Olivegreen: You're missing the point!!! Being gay is not just about gay sex just as love is not just about sex. You just quote the Bible from beginning to end but you can't interprete it with wisdom. I don't care how you have sex with your wife or husband ( by the way are you male or female?) To me, as long as you both love each other, you both can use whatever positions or methods to give yourselves pleasure during sex.
Some people just like acting blind and intentionally ignore the main point of certain issues. Sex is not the main point of the lgbtq+ community. The main point is that love is love regardless of one's gender. We fall in love with other people's souls and not their body. My body was given to me so it should not define me but my soul is who I am therefore, it defines me. If my soul loves the soul of another female then how is that wrong? I love her personality and not just her body.
Please let us stop this unreasonable spread of hate and intolerance.
Love is love.
Yes you can love another human being. It is scriptural.
What is abominable is the sexual part.
First commandment...Love God with everything.. We certainly don't have sex with Him..We only try to serve Him by touching others' lives.
Second commandment... Love your neighbor as yourself.... It also does not involve having sexual relations with them. David loved Jonathan as his own soul...his love transcended even that for women but David definitely did not have sex with Jonathan.. He had his own wives.. God help that your soul... Cos it came from God and after all you've done in the body..it's going back to its Creator to give account..
The Israelites were slaves and had to pass through the wilderness and red sea. Jesus was I'm the wilderness to be tempted of the Devil. John the Baptist... He was the voice if one crying in the wilderness... The 12 Apostles passed through their own.. Paul passed through the wilderness experience.
Jesus said in this world, we would have tribulations, to be of good cheer. He has overcome the worldly!
Question...
1) Is tribulation and Wilderness experience the same? 2) Do we all need to pass through the wilderness as Christians? 3) What do we stand to gain or lose? 4) Is it of any spiritual or physical importance?
AsowebDesigns: For five years, Fatima has been eking out a living as a street beggar
How can someone beg for a living... Na WA o
Begging is highly lucrative.. If you know you know. I once knew a real cripple on a wheelchair at an Estate in Ibadan. He had many wives and children. He had houses and even travels about to beg. I saw him even at a market @ Abeokuta.. They target market days.. Forget that they make 300-500. Rich men give them thousands at a go in the name of alms.
You can imagine that she's been feeding 7 kids in Abuja with this trade...
paxonel: they were never Christians but were of baptism of John the Baptist until Paul baptized them with the holy ghost what do you mean by Christians seems powerless? Who is saying some Christians seems powerless? every Christian already have the holy spirit in them. The moment you believe that Jesus is the Christ, that is the holy spirit in you. the holy spirit is not meant to do anything else but to remind you that you are saved the moment you believe. Every experience of physical achievements the holy spirit will not help you do any. You will be the one to do and achieve them yourself like anyone else.
Acts 19 called them disciples and they were confirmed believers only that the baptism they had received was that of John..
How relevant is the Holy Spirit to you as a Christian today?in Acts 10:38 Jesus Himself was quoted to be anointed with the Holy Spirit and power. In the book of Acts 19:2, Paul asked if some Christians he met had received the Holy Spirit. The Bible was quoted that Paul quickly made sure that they received Him because it was written that Jesus was anointed with the Holy Ghost and power and went around doing good because God (the Father) was with Him.. Could not having Him be the reason why some Christians seem powerless? As Christians, do we still need the Holy Spirit? Do you have Him? What has He done in you and your life? The Bible said we should be filled with the Holy Spirit and not with wine! ..
Share your experience (if any) if you have received Him.
GisterBlogger: Hero Super cop, Celestina Nwankwo who saved a young mans life after being shot by armed robbers and left for dead. . Officer Celestina Nwankwo DPO Ogudu Police Station is an angel/super hero.
On the 19th of September 2019 a young man named Ajabor Friday was shot by thieves and left for dead at Ogudu.
As usual hospitals refused to take him in until officer Celestina intervened and had to threaten fire and brimstone before the young man was taken into a hospital.
Ofcourse they said the usual "we can not treat him without payment". To cut the long story short, officer Celestina has spent over N400,000 (four hundred thousand naira) that she did not have (she even had to borrow) to see young Friday through a major operation and he is now out of the ICU and stabilised.
I asked her why she did it and she said when he looked up at her while bleeding, held her hand and said "mama dont leave me, I do not want to die" she knew there was no way she would know peace if she did not try her best.
She did not want me to do this, but I said I had to. I celebrate you officer Celestina Nwankwo. God bless and replenish you.
