Don't mind my grammar ooo. So my friends have been disturbing me to leave Jekende in Lekki area where i stay and come down to Ajah area where they said houses are cheaper. I and my friend were introduced to an agent who after many attempts landed us to this compound at No 7 Sanni Ashimiu close (c/o Jisoro) in Ologunfe-Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki in Lagos State. Seeing that this room is a virgin room, we paid despite that there were lots of work to be still done by the landlord who is a lawyer, we made a big mistake by not asking other tenants how it goes there. Two weeks past the landlord started avoiding our calls to come and complete our one-room self-contained. when a lady packed out the landlord asked us to pack into this room, only for us to find out that water drops from the room, the room is leaking. and from the complaints by some of the tenants who are there, they said its normal thing for all the rooms to be leaking water. when i encountered one of the men that were working for him in the compound, he just told me that the landlord buys second-hand WC, zinc, wood, pako, even tiles, the doors kitchen and toilet doors were made of wood framed with PVC. after we threatened the landlord he gave us our money and we packed out. I only came up here because last week i was asked by a female friend of mine to go accompany her to where she wants to pay for a room. that she will pay and the landlord will complete it for her within one week. to my greatest surprise when we got to the location it turns out to be the same compound that at the front gate is a signpost ''TO LET'' which according to the agent that brought me it has been there since 5years now. the landlord likes it when people pack in and leaves after one year so that he will collect his agreement money. so when we got there that day i noticed that another building is been erected here without proper foundation, and that's where this my babe wants to pay. we noticed that PVC is been used with wood to do the decking. PVC in place of wood to deck An upstairs. Out of anger, I decided to take photos and put it up here to save the lives of people. it could be my relative that will rent that room tomorrow. when we went to a shop down the street to buy something, we told them what is going on in the compound. we were told there that what we saw is even small. that the landlord paid Northerners 5k to pack sand from the street since the street is interlocked. that's what they use in the building. and there is a known stuff like the tenants been afraid of the landlord because he will always tell them that he is a lawyer and so nobody can do him anything Please HELP ME PaSS THIS MESSaGE TO THE appropriate authorities TO SaVE PEOPLES LIFE. Lawyers are not above the law and it is even worse for them because being "learned in law", a misbehaviour on their part wil be viewed even more seriously and he cannot ask for mitigation based on "l dont know".

A lawyer can be derobbed and barred for life, after serving his jail term, if he commits criminal acts.
I have seen it happen a few times.
The NBA and NJC can dsicipline any Lawyer or Judge, if need be.
Lawyers would sue another Lawyer on your behalf, if you need to prosecute a Lawyer

Please, dont let any Lawyer scare you, we are all under the same law and l have seen quite a few in Police cell. grin

There are people here (Contractors) you can still trust. Approach them on phone, explain yourself and give them money, they will try their best for you. You can also let the "house" be aware, invase you are still nervous.

Abdulwastecx, Spyder are just two of them who work in those areas. There are others but these two are 199% certified

I am certain these ones will not eat your money, unlike that other one who played a fast one on Mr. canada.

Again, only a very foolish person will say that a graduate of so many War colleges and training school, who rose to a Major General, has no educational qualification EQUIVALENT to WAEC, as required by laws.

The INDISPUTABLE AND VERIFIABLE FACTS ON PRESIDENT BUHARI'S CERTIFICATES.

No 1. The President registered and sat for West African School Certificate (WASC) Examination in 1961 conducted by Cambridge University.

No 2. He submitted a copy of the result to the Military as part of the requirements to join Nigerian Defence Academy as a Cadet Officer.

No. 3. When the Military Government led by him was overthrown, he was detained and his house ransacked and in the process he lost several vital belongings including the original copy of his WASC and other certificates.

No. 4. He swore an oath on how the result stating Nos. 1 to 3

No. 5. In the build up of 2015 election, PDP in an attempt to stop him or campaign against him at all cost, blackmailed him of not having a WASC certificate. The then highly politicised Military denied not being in possession of a mandatory photocopy required by every institute before anyone joins either as a student or an employee. The Military blamed the absence of a copy of the President’s certificate on poor record keeping in the sixties (shameless Military, thank God this is no more today).

No 6. As the conspiracy continued, the President (then Presidential Aspirant) address the press stating the story of how he lost his certificate. A story he would not always be in a hurry to remember how IBB and others overthrew him for nothing and incarcerated him for three years. In the broadcast he mandated his alma mater (Government Secondary School Katsina formerly Provincial Secondary School Katsina) to provide a spreadsheet of his WASC result.

No 7. His alma mater obliged his request and publicly displayed his personal result and also issued him a new statement of result with the date of the issuance (I think January 21, 2015) on it. This was done to shame all the conspirators.

No 8. Nobody challenged the authenticity of the spreadsheet/ statement of result issued by GSS Katsina till date. NO ONE HAS TAKEN THE SCHOOL TO COURT FOR ISSUING A FAKE RESULT.

No. 9. The only media platform that only took the part of professionalism on the issue was Sahara Reporters by carrying out an investigative journalism. The Media Outfit requested from the Examination Body (Cambridge University) to confirm the authenticity of the statement of result and spreadsheet published by Buhari’s alma mater (Government Secondary School Katsina).

No 10. The Examination Body (Cambridge University.) DID NOT deny the authenticity of the spreadsheet as displayed by GSS Katsina. They admitted that PMB partook in WASC examination in the year 1961, however, the University FAILED TO CONFIRM SAHARA REPORTER'S REQUEST. THEY CITED EXTANT LAWS IN THE UK PROHIBITING PUBLICIZING PERSONAL RECORDS.

No. 11. Anybody bringing up this issue again that PMB does not have WASC without first confirming from GSS Katsina and Cambridge University should be pitied as he has lost touch with time.
