Badboibipo:You obviously have a bias mindset about girls and also low self esteem about yourself. And, you seem less busy. This is what causes one to feel offensive when they are not getting quick replies to chats. Sometimes, I send some messages and forget that I actually sent them. It's only when the girl replies that I go back to actually read through my chats with her to understand the replies. This is because I chat with many girls and I'm busy to even know who replied and who hasn't. My read receipt on WhatsApp is permanently disabled. I don't want to give myself unnecessary worries because someone who probably doesn't have me in her mind read my messages and not respond immediately. Sometimes when I see some young pretty girls grinding it out in the streets to make a living for themselves and their family, I will just think to myself that some guy somewhere is busy getting angry that this girl isn't replying him or accepting to come and see him. For pet's sake, most of these girls have a life to live. They can be quite busy with work and home duties. So, don't expect every girl you meet online to always be available for you. I have been with some girls that were jobless and were always available for me anytime I call them. But immediately they got jobs, it became really difficult to meet up because my schedule most times overlap with theirs. My advice to you is to stop checking a girl's last seen on WhatsApp and disable your read receipts, that way, even if it takes her two weeks to respond, it wouldn't bother you. |
CheerfulGiver:How did you get your total sir? You made me calculate this thing again to be sure I was not miscalculating. 60k per week equals 240k per month. 240k per month multiplied by 12 will give 2,880,000 The figure you put up is 65k per week.

A Nigerian hacker disguised as a genuine buyer on Fiverr to have my computer and every information there. He came requesting for my social media marketing services. He placed an order of $100 and sent me all the information that I need to set the ad up including the target audience, age, ad images, and all. In the ad copy, instead of a document file, he sent an exe file. At first, I tried opening it but my anti-virus kept stopping it until this idiot deceived me into disabling my anti-virus to open the file. In fact, I feel very stupid writing this. My confidence is that I have access to his own ad account and Facebook page because he's already invited me and I accepted the invitation and even started creating the ad. I also was thinking I could easily reactivate my anti-virus to remove whatever he would have done so I didn't think it too hard. Not until I first got a message from Facebook that they are not able to increase my ad spend threshold. Initially, I thought he was the one requesting for his own ad account threshold increase and Facebook is messaging me since I am also an admin of his ad account. It was not until I received the message that my Facebook account has been disabled. On trying to appeal it, I got to know that he started posting to different groups with my account contents that contained child sexualization. I guess he resorted to this since he couldn't use my ad account to run ads. In all of these, the guy didn't gain anything because all the posts he made with my account was removed by Facebook. He then proceeded to cancel the order on Fiverr and blocked me. When I reported the issue to Fiverr, they responded several hours later stating that they have suspended him. But all it takes is for him to create another Fiverr account and continue. I saw while I was still an admin to his ad account that he added another Fiverr seller. Why are Nigerians so bent on frustrating their fellow humans all over the world. This my Facebook account is 11 years old. All my school memories and life events are stored there. Please, does anyone know how I can get my account back? Will going to Facebook office in Lagos help in any way.

whatisthetruth:I still wonder why we degrade ourselves so much in this country. Is it because we're blacks or some of us haven't had the opportunity to interact with the whites. I work on Fiverr and deal with the whites a lot. Some of these guys can as well be as dumb as your typical average Nigerian. They ask silly questions even when what they are asking about is clearly written in black and white on your profile. Such questions as which country are you in, what's your gig price, etc. What you need is to explain this all over again and it takes you absolutely nothing to do so. We all can't be exposed. There are people who are slow learners and non tech people. They don't even understand how map works and that the car icon on the app indicates where you are. They will ask questions up to the color of your car. I normally would answer this and move on. My interest is to get paid. Don't let anyone deceive you with the InDriver thing bro. Request on InDriver is still low and extremely competitive that you can stay for 5 hours without doing a single trip. There are places you will find yourself and you will never get an InDriver trip close by. Uber fare is still ridiculously low compared to Bolt. Bolt as at the time of writing this is still the king in this industry. They give you trips more quickly and frequently with or without surge and they have a better fare price than Uber. Until they block you, your eyes will clear. I have always emphasized here that your rider is not your enemy. Don't start a fight with someone you never had an issue with and whom you are providing a service. This is not about humility but common sense. When you discuss with some riders and hear their experiences with some drivers, you cannot but shake your head. |

RaptObserver:Which one is drunk garri again? You don't drink garri BTW, you smoke it Meanwhile, Bolt wanted to scam me yesterday of my almost hard earned bonus. Imagine accepting and completing 7 out of 8 trips that came to me in less than 4 hours and they wanted to cheat me with the acceptance rate at 88%. Well, I did it "our way" and got my 1500.

The girl is not acting on love but on material gains. I am surprised people keep repeating that she's been moved by love. A girl that's being offered 500k? She's no longer a baby but acting like one. Some people are naturally like that. They will never grow up even in their 40s. I would look away from such a family member after providing my advice. This life is per head. If they sell her kidney, it's her kidney that's sold not mine. |
iykofias:You know that song "if you see mummy water ooo, never never you run away?" I will greet the ghost ![]() |
H0711:Verdict: Take a break from the marriage and not outright breakup. A child is in the picture now so you are forever tied to your husband. It's unfortunate what some women encounter in the name of marriage. We have read too many some unpleasant experiences lately. When a man is too poor to take care of himself, something is definitely wrong with him but some ladies think there's dignity in suffering. |
This thing looks like that joke where students were arguing whether the answer to a given question is plus or minus four but you got 258 ![]() I drink water immediately after brushing my teeth. I guess I do take in the fluoride into my belly. God EPP us ![]() |
I will advise that you quit the marriage but not abruptly because the man that's threatening his side chick will definitely come for your life if you divorce him. Your being a virgin is the root of your problem. I don't mean to berate virginity, but my sisters that married as virgins aren't having a better marriage than those that didn't. The reason is because you prioritize irrelevant things over reality. One of my sisters that got married to her husband solely because he knows God according to her definition is living not so good a life even with all our family investment in her for her education. A man who is wretchedly poor cannot be good in other aspects of life. Something made him to be poor. It is his lifestyle. But girls especially church girls believe there's dignity in poverty. Hope you are not proud? I noticed that girls that are proud end up marrying low life men who come to them with the guise of worshipping and caring for them. I've written too much but my final advice is for you to leave the marriage in a way that your husband will not hurt you and your baby. You're a graduate so you can get a job |
Kasdat5:Drop the two phone numbers here let's dial them to at least have some level of conviction. |
Barbiturate:You're overestimating Bolt fares bro. I carried someone from Ajah inside to Surulere off Bode Thomas Street and the trip ended 4500. Calculate the distance from Ajah underbridge to Kusenla and deduct 25% from 4500 compared to the percentage that Indriver charges and you will see that you are at the same rate. Except there's surge on Bolt, the fares are the same. I turned on the Indriver yesterday to see how far with the orders and I saw a rider offering 4k from Lekki Phase 2 to Lagos state university teaching hospital which is a fair deal. You won't understand how big Bolt commission is because they display the entire amount. For every 700 naira trip you completed, you earned just 525 naira. Now, imagine if you were to see just 525 on your dashboard. Sometimes, riders will be shocked in pity with the fares. I can most times predict Bolt fares even before ending the trip. |
Barbiturate:You don't go to the Mainland from the Island through Apongbon Bridge bro. Third mainland Bridge traffic is always moving and someone going to Surulere, you can always cut off from Carter Bridge and the only place you would encounter traffic again would be at Iddo road linking Eko Bridge which is always small and moving. Lagos Island traffic is always a dead one. That's how I picked a rider's item yesterday from Iponri market to Lekki Phase 1 on 1.5x. Drove through Anthony to Third mainland Bridge to Ikoyi link Bridge and the trip ended 6800. They were protesting that it showed 3500 to 4000. I was just laughing. I told them to write to Bolt if they feel they were overcharged but that should be after I've collected my money in full. |
Hotfreezer:It's understandable that most of you become extremely decent and responsible online. Kudos. May thunder fire you if you have ever urinated anywhere outside apart from your toilet. Hypocrite |
victooman:This finance thing is relative. Since you said you both are running your businesses, my advice is for you to marry her if you are up to 30 years which I assume you should be considering her age. You may look for a good girl to marry but may not find one when the money you are looking for finally comes. Look around, there are married people earning less than you do. You both can manage for now and avoid unnecessary spending. Having one child too won't really drain you that much. It becomes a problem when you have 3 to 4 kids. I wish I didn't leave girls to chase only money. My friend that introduced his girlfriend to me in our final year just wedded the girl. I felt it was too long a time to hook up a girl for marriage. Now, it's difficult for me to get someone I genuinely like for marriage. I am supposing my high taste is the problem. Look around, if you feel she has qualities you can easily find in other women, let her go. Otherwise, do the needful. |
Some riders can really play with one's intelligence. I took a trip to Igando road late evening. When I ended the trip, the app is totally white. It's been difficult to get surge these days in the hot spots, how much more such a dead zone like Igando. As I was hoping to get a trip back to "civilization", a lady's request came in almost immediately and she was going to Ikeja. It looks like a wish come through. She put Igando bus stop as her pickup destination. In three minutes, I was at the bus stop. Called her and she said she was gonna be with me in the next minute. A minute turned 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes of paid waiting and counting. On a norm, I would have canceled the trip if it were places like Ikeja, Shomolu, etc., that getting a request isn't hard and good request too. But the fear of getting requests going to places like Ikotun, Ojo, and other such forbidden areas made me to wait for this lady that long. All along, I kept calling her with my airtime. When she finally got to the bus stop, as soon as she saw me, she canceled the order. I looked at my app and saw that she has canceled. I asked her if she canceled and she said "Yes" that she's going to book again. I was like, look at this ekuke, you think you are dealing with a fool. The reason she canceled and wants to book again is because she doesn't want to pay for the paid waiting. So, all the time I've waited and the airtime I've been using to call her would be wasted. What a smart girl, but I do teach such people a little lesson. I don't mind burning my fuel and driving empty for one hour to my house than to embark on such trip. I just entered my car and central locked it. The girl came and tried opening the door but she couldn't. She knocked and I just told her to Bleep off. I started my car immediately and drove away. While I was driving away, she kept requesting and the request kept coming to me up to 5 times. She was cursing me through the chat but I didn't even bother to reply to her messages. She was obviously hurt more than me. As God would have it, as soon as she canceled the last time, I got a request there going to Alapere. This trip is not only longer for me, but with lesser traffic situation than Ikeja and also closer to my house because I live in Shomolu. It felt like a compensation for me for what that girl did to me. The trip even without surge ended 4300. Sometimes, it's good to let these riders know that we aren't fools or hungry for driving on ehailing. I guess the way I waited and was calling her, she felt I am too desperate to embark on the trip and that she can do anything and get away with it. |
Missionaire:You're as stupid as your father who born you. I have passed through the security checkpoint at the gate. It was not any soldiers responsibility to stop someone inside the barracks but at the entrance and exit, that's where the security check happens. Yes, it takes only an illiterate to do what those soldiers did. It's fools like you that give these small recruits the power to intimidate civilians. The other day, I was walking the girl that visited me to the bus stop when one recruit like that that wanted to humiliate me before the girl because the girl is a pretty girl, tried to stop me. The mofo was wearing camouflage and whistling/signaling for me to stop but I refused to stop even when I heard and saw him clearly. He followed me for some minutes and even was getting tired when the people around started shouting "he's calling you" because of the obvious fear cowards like you have for men in uniform. They were afraid for me that I was ignoring a military personnel, in their small minds. I stopped anyway and the guy came close and said that I pushed him when I passed him. It was like a film to me as I didn't see this guy anywhere close to the road when I was passing. To fulfill all righteousness, I just told him "Sorry" while looking into his eyes, man-to-man. He then said that I should go. The confidence alone scared him from doing anything funny. Continue to be a pussy, okay? Cowards die many times before their death. If the soldiers don't want civilians into their barracks, they should ban all civilians from entering there. You can't have a barrack with schools and other institutions meant for civilians yet you will not tolerate behaviors from civilians or will be quick to give civilians military punishment. |
efficiencie:If you have ever built a house before, you will understand. One thing about building is that, it looks simple or almost completed at the surface until you start putting in money, and money, and more money. OP, I would suggest you find a way to complete the building but like your concern, let your parents put it into writing that you are the one that completed the building. If you are not the first son, then know that your other siblings will come to lay claim to the house in future and your parents may not be alive that time to testify for you. Funnily, people come to nairaland to ask questions after taking some irreversible decisions. If you had come here earlier, I would have insisted in you getting clarification and all the necessary documents from your parents before touching that house. Can you throw light on how many siblings you have, your position in the family, and how your relationship with each other looks like. PS: Except you must have lived up your expenses in the house, then you should not be bothered whether your siblings come to drag the house with you in the near future. Imagine living there for the next 10 years, calculate the savings and see that you still gained putting money there no matter what happens in the future. |
Preciousgift120:Please, can you confirm that you got my reply |

LagBae:Typo error. Thanks for the correction. Check where I wrote it earlier in the main post. |
Aaaaarghmed:Especially when they are in groups. I don't think this is enough to start asking someone to mop and clean their dirty guardroom |
Zonefree:Have you been to the Ikeja cantonment before? That place has a lot of bushes that one can urinate in. Are you saying you don't urinate anywhere else except in your own home? Like when you go out and you are pressed, you will hold on until you get back home? Even soldiers and policemen urinate outside. But I don't expect much from you. |
So, my friend that does Bolt got a request to go pick a rider inside the cantonment. When he got in, he was pressed so he decided to urinate inside a gutter there. Some soldiers saw him urinating and said he was not supposed to urinate inside the barracks. Like what is wrong in urinating inside that their dirty barracks as far as it's not at an inappropriate place. That's how they started punishing him, asking him to wash their smelling toilets, mob their guard room and all sorts of humiliating tasks. This my friend is a masters student at unilag but doing Bolt to hold body together while the strike lasts. Whereas, the dirty soldiers that gave him that punishment might be abokiii SSCE holders. I was furious when he told me that. The other time I drove into that cantonment to pick a rider, I was driving and talking to the person I came to pick when this soldier tried to stop me, I just zoomed passed him like I didn't even see him. I'm sure if I had given him attention, he would have wanted to start his madness. Funnily, the rider my friend went to pick canceled on him and of course booked another ride. I was once taking some people into the cantonment and they were laughing about how the first driver they booked canceled when they told him they were going to the army cantonment. I don't have fear for anybody. I drive in and out of the barracks whenever I get a rider to or out of there. I don't know why Nigeria soldiers feel it's okay to always oppress civilians at the slightest opportunity. I guess that's the only consolation they have for the Ill care they receive from the system. If any of your family members is a soldier, advise them to be different. |
etrange:This sounds like saying one should thank the driver for journey mercy and not God. This poster is obviously a kid and has never seen life. When people who haven't seen life talk, you'll know because they believe they have life figured out and can control what happens to them in life. IVF is not bad as it's not any different from conceiving naturally. The only difference is the method of conception. |
lifestyle1:How's will the buyer know it's a hacked account? Abi did you put up the account details publicly? |
