Keep men promiscuous nature aside, it's not easy to be a man. A man that doesn't work won't eat, a woman might decided to be a full house wife but a man can't try it, wetin your wife and children go eat if you stay at home?
The hustling spirit dey man blood since birth.

If you are not there yet, keep trying and don't give up. As a woman, try and get a life too. If men and women bring something to the table, the house won't collapse.

We are yet to see the sacrifices/cutting costs from the government side. I can still remember how TINU mobilized different groups to protest against Jonathan's policies. Can't will find someone from the opposition to mobilize diiferent groups for protest now or none is generous and have political strategists like TINUBU?

Sitwalkstand:
I am not a Tinubu fan but i don't have problem with this policy but for few concerns.

Here is why.

In England, you pay 3 things on a car mandatorily. These are Road tax. you pay tax to government for using their road. Every car in UK pays this. UK government makes billions of pounds every year from it. We pay insurance and we do MOT every year.

The government needs money to run things. Nigeria is owing almost 50 trillion. That debt needs to be paid.

Here is my concern with this policy

Timing: Nigerian's are suffering already. You removed Subsidy that skyrocketed commodity price and PMS price without anything to cushion the effect on the people.
The price should be reduced to 300 naira which will give government 30 billion each year assuming we have 100 million cars. 30 billion can do a lot on roads in a year.

Whatever takes money out of people's lean pocket should be avoided for now.

Electricity bill is going up in July

We don't have data to track all cars in Nigeria to ensure compliance. Agbero will harass Nigerians unnecessarily. making life hell for motorists.

Ogas at the top will print receipts and take the cash away except where it must be directly paid to the bank and online receipt generated which road safety can verify on the go when they ask a driver.

Tinubu handlers should tell him that those hailing him will soon join those mocking him if the policies do not have human face.

People are already suffering.
You said the government needs money because of our external debt. Tell me, are they (politicians) not the one embezzling the borrowed loan?

How are you sure they won't still embezzle all these taxes they levie on nigerians?

Are the politicians ready to sacrifice themselves?

capital NO. The boys causing all the shits don't have any skill before traveling out of the country and believe they must make money by all means so they go back to the village to either oppress/compete/impress their people during yuletide to show off that they have arrived. They make it difficult for genuine people to travel. I blame the society at large for this

they have working holiday visa for citizens of these countries. They can come in with this visa start work next day if they see one. Unfortunately Nigeria is not there. And like Ticha said they wont give you visit visa to come look for work or attend interviews.
Being a nigerian has so many disadvantages ooo. No nice country son of man can easily migrate to as a Nigerian. It is pathetic
TravelRe: General New Zealand Student Enquires by damble: 7:52am On Jun 22, 2023
Ticha:
No idea how feasible that is. Visa and transport are very very expensive - have you looked at the costs? And it takes an average of 10-16 weeks to get a visit visa from Nigeria. No employer is going to realistically wait for that long to interview you. INZ will also not issue you a visit visa to come attend interviews.

You won't know how feasible it is till you try so go for it!
Thanks for your response

There are pathways open to skilled professionals. The skilled migrant pathway is open for those who have jobs/sponsorships - it has a points requirement for selection and they have gradually upped the points. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/preparing-a-visa-application/living-in-new-zealand-permanently/new-zealand-skilled-residence-pathways

It is historically very difficult to get a job in NZ from Nigeria (including almost all developing countries apart from India and SA) but with the severe skills shortage, who knows?
I usually see a lot of job opportunities in my career field but the issue is that they are ONSITE INTERVIEWS. Is it possible if I can travel on a visit Visa, attend interviews and if successful, travel back to Nigeria while the company that wants to employ me assist to getting work Visa and travel back with it?

During their time they spent 3years in NDA
But Adosun was a lieutenant general while Buratai was still a major general on his appointment then

Adeosun senior Buratai but served years under him before retirement. Should we say he didn't respect himself?
