The billing system here is not automated.. Its a mixture of both estimated billing and prepaid meters but that wasn't the cause of the issues from the start.

Nigeria is just a sad story, citizens needs to be organized and make leaders accountable but we expect this incompetent self acclaimed leaders to do the right things. Until citizens who are the majority becomes relentless at making sure political office holders are accountable nothing will change

I stay at the affected area..No light for the past 1 month,but its sad to see it get to this,but also the solution is close cause protests and violence is the only thing the leaders understand before they work.

They won't tell you the whole story..
Since Over a month now,there has been no light in this area hence the action of the youths(though I don't support) but has proven to be the effective way of getting any agency in Nigeria to act.

I prepared in three weeks for my IELTS UKVI.

I borrowed a book called BARRON’S from a friend who had written previously and also spent a lot of time watching tutorial videos on YouTube.

I also downloaded IELTS apps on my phone and I would say it was three weeks of extensive preparation. Wrote on November 20th 2019 and got a band 7.0.

As per the registration, After registering on their website, I went to a GTBank branch and raised a draft in British council’s name and went to their office in Ikoyi Lagos the next day and was issued a receipt. Got a confirmation email for my payment and subsequent emails with links to preparation materials.

That his children hospital just before Madonna is a marvel. I think it has a helipad inside, I always look at the unending fence whenever I'm passing it to Madonna. Only the money spent on the fencing can be used to build 3 three storeyed buildings.

Revenge. What revenge? ATM revenging for LFC? Doesn't look that way to me. If so LFC is such a weakling looking for help anywhere. Ramos is used to this and i can bet u we haven't seen the last of this battle. Costa has won round 1. Round 2 coming up during the season.
P.S: Ramos isn't scared of yellow/red cards just as long he achieves his beastly aims.

Ramos feels he's the Alpha and Omega when it comes to shithousery so I am just glad he was given a taste of his own pills last night.Costa bullied him all through the game both physically and football wise and thats a nice sight to behold.

I am still mulling over the CDs project I want to carry out because its a huge one.
I am a corps member serving in Akwa Ibom state 2018 batch A.The in road to my PPA is terribly bad that when it rains,its almost inaccessible and erosion has denigrated the road and made it tiny from both sides.This community really need a new road but I am still confused on how to start up this huge task.
