Jaqenhghar:Aside the bad-belle that IPOBS have for anything Yoruba (afterall Ikemba Ojukwu married the "used and recycled biatch of FFk) , l an disturbed by the judgemnet and decision-making of this Ooni. it seems he does not realise that he is now an Ooni..... still sees himself as one rich, frolicking, happening guy and he is bringing Odium and disrespect to that revered stool. Some Kingmakers need to advice this "boy" before irreparable disaster happens. The wife is question is young and beautiful but the wife of an Ooni does not need all these twerking slay-queens around er. It is worrisome that even an Ooni Oduduwa cannot find a pristine virgin in Yoruba land, especially in Ile-Ife, anymore. All you Lagos boys passing-out second0hand babes to the Ooni, remember Dearis God o! ![]() |
At the end of the day, Obasanjo said: Atiku LACKS THE CAPACITY FOR MAKING GOOD JUGEMENT. Such a person is NOT FIT to become Nigeria's President. OBJ has spoken, Atiku is FINISHED. |
bigpicture001:Most people saying such nonsense fall into one category: IPOB Yoots. ![]() You can ignore their comment. ![]() |
efilefun:OBJ is jealous of Tinubu. he wished he is the one that controls all what Tinubu is controlling, despite just being a Governor. It was Tinubu that demistify OBJ, even when he was President. Can OBJ tell people in ANY SW state to vote for somebody and they would? Can OBJ change a Governor? So, it is just sheer inferiority Complex that is worrying OBJ |
bluecircle470:Which oracle? This useless loud-mouth who is very good at slandering people who are dead or are undergoing difficulty. I wont defend Buhari at all because he has fumbled on the Fulani herdsmen issue but let us examine what the greedy opportunist and Peadophile has said. 1.) he wanted to prepare Atiku for President after his own two terms but "Atiku showed BAD JUDGEMENT ON MANY OCCASSIONS". Questions: a.) If you really wanted him to suceed you, why were you bribing NASS members with Bags of money so they can support your third term bid? OBJ, you are LIAR. a shameless liar. b.) So, after you concluded that Atiku lacks good judgement and he cant be President, even went as saying god will not forgive you if you support his Presidency...... Has he suddenly developed good Judgement NOW or is it your hatred for Buhari now (because he wont allow you to be dictating to him), that is making you support this same Atiku now, a fugutive and a looter ? OBJ, you are Despicable and a soothsayer. 2.) According to Obasanjo, if he was President, Boko haram wont have spread like this. “I found out that these elements of Boko Haram had been there even while I was in government. And they, through their intermediary, said they were there and I didn’t disturb them so they didn’t disturb me. “They were preaching Sharia and that was what they wanted. But, according to them, when I left government, they were being chased and haunted and they lost a number of their adherents and they decided to fight back and even the leader of their sect, Mohammed Yusuf, was killed and his in-law was also killed. Letus examine again, the fallacy of this senile old liar! a) Boko haram has been there even during his Govt and OBJ did not disturb them. WHY? Remember that it was under OBJ that this country started being divided, while some where rules bythe Nigerian constitution, this weakling of an OBJ allowed some states to say they are no longer governed and submissive to the Nigerian constitution and it is now Sharia law they would obey. OBJ the Coward looked the other way and pretended it was not happeneing under his watch as the C-in-C of the Armed forces, because he was scared of the Northerners. Buhari and Yar Ardua on the oher hand, were ready to confront this Sect. Even Jonathan was confronting them. Obasanjo, you are a cheap coward that superintended the division and violation of the Nigerian Constitution. They should expung your name from the national honors. Obviously, Obasanjo is a crook who likes to be in-charge and control the President and once they dont allow him to control them, he will start undermining them. He did it to Jonathan, he is doing it to Buhari now and you can bet me 100% that even if Atiku became the President in 2019, it wont take one year before he starts recieving a stupid letter from OBJ, if he does not allow OBJ to be controlling him. This is the same OBJ that starved Lagos of its funds for seven years, when Tinubu was Governor. Shame on you Obasanjo. OBJ will realise now that he has become irrelevant. |
mountmoriah:Please, dont give him a 'false sense of security'! The danger of encroachment that a land may face, depends on the value (as a result of location) of the land in question. There are some lands that even if you fence it and there is no building on it, with someone living on it.... it will be encroached by "Power-Pass-Power". ![]() Last-last, what would happen is that the original owners of the land, after collecting triple of what you paid to them from the new buyer (and that buyer will be someone so connected in society that it will be futile for you to start a battle with), Once the newowner has built it, everything after that falls in the real of "negotiation". The sellers would offer you two options: 1.) They will relocate you to another place by giving you another land of same size (some will even give you a corner piece) in a less valuable location. 2.) offer to return your money back to you, in full. I have seen it happen a few times in my 'young' life. Even when yo have genuine reciept from them, all they need to do/say (by conniving among themselves since they are all beenfitting from the new bonanzza) is that the seller has not right to sell the land to you. Even if you go to court, the Judge will tell you that your "land contract" is null and void since the seller has "No Capacity to Contract" and you are entitled only to a refund. Lawyers in the house can attest to that fact. Best thing is fence it and put it to a temporary use. while processing the C-of-O Once they see people on it, it becomes difficult to appropriate it. Even the buyer will think twice. |
Empiree:One really needs PRAYER in this world! God's time is always the best, wait for it. ![]() I hope he can be reached ASAP. |
educhigo:BUILD a room and parlour on it and rent it out. Something not expensive that you can demolish when ready to really build your house. Or rent it out to Artisans or Poultry/ Crop Farmer |
Ayoswit:Once again, it is a show of stupidity borne out of inflated Ego! No one is asking how and where he got the money, all l am hearing is "Big Boy"? If this offer is a trap to use people for ritual, maybe that is what his ritualist told him to do (get 8 people and use their destiny for more money), no one knows! Let us even assume it is 'clean money' he laboured for, in a legitimate manner. Are there not better things he can do for hi Umu Hometown? Can he not build schools? Can henot offe paid Scholarship to his neighbours, in his own clan (I am not even talking aboutother Nigerians)? Can he not come and build 100 2-Bed Bungalows and distribut eit for free, to all the widows and homeless in his town? Can he not tar or construct an express road to his own village? But the idiot money-miss-road prefer to be making stupid and outlandish offers on the internet. Financial Poverty is a crime but POVERTY OF THE MIND is a worse EVIL |

blackmercyvelli:I agree with you. We need to make laws that enforce the death penalty against ANYONE who loots the public treasury. All these long trial is a waste of time. Once evidence can show that yo stole Public money, death by hanging straight That is the first and best way to fight corruption. |
gare:The Constitution is constantly being AMENDED, from time to time, to reflect current reality. That is the reason why we have "amendments" to Laws. |

1StopRudeness:[b]You are being mischievious because you are twisting what l wrote, to suit your own narrative. I said "As long as they are using their own money", they are free to seek medical treatment abroad. You then twisted that "they", to mean Politicians only! That is not a true reflection of what l said I am referring to ANYONE who can afford it, should be free to seek better treatment abroad. Now, even at that, let me assume you are referring to the President. Whether we like it or not, every office, whether in Govt or Private, has its responsibilities and benefits. Even myself, my office has a certain amount allocated to me every year, for medical expenses. If l dont even get sick, l am reimbursed 75% of that amount, in cash sum. And that is me, and l am nowhere near the President of this country. What l am saying in essence is that you guys should not just get jealous that the President is able to go abroad for treatment ofhis ailment, if we can get the treatment here in Nigeria. Now, before yo uget me wrong, itis a disgrace that our govt has paid and is paying lip-service to the development of our hospitals and the equipping of same. If we look at it from that angle, they should all be tied down here and allowed to die since it is them that have refused to build modern hospitals but would rather loot the money. But that is the shameful situation of this country, which Buhari himself met in office. It is also shameful on him that in his 3.5yrs as President, l cannot point to ONE world class hospital he has built (l satnd to be corrected on that info). One would think that as a sickler, he would try to replecate that Hospital he is always running to, here in Nigeria. Infact, dont let me start on that issue, the man really should be ashamed of himself on that. How many times have patients (not just people l know) been turned away from Govt hospitals and then directed to the private hospitals of the same Doctors? You cannot even count it because it has become the standard practice of our Doctors and that is a bad an unethical behaviour. I once witness a case where original Prescription bought with World bank Money, was stolen to a private hospital's pharmacy and replaced with poor quality ones in the Govt Hospital's pharmacy (You know the World bank will put its logo or inscription on it) ...and the Doctor even said we should make sure the one we buy, has that World bank logo since it is the original product. How about that? It is this sort of shennanigans that the new directive will address and once again, l appluad the President for having the political will and courage to issue that order. I recall that a similar order banned teachers from engaging in "private Lesson" within the school compound, even after school hours, to ensure that they dont reduce performance under official hours only to teach better in their private lessons. We must always avoid such ocnflict of interest. Civil service rules has for decades now, banned Civil officers from engaging in private practice, when in Govt employment If you say Buhari is paying me, na u sabi. You can say what you like, its a free world. ![]() |
1StopRudeness:You think there are no ways to checkmate this? You must be a learner. ![]() 1StopRudeness:As long as it is their money they are using to go abroad for medicals/schools, that should not be anybody's problem! what we are saying here is that you cant eat from both ends of the stick. You cant be refusing to do your job on Govt pay...and then be directing the patients to your private clinics. If you think th epay is too small, go do private practice. |
trevorhorace:Mr. Brilliant, make your own point, argue and defend it robustly. Just abusing people or calling them names does not indicate any level of intelligence. We are all hear to learn, who knows, you may have a better and more valid point. |
Baroba:Stop the foul language pls! There are foreign Doctors in ALL COUNTRIES of the WORLD. It is not just Nigerian Doctors alone that are leaving their country to practice elsewhere. There are British Doctors in every other country of the world, just like there are Germans, French, Anericans, e.t.c Have you not heard of "Mobility fo Labour", in your Economics 101? Should the President double their Pay and then ban them from travelling overseas to practice? You peopel sef. ![]() It is also not all illness that a country can treat. There are British citizens who go to India for treatment, that does not make their PM an animal. Some of you sef, blissful ignorance and hatred is a bad mixture |
asanwafo:But please and please, tell Sai Baba to take a human look at these Fulani herdsmen slaughter of innocent Nigerians, simply because they want to appropriate their ancestral lands for their cows and ranches. Sambissa forest in the Cow-Zone, it is free, available and very lush. Why usurp the land of Southerners and middle belters just because your clan is the President, killing thousands of them and burning their villages in the process? Aisde the above, l have no grouse in voting this man over someone like Atiku, a hundred times. |
grandstar:You see this "low pay" thing, has many facets. First, ALL occupations under Govt in Nigeria have the right to claim "Low Pay". Teachers do, all Civil servants do, railway worker do, e.t.c But the reality is that "what a Govt can pay, is dependent not just on what the Govt earns (Crude oil, taxes, e.t.c) but also on the PRODUCTIVITY of the Employees! We all know the level of productivity of Public employees in this country, compared to their private counterparts. Why do 'some' private company workers complain of low pay as well? Airlines, some bank workers, production companies, e.t.c, their workers also complain of low pay. So, it is not unique to Doctors alone and they cannot use that to justify the malfeanse that goes on in that industry. Just imagine if Teachers, who are also complaining of low pay, decide to be stealing the text books you bought for oyur child, to resell it in the open market and use "low pay" to justify that? Would you like it or tell them to make a choice of remianing in service or going to open a Private Bookshop? |
tempest69:It is like Atiku, who hold the franchise for MIKANO GENERATORS in Nigeria using some "Syrian Fronts" who have naruralised as Nigerians, telling us that he wants electricity to be stable in Nigeria? That is not possible because it directly impacts his business and profit. If necessary, as we have seen in how the Power Privitasiation (which he was head, as Vice President under Obasanjo), they would sabotage it and make sure it does not work. |
Oduduwaboy:They are not! We live in a society of "Dog eat Dog". Greedy, Selfish and wicked souls! It has become acceptable now that everyone should join hand in ruining this country, so some can cecede, so some can become a mafia and local war-lords, e.t.c as we have in some failed countries liek Syria, Yemen, Somalia, e.t.c It is a very sad reality but we should give the 'slow' President Buhari some Kudos, for taking this bold step. Be sure to see the evil people crying and wailing over this. ![]() |
grandstar:Your arguement is devaluing itself! if anyone feels a Govt job is not paying him/her enough and they have an option of working in the private sector, they should MOVE OUT. There are so many other people who would galdly do that same job, for the same pay. But it is sheer greed to try to hold on to both..... and still be complaining that the pay is not good. One of the reason they engage in private practice is that they want to make more money, be the master/employer of themselves, have an alternative stream of income......... but they should not do it at the expense of the public treasury, no matter how small they get from it. |
1StopRudeness:Well, it is a nice adventure to try to break the law and hope you are not caught but one day, the Goat will go to the market and never return. ![]() We need to applaud the President on this one. It takes courage to make these bold decisions, not minding that it could have political backlash. |
Anwons:Granted that the bolded is TRUE, should it not bother us all to wonder:WHAT THEN ARE THEY STILL DOING HOLDING UNTO SUCH UNPROFITABLE GOVT JOB? Why not leave such jobs for upcoming, younger Doctors? or- could it be true that they hold unto it so they can direct Govt patients who come for treatment, to their own private hospitals? - Could it be that they remain so they can loot Govt equipments and drugs for their own private hospitals? - Could it be that they remain because they want to eat their cake and still have it? - Why should someone hold two jobs when some cant even get one for a living? Govt is not saying Doctors cant work in private Pracrice, as some are misleading themselves to believe. Govt is saying: Chose ONE, Private Practice or Govt Practice. How can that be a difficult choice, for a professional? Some would chose Govt, some would chose private but whichever you chose, put-in your best. I have taken someone to a Public Hospital where the Doctor, instead of doing a treating the patient, did not even bother to listen but referred the patient to his own private practice! Tha is all they do now - REFER YOU TO THEMSELVES, very unethical practice. If those who decide to remain in Public Hospital feel there is a need to refer some patients to their friend's private hospital, then let them do so but it is really bad ethics to refer a patient you could treat there and then ina public hospital, to your own private hospital. |
BankeSmalls:Daft IPOB Yoot~! Instead of debating the merits and demerits of the new law, you went on a tangent as usual, allowing your hatred and jealousy for the sophisticated tribe and Buhari, to control your mental instability. Is it Afonja's fault that your Flat head cannot accomodate brain cells? Get over it, Buhari may still win a second term and your 5% vote remains inconsequential. ![]()

Jolar101:You guys are CONFUSED big time! How can you be aggitating for Biafra and t the same time, aggitating for the Vice Presidency of the same country you want to cecede from? You gat to chose one: Remian part and parcel of Nigeria (and forget the noise called Biafra) OR seek for Biafra with all your energy and forget the Carrot of V.P or Presidency being dangled before you. Its your choice. No third party supports a man to, fight a so-called enemy the man himslef regularly dines with. |

In all the negotiations, we acted in the best interest of the women and the country as a whole.Stop this nonsense talk, Lai! They have killed her, killed her fellow aid worker and promised to keep the Christian lady as a slave, for life. What NEGOTIATIONS are you still KEEPING OPEN?
