Noted that we need to appreciate our heroic Armed forces for the work they do, but at the end of the day, its still a job.

A lot of Nigerians make it seem like they are doing it for free or doing us a favour. They hype is becoming too much.


Coming from someone with deep family ties to the Armed Forces.

I am not rich if I cant share/spend with my family.

Try and remove the battery and power it with just electricity, and see if it works.

If not someone/something might have tampered with it while you were away.

Enough of all these banter by youths over politicians. Its not worth it. You can love, admire or aspire to be them, but don't fight for them, especially when they don't know you.

I think it ought to be glaring for both loyalists and pessimists to see that certain things are just not working under this administration. There have been many gaffes by the President that should never have happened. This is not a LGC post for f**k sakes, this is the office of the presidency!!

The ones that irked me most are those that are also feeling the pinch, but refuse to condemn or criticize any bad policy or action because they are bound to be loyal, even though some of them are not card carrying members.

I can not count the amount of horrors I witnessed while I was based in Kano and Jigawa. At some point, it felt like I was in another country cause even the police is definitely not helping. There was a time my friends and I ran into the station at night for protection and were driven out by the police. They were burning all the churches in town and slaughtering Christians with kids like this leading in front with sharp daggers , but the police said we can't stay in the station unless we commit a crime (even though we just reported a crime). I've seen a corper stoned to death (for allegedly walking on the other side of the road opp masilacci with trousers during prayers) , while I've had friends killed for no other reason than being a 'harineh' (xtian/infidel). I won't even go about those slaughtered for alleged 'blasphemy'.

Still, I stand by my earlier remark that there are some good ones, that might warn you before time or tell you what they were told in the mosque/ masilacci ....so that you can make yourself scarce during the period of hate and religious madness.

I can relate with your story. Not really a casualty, but I've escaped multiple attempts by the whiskers. I've also seen people not so lucky that got hurt. The heart of some of these kids feels no remorse.

Still, not all are bad.

Well for me, just have good hygiene and be smart and you probably have already become my friend. Once met a girl that reduced my IQ whenever we were alone, always saying and doing things that made me never wanna spend time with her cause I felt she was dragging me down to her level. I even nicknamed her 'low IQ' (wasn't nice of me, but hey a guy can only take so much)

1.) rivers and Lagos have different credit rating and Lagos was servicing debts without problem. rivers is owing salary and the governor has borrowed well over 100b in 13months.

2.) Lagos generates more that 20b in IGR monthly while rivers generates less than 3b. why should a governor who is struggling to pay salary borrow 100b in 13 months? who will pay back the money?

I wasn't arguing about that. Just presenting facts to change your reasoning about the debt profile of the Fashola administration. That's all.

yes fashola borrowed like 100b in four years and serviced it. rivers has borrowed at least 60b in 1year and Rivers earns very little in IGR compared to Lagos state

Gov Ambode inherited over N400b debt from the Fashola administration. And that's despite the high IGR of Lagos state.

Their sentences are almost over. They each got 2 & a half years, and the sentences started from 2014 when they were 1st arraigned. They are basically, almost free like a bat.
