When you supply a product which is faulty, You either refund or replace items without customer returning. or make arrangements for him to return it at your own expense. This is standard practice worldwide from aliexpress to Amazon. A customer should not be made to incur extra cost for any reason.

Imagine 4500 every month for 5 years that is 270,000 minus initial costs. It's not worth it, in my opinion.
