Well I'm not an expert on judicial process but it's a gradual process, when reforms are carried out in the judiciary, running to the court to get reprieve will no longer save you if you've done something wrong, moreover the courts operate under the ambients of the law.. Laws are there to protect people's rights but also catch up with law breakers. Still on the issue of trying to play on the system, For instance, if you used to run to the court to get an indefinite "stay of execution" order that prevents you from being investigated indefinitely, if a reform in the judiciary now states you can no longer do that for more than a period of time, say 1 month etc, then justice will definitely find you.. We have ways of appealing such judgements too, moreover if you cannot establish evidence that says you're being witch hunted, then you won't be granted such. Judicial reforms are usually extensive and they take into consideration all possible known ways which people use to slow down the system or ways in which the authorities also use to abuse the law, so it will all be taken care of, there are civil rights groups too watching, there are judicial panel teams too reviewing cases which raise dust etc so we will get there once the right steps are taken...
Beautiful..The tasks are very tough but I know that God will see him through..All hands must be on deck whether PDP or APC to ensure that Buhari succeeds because when that happens, the masses will be the greatest beneficiary and the country will be projected to a greater height..The whole system needs a vigorous reform so that strong and independent institutions will be created with people of strong integrity at the helm of affairs. Meritocracy in all sectors must be encouraged over quota system..May God be with him..

No. Their allocations have actually reduced from what it used to be but the FG is not owing them.
their debt are being deducted from their allocation..their debt is much that they can't even borrow again..the annoying part is that they have nothing to show for all the money they borrowed..

Yeah when you get the press involved to profile all of them with a list of bills sponsored successfully and impact on the economy and fight against corruption, ensure that people are well informed, then make sure the party leadership is very democratic so they will not have automatic tickets if they become unpopular, then ensure the elections are free and fair, definitely some people in high places will start doing their jobs because they'll be competing for every vote based on performance. In any case I don't see much problems between the APC senators and Buhari on implementation of laws because they know very well it was on that stance his government was elected, and if not for that stance, many of them won't get the opportunity to be there..
Very good.. Just that all the policies GMB will make will only affect the politicians negatively and you know how desperate this politicians are..Another big problem are the cabals holding this nation to ransom because some policies that will affect the masses positively will affect the cabals negatively though I know GMB will take the bull by the horn but another problem is the judiciary because this cabals are in possessions of legal documents which they used in holding this country to ransome.. Of course this documents were obtained during the regime of our criminal past leaders which of course saw this past leaders having a stake in the economy at the expense of the masses..How are we gonna deal with this set of people without them running to court to get judgement ?

Lol... now I understand exactly where all these your confusion is coming from. grin

Just to correct you, the APC has NOT zoned the speakership to any zone yet.
grin.. I expected this from you..living in denial..The outcome of this game will be like African magic to you..And if you don't know, this is just a game plan to sideline the SW and once that happens, the north will deal with Tinubu ...

Lol... and all i am saying is that it is too early for you to come to that conclusion especially since the apc hasnt endorsed anyone for the speakership yet.

Okay lets assume the apc endorses Dogara for speaker next week, how would the pdp reps voting for a man endorsed by apc HQ cause a crack in apc?... This is all I've been asking you since yesterday.
how will APC endorse Dogara when they have already zoned the position to SW? grin ...The way it is now, NE is gunning for both speaker HoR and senate president and it's not good for the party.. Do get that now?

Don't worry when EFCC is fully empowered to start functioning in every state and some systematic reforms are instituted at all government levels constititionally, you'll understand the kind of powers a president has to make things work if he wants. Anti-corruption is not done by doing gentleman, you fight it with laws and implementation
you are right..Our next problem is the legislature..This is one big monster that I think we pose a big threat to the incoming administration..Do you have any idea how these vampires will be tamed?

This discussion has stretched too long and it seems you have forgotten how it started or you dont even have an idea of what I was talking about before you quoted me. grin
What you are talking about is that either way, it's still APC and I want to let you know that though it's still APC, Dogara getting the post will do APC more harm than good because it will create a faction within APC which is not good..Think outside the box and stop talking like kid..The guy you quoted was saying that it will benefit PDP and I guess you don't know that..Now let me help you, when APC has different factions, to whose benefit is it?...

The point is that apc hasnt zoned the speakership yet to anybody so you guys are just putting the cart in front of the horse... What if apc finally zones it to the NE? So how does pdp reps voting for Dogara punish APC?
grin cheesy grin ...You are still talking about zoning.. Didn't PDP zoned the speakership to SW in the 7th assembly? Tell me what later happened...Nigeria constitution does not recognize zoning...so everybody is free to aspire for the post..you gat that?

Obviously you did not know the main reason I asked my question. My question was in response to a TANoid who was rejoicing that PDP Reps would punish APC by voting for Dogara... and then I asked, "is Dogara not also apc?"... How is that suppose to be punishmet to APC?
and I asked you, didn't Tambuwal punished PDP when he was the speaker yet he is in the same PDP ...you have to understand that in politics, this is how the game is played..Matters like this lets you know who gats ur back and who to work with in future..it's not about APC or PDP, it's all about interest...Ask urself what if APC members tried to frustrate him and he later won with the help of PDP members, do you think he will be happy with APC? You have to see the bigger picture dude..this is real life politics and not the virtual politics you guys play on NL here..

This is strictly my opinion, but I am inclined to believe this report because anywhere there is money to be made, Mz Onyeka Onwenu is bound to be found there. Her ratings fell in my estimates when she was at the forefront of the 'One Million Man March' for Abacha in 1996/97. Roforofo and Onwenu are two peas in pod. I won't be surprised if she cozies up to GMB, and belts out another warbled, sycophantic tune to welcome him into power. On the flipside, Mama G is showing off the reason why she is nicknamed "Mama G". Smh
at the forefront of Abacha one million match...how huh Is she Daniel Kanu? How about you provide evidence for us..
