Before now it was higher, I am sure a lot would have been excluded. With this new cut off the competition will be higher, but those with higher scores and of course long legs will have the day.

In Many countries you don't write any other exams after high school, save for interview or entrance exam at the school's premises.

This country should reduce it's dependency on dollars.
The number of currencies at our disposal are too few.
Imagine if you could pay for your goods in China with their currency instead of dollars, the demand for dollars will drop.

Also subsidizing forex for pilgrimage is a no no. If you want to go for religious activities bear the cost at the bdc rate, subsidizing it is draining our forex reserve badly.
