Actually, aptitude tests like GMAT and others are not the courses taken while in school and it's like you need extra training for such tests..

Even I saw a test for nurses in which they said they'd need to train them for the test before they administer such to the nurses cos definitely they won't pass without such training no matter how long they've been in the profession

I believe if we put some professors to test in other aspects of their field, they'd fail in such.
