A student of Auchi polytechnic in Edo state, has been alleged to have been risen up from the dead in a mysterious circumstance. According to the lady who shared the testimony, the brother was confirmed dead by doctors and his corpse deposited in a mortuary before the reported miracle took place.

I have come to return all the glory to God for His faithfulness and validating his mandate upon this commission. I am a Cell minister, my Younger Brother in University of Calabar called to inform that our Younger Brother schooling in Auchi Polytechnic was confirmed dead on the 13th of May 2018 and his body deposited in the mortuary.

Being worried and dismayed I contacted my Home cell provider, who shouted "He can't be dead and I responded Amen.

He gathered his household to join us and we began to pray fervently on KINGDOM ADVANCEMENT for about 2 hours that night. And there after we joined Canaanland via DOMI radio for the Covenant hour of prayer.

The next day my brother travelled to Auchi, on arrival late in the night he went straight to the mortuary and saw his Younger brother's lifeless body. The mortuary attendant consoling Him reminding him that he came too late because he was injected for embalmment over 24hours ago. He then whispered to the ear of the lifeless body " Jesus is here, arise!". Nothing happened, he whispered again and said, "IN THE NAME OF THE GOD OF BISHOP DAVID OYEDEPO, WAKE UP!

And in the next second, the dead brother sneezed out a thick blood and got up to the amazement of the mortuary attendant.

About 68 SOULS gave their lives to Christ instantly. To God be the Glory.

Yesterday, the Imo state governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha was in an elated mood as he received his latest grandson, Little Master Chizurum Anthony Anwuka at Government house in Owerri. The governor and wife Ugo Nneoma were overwhelmingly excited at the sight of the new born and his parents.

The governor who carried the baby led praises as he thanked God for the gift.

The new baby who was born in the United States - is the fifth grandchild of the Imo State governor and the second child of the Anwukahs.

This is really serious. Guess women are now joining the sports betting industry which has been dominated by men. A young man has taken to social media to reveal his surprise after spotting a nursing mother at a betting shop in Surulere area of Lagos.

According to the poster, people were surprised to the see the new mother at the shop as she came with her baby on her back to stake her bets.

Since the pictures emerged online, some internet users have hailed the woman for looking for another stream of income in this 'hard economy'.

Here's the picture of the young man who killed his girlfriend for dating another man. The suspect identified as Muhammed Adamu, allegedly confessed to the killing of 24-year-old Hauwa Muhammad. The Yobe Commissioner of Police(CP), Abdulmaliki Sumonu told newsmen in Damaturu that Adamu, who is about 30 years old, has made a confessional statement.

The suspect said: “My name is Muhammed Isa Adamu from Potiskum LG. I started dating Hauwa since 2014. She was obedient to me. She never offended me. “I have been abusing drugs for almost five years. I even went to Azare General Hospital to seek medical advice in order to get rid of my addiction.

“I tried as much as possible to convince my family to meet Hauwa’s over our marital arrangement but my effort became unsuccessful.

“Eventually another guy started dating her. That was the beginning of our problem. She told me that if my family could not meet hers, I should allow the other guy to do so. “Apart from that, there was no problem between the two of us”, Adamu added

“One day I didn’t know what happened to me, I took my “Exol” and decided to end the lives of both of us. I killed her alone with a knife”, Adamu said. “I equally wanted to kill myself. May her soul rest in peace: she stopped me from doing that. While she was bleeding, she said I should not kill myself.

“She further advised me, before she bled to death, that I should repent and seek Allah’s forgiveness. I then promised her not to kill myself and that I will report myself to the police. “Which is why when the DPO ‘C’ division called me, I reported at once”, the suspect said.

Adamu said that he was a fresh graduate from Federal College of Technical Education, Potiskum, affiliated to Federal University of Technology Minna.

Some students of Kogi state university were shocked after discovering a snake in the kitchen of one of their lodge-mates. According to the Facebook user who shared the picture, the snake was spotted while trying to eat up a chicken after gaining access to the kitchen through the window. An alarm was raised as the students joined hands together to kill the long reptile.

Residents of Ben ama and Tengele ama communities, Oluasiri clan in Nembe local government area of Bayelsa state - have accused the military joint task force of killing villagers after early morning raid in the area today. According to reports, about four persons were killed and several other persons injured.

Among the victims were 2 young men and a nursing mother with her 2 months old baby, who was killed after bullets allegedly pieced through the baby to the mother from the back.

The military raid reportedly lasted for about 8 hours as the troops searched for militants in the area, according to reports from the villagers who are now counting their losses.

This is quite unfortunate. Aden Marwa - the only Kenyan FIFA assistant referee captured in a video by an investigative Ghanaian journalist Anas Anas on BBC Africa receiving a bribe of $600. He has since resigned from the 2018 FIFA World Cup refereeing team.

Marwa was one of the linesmen set to officiate in Russia before the BBC aired an expose that saw the celebrated Kenyan blower allegedly receiving a bribe Sh60, 000 before a match.

According to reports, Marwa, a Mathematics and Chemistry teacher at Komotobo Secondary school in Migori County, was approached by a journalist posing as a Ghanaian football official during the African National Championship.

After receiving the paltry sum in bribe, Marwa forfeited at least Sh2.5 million for appearing at the World Cup in addition to Sh200, 000 per game officiated after Fifa confirmed that the referee will not be travelling to Russia.

Marwa, 41, first featured in the 2011 Fifa U-17 World Cup and was among the only four other referees picked from Africa to officiate in the world biggest football extravaganza that is set to kick-off on June 14 to July 15.

It is against the Fifa code of conduct for any match official or officials to accept a bribe.

Two suspected kidnappers were today death with after they were allegedly caught while trying to abduct a child. According to Facebook user Zainab Musa, the young men were apprehended while trying to make away with a child whose parents left to play outside.

An alarm was raised after their movements were suspected before they were caught and beaten by the crowd.

They were later handed over to the police, according to information gathered.

A mild drama happened after a young man who accosted his elder brother, a former commissioner for environment, at the Gabriel Okara Cultural Center during the world environment day celebration in Bayelsa.

According to Ebiowei Lawal, the young man claimed he has made several attempts to reach his brother to help him, as he has suffered unbearable hardship for a while, but the former commissioner refused to see him or take his calls for over a year now.

According to him, when he accidentally met his brother at the event, he tried talking to him but the former commissioner snubbed him and walked away.

So, he at that point decided that his brother must render the assistance to him there or kill him because he has gotten to the point of no return.

The drama however lingered until the police came and arrested the young man in question, leaving the former commissioner to speed off.

Three chieftains and national leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), namely ex-Ogun State Governor, Otunba Gbenga Daniel (popularly known as OGD); Senator Buruji Kashamu and Senator Ben Bruce met yesterday in Abuja with a view to resolving the issues that have rocked the Ogun State chapter of the party over the years.

At a closed door meeting, which lasted for over three hours, the two major figures in the face-off, OGD and Kashamu, discussed all the issues and resolved them.

According to reports, they agreed to work together in the interest of the party and the good people of Ogun State.

It was resolved that given OGD's pedigree as the only former Governor produced by the PDP in Ogun State as well as a two-term Governor of the state, he would lead the party in the state to victory.

Informed sources say that immediately the news of the meeting filtered to the authentic leadership of the State chapter of the party, Engr. Adebayo Dayo, it hailed the move, describing it as "a welcome development that will gladden the heart of all and sundry".

One Muhammed Adamu, the suspected killer of 24-year-old Hauwa Muhammad, has been arrested by police operatives. The Yobe Commissioner of Police(CP), Abdulmaliki Sumonu told newsmen in Damaturu on Tuesday that Adamu, who is about 30 years old, has made a confessional statement.

The suspect was brought to the press conference.

The CP then allowed the suspect to narrate how he committed the murder to the press.

This is very sad. Here are graphic pictures of three officers attached to the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) who were killed in the line of duty.

The police officers including the brother to Nasarawa Amazons’ goalkeeper coach, Audu Yahaya, were hacked to death with machetes in an attack reported to have been carried out by suspected cattle rustlers in a mountainous area in Nasarawa Local Council of Nasarawa State, yesterday.

Their butchered corpses have been retrieved by the state police command.

Operatives of the Bayelsa Volunteer security service apprehended a suspected cultist in Yenagoa, the state capital. According to reports, the suspect identified as Saviour debekeme, from Aleibiri, Ekeremor Local government area - was arrested with a locally made gun.

Until his arrest, he was residing at Yenezue-gene, Yenagoa.

He reportedly confessed to being a member of the "Supreme Greenland Confraternity"...

The suspect has been handed over to the Bayelsa Police command.

A young man who decided to thrive on deceit has been apprehended by security operatives. According to Facebook user Emmanuel, the guy disguised himself as a lady with in order to be able to deceive unsuspecting men and obtain money from them.

It was gathered that the suspect who has been arrested and is in police custody - was exposed after trying to flirt with a male client with the intention of scamming him before an alarm was raised.

The deceased who was the brother to Nasarawa Amazons' goalkeeper coach, Audu Yahaya - was among three officers reportedly killed in a battle with suspected cattle rustlers in a mountainous area in Nasarawa Local Council of Nasarawa State, yesterday.

I received with complete unbelievable trepidation the untimely death of a gallant (N)SARS officer, Audu Danjuma, brother to Nasarawa Amazons' goalkeeper coach, Audu Yahaya today.

The late SARS officer was among three officers reportedly killed in a battle with suspected cattle rustlers in a mountainous area in Nasarawa Local Council of Nasarawa State, yesterday.

No better love than for a friend to lay down his life for the sake of his friend.

You have fought the right war. You have demonstrated unequal patriotism to your community, state, and nation at large.

You gave your all for the security of humanity and society.

You were killed in what you believed in, lived for, and swore to die for.

To the great families, loved ones, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances you all left behind, may God console them, taking solace that you have fought a good and brave fight and history will never forget you.

We will continue from where you stopped and ensure justice is done to your killers as a mark of honour to you, your family and the peace-loving Nigerian people.
