistent.

“We asked her how does Mr Adenekan’s wee wee look like and she demonstrated playfully by pointing her finger upwards stating “sharpener”.

“We asked sharpener or pencil? She stated `sharpener.’

We told her to draw Mr Adenekan’s wee wee. We want to see what it looks like.

“To my greatest shock and surprise, for a two-year-old child, she drew a picture which symbolises a reproductive organ of a man in the form of a penis.

“I then asked her, show me your wee wee, she pointed at her private part. I asked her to show me where Mr Adenekan’s wee wee is and she pointed at the lower region of her private part.

It is not enough for us to curse this beast but more importantly we should all seek ways to protect our innocent children at this time . This is happening everyday and every where . This is just the one we know about!

Finally, exactly 11days after, desired rooting system have been gotten. Patience pays after all, it's time to transplant my basil into proper nursing pots (bags).

This is impressive. I never knew you can propagate these spices with be stem multiplication.
A friend mentioned it once that the mint spices he planted were bought from Shoprite. I thought he bought the ones with roots. I then rushed to Shoprite to buy some for planting, only to see that it was just stem and leaves, so I left disappointed not knowing it actually the stem he planted.

Now, I'm going back there to get the fresh parsley, rosemary and mint stems for my experimental balcony spice garden!!!

So far so good, everything seems to be doing quite well, and so green. Although, had issues with white flies and my tomato plants but all thanks to home-made dongoyaro leaves spray (neem leaves), I was able to reduce their activities.

Human rights activist and Lagos-based lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana, has accused the President Muhammadu Buhari administration of being the worst in terms of flouting court orders and violation of human rights.

He made the accusation on Wednesday while addressing a gathering at the fourth (4th) and final edition of the Policy Monitoring Dialogue Series by Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy and Development (SCDDD).

This is the Bodo-Bonny road already under construction. The immediate past Jonathan administration executed the road construction to this level. It was included in the 2015 budget for continuous funding, but the APC Federal Government abandoned it.

Analysts are surprised that President Buhari through the Vice President is flagging off a road which is already under construction. To make matters worse, they have awarded the road to another contractor and are starting construction work from Bonny.

A woman, Mrs. Omotola Akerele, has alleged that a pastor, Mathew Olakunle, had sex with her when she was undergoing spiritual healing in his church, adding that the intercourse resulted in pregnancy.

Pastor Olakunle, who was the head of the Christ Apostolic Church, Oke Itura, in Iju town, in the Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, admitted praying for women in the church naked, adding that God answered the prayer of naked people faster.

He explained that Omotola’s case was a spiritual attack and she agreed to undergo the spiritual exercise performed on her in the church.

The 32-year-old woman, who narrated her ordeal on a programme on Adaba FM, Akure, Ondo State, said her mother, who was a member of the church, introduced her to the pastor when she was battling with severe cough.

Yes, Jide settled Tokunbo very well with cash and everything good things money can buy.

At his new mansion in Banana Island, Tokunbo has on display the choicest and most expensive automobiles. His houses in Swiss Cottage, and Colindale in London combined are worth over 10million pounds. Though in and around London where he has these sprawling, eye-popping properties, he is renowned and respected for his deep pocket and la vida loca lifestyle, unconfirmed reports have it that the properties are allegedly linked to the former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Allison-Madueke and Jide Omokore’s monumental bribery saga and if care is not taken, he might be called in for questioning.

Those close to him say he has a water-tight defence for his lifestyle; that some of those automobiles and properties are mere gifts.

Indeed, oftentimes, a billionaire debtor would give a bank director the gift of a new car, apartment in a highbrow area or return tickets to exotic vacation spots anywhere in the world, to induce the bank director to provide illicit cover for them.


Consequently, rather than ensure that their billionaire friends refund loans taken, senior bank staff actually teach them to avoid repayment even as they provide the culprits protection from any sort of backlash from within the bank. But that is as good as his story gets; by crook or other suspicious means, the Skye MD has been able to suppress the unpalatable news about the role he played in the devastation of First Bank loan acquisition by Omokore and co. This might not be for too long as investigators are hot on his trail.
