I'm so pained right now. How is it that after over a week of communicating with glo customer care over an over scratched card issue I still can't get a solution. I was told that the issue would be solved and my money credited to me, but for over a week now nothing has been done. I've tried calling back but all I get is some annoying advert that goes on for hours. I know 200 naira card might not be a big deal to them but it is important to me as a struggling Nigerian student. like seriously nothing seems to be working in these country.

My phone menu touch just suddenly stopped responding and whenever I click it or any thing above or under it, it reads as the home key instead. I have tried restarting it severally and even took of to factory setting still no changes. Its a brand new oukitel c8 phone, just 3 month old, it has not fallen down or had any scratch. Please any one with a solution to this.
