Masturbation plays a big role in a normal sex life. Some of us discover it as children because it starts to feel so good between our legs. Others are shown by our friends. We continue to masturbate because it feels so good. It gets us ready for mature sexual relationships when we reach adulthood, and it helps us take care of those raging hormonal urges and surges when we are teenagers. Masturbation can enhance mature sexual relationships where two partners use it either as a prelude to other sexual activity, or as the main fare. And it keeps us going when relationships falter, such as when a partner is ill or away. It is a great equalizer in a relationship where one partner needs more sexual activity than the other. Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances. The side effects of such changes to the body include: Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time Lower back pain Thinning hair / Hair Loss Soft / Weak Erection Premature Ejaculation Eye floaters or fuzzy vision Groin / Testicular Pain Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone Over-masturbation can pose serious threat to sexual and over all health, curing these effects with herbal supplements is safe as herbs do not have side effects and are quick to alleviate the problem. Masturbation has been a way of satisfying sexual desires for both males and females since a long time, it is estimated that 94% of males and 64% of females practice masturbation. To an extent it is treated as harmless and even good for health but when the frequency of masturbation goes beyond the tolerance limit of body organs then its effects are dangerous if left untreated. The biggest effect of over masturbation is mental rather than physical, person in habit of it gradually shifts away from normal intercourse and finds masturbation more satisfying and pleasurable. People in habit of it always seek few moments of loneliness to masturbate, even slightest arousal can make them aroused and they may feel the urge to discharge. This situation can promote problems like low libido, ED and lack of orgasm. Other then these problems people in the habit of over masturbation may face the problems like prostatitis, weak parasympathetic nerve, distressed liver, semen leakage, premature ejaculation, sexual exhaustion, impotence and low sperm count..after all dis assumption is this act really bad as to not intensifying it??... |

The acting governor who disclosed this to Leadership on Monday in Jalingo, the state capital said he is yet to set eyes on his boss since he was sneaked in into the country by a certain cabal.Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai and Garba Umar “Few of my aides and I were already at the domestic wing of the airport to receive my boss but, unknowingly to me, the cabal was already waiting at the international wing of the airpot where the plane conveying my boss was directed to land. When I got to know that the plane landed at the international wing, I rushed to the place to receive him, but he was in a jeep which immediately drove him to T.Y. Danjuma Lodge,” he said. Umar alleged that the cabal was holding ailing Suntai hostage in order to hold onto power even at the detriment of his health. He urged residents to shun religious differences and work towards unity in the state. “I thank God this year’s sallah was peaceful; peace has returned to some of the crisis areas in the state. And I have also constituted a reconciliation committee to ensure that those who fled their homes because of crisis return,” Umar said. The acting governor vowed that his administration would continue to make sure that citizen of the state enjoys the dividend of democracy. Meanwhile, in a reaction to the alleged missing of the governor, Emmanuel Bello, a former commissioner for information in the state told Leadership on phone that governor Suntai was not missing. According to him, Suntai was doing well and would soon return to the state to continue his administration. “Since our dear governor returned from his medical trip, he has been at the Governor’s Lodge, otherwise called T.Y. Danjuma House, located at Asokoro in Abuja,” he said. Bello alleged that Umar was just waiting to finish this administration which brought him as deputy governor, assuring that upon expiration of the tenure, he would pack his things out of Government House.. Slyvanus Giwa, the senior special adviser on media and publicity to governor Suntai could not be reached for confirmation. The acting governor who has been under pressure since ailing Suntai flew in for the second time after being hospitalized abroad on September 25, 2014, explained that the recently set up medical panel meant to monitor the health of governor Suntai is not made to impeach the governor. It would be recalled that Suntai has been under medical attention for two years now following the injuries he sustained in a plane crash on October 25, 2012, which he was the pilot. www.naij.com/301623-gov-suntai-declared-missing.html

Lagos-based pastor, Mr. Kayode Jacobs Pastor Kayode made this known on Monday during an interview with ThePunch. Although Pastor Kayode says although he doesn’t have the kind of money to compete with other governorship aspirants, the likes of Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro; and Jimi Agbaje, he could still defeat them to win the Peoples Democratic Party governorship ticket. The pastor, who is an indigene of Badagry, said he had the backing of a large number of pastors in the state as well as massive grass roots following in 57 Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas. He said: “This is my David moment. You see, nobody expected David to become king of Israel because he was the last son but when God would favour him, he picked him from obscurity. I am sure that God’s favour will see me through.” Speaking on why he decided to run for governorship as opposed a lower political position he said that was the only position that would make him have a huge impact on lives. Pastor Kayode said: “I don’t want to be a senator or a House of Representatives member because I don’t want to be debating and making laws. I need a position whereby I can make a direct impact on the lives of the people. Also, this was the position I was directed to contest for.” Meanwhile talking about Governor Fashola’s administration which he described as not being friendly to the masses said Fashola’s government only favours the rich while neglecting the poor. He, however, stated that Fashola’s achievements in terms of public infrastructure would not stand the test of time. Pastor Kayode Jacobs runs Family and Relationships Ministry in Lagos. He said he had been in politics for over 20 years having worked with a former Minister of Information, Mr. Dapo Sarunmi.

According to Daily Sun, angry youths buried the victim, David (popularly known as DD), in a nearby bush. The victim is allegedly responsible for the death of one Celestine Offurum, who died in August. The President-General of the community, Mr. Napoleon Amado, confirmed the incident, saying that the youths of the community, who suspected Umah of having killed Mr. Celestine through witchcraft, had taken laws into their hands. “It was during the search for the whereabouts of the deceased by villagers and vigilante team when they discovered that he had been buried in the bush,” Mr. Amado said. According to Mr. Amadi, as soon as the discovery was made, the police were alerted, and the police exhumed the body for autopsy. The traditional ruler of the autonomous community, Eze Bonny Umah, expressed deep regret over the action of the youths, who were believed to have been engineered by one of the community leaders. Last week, a 65-year-old herbalist, Alhaji Olatunji Azeez, buried alive a retired Customs officer and her 10-year-old daughter in one of the rooms in his house in Ire Akari Crescent, Ajuwon Akute, Ogun State. |
The controversial discovery was made after the researcher found no verifiable mention of Christ’s existence from 126 writers during the ‘time of Jesus’ from the first to third centuries. He says he is a fictional character invented by followers of Christianity to create a figure to worship. “I must conclude that Christ is a mythical character.” The 126 texts he studied were all written in the period during or soon after the supposed existence of Jesus. Paulkovich says that well-known writers surely have heard of someone as famous as Jesus – but none of them mention him. What is more suspicious is that the super-savior did not write anything himself. “When I consider those 126 writers, all of whom should have heard of Jesus but did not – and Paul and Marcion and Athenagoras and Matthew with a tetralogy of opposing Christs, the silence from Qumram and Nazareth and Bethlehem, conflicting Bible stories, and so many other mysteries and omissions – I must conclude that Christ is a mythical character,” he writes.Paulkovich says that even in the Bible Paul the Apostle, often credited with spreading Christianity and writing fourteen of the twenty-seven books in the New Testament, never refers to Jesus as a real person. As he was unaware of the virgin mother, and ignorant of Jesus’ nativity, parentage, life events, ministry, miracles, apostles, betrayal, trial and harrowing passion. Paulkovich’s views will surely prove very controversial, as most scholars do not support the theory that Jesus never existed. |

1960 Nigeria declares independence from Britain in October. Three years later, it becomes a republic. 1966 In January of 1966, a group of army officers, consisting mostly of the Ibo peoples, and led by General Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi, overthrew the central and regional governments, killed the prime minister, took control of the government, and got rid of the federal system of government to replace it with a central government with many Ibos as advisors. This precipitated riots and many Ibos were killed in the process. In July of the same year, a group of northern army officers revolted against the government (beginning a long history of military coups), killed General Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi, and appointed the army chief of staff, General Yakubu Gowon as the head of the new military government. In 1967, Gowon moved to split the existing 4 regions of Nigeria into 12 states. However, the military governor of the Eastern Region (Colonel Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu) refused to accept the division of the Eastern Region, and declared the Eastern Region an independent republic called Biafra. This led to a civil war between Biafra and the remainder of Nigeria. The war started in June 1967, and continued until Biafra surrendered on January 15, 1970 after over 1 million people had died. 1970s 1970 The Biafra secessionists capitulate in January. Successive governments promise elections but military rule continues. During the early 1970s major reconstruction of the areas that were formerly part of Biafra undertaken. 1979 Nigeria returns to civilian government rule in October, electing Sheu Shagari as President of the Second Republic. 1980s 1983 Shagari regime is deposed in December, as a military coup ousts the democratically elected government. 1985 A second coup ushers in a regime headed by Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (picture to right). Babangida later promises new elections. 1990-97 1993 Nigerians go to the polls in June, elect Social Democratic Party candidate Moshood Abiola as the new president of the country with 58 percent of the vote. On the eve of election results, General Babangida annuls the election. The United States suspends aid as a political crisis ensues. Eleven die in riots protesting military rule. Moshood Abiola Babangida steps down in August and chooses interim government. Gen. Sani Abacha seizes power in November. 1994 Nigerian police arrest Abiola in June after he declares himself president of the country. In July, a federal high court charges Abiola with treason for declaring himself president. Sani Abacha Wole Soyinka, winner of 1986 Nobel Prize for literature, flees Nigeria in November The 50,000-member Nigerian Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers declares a strike as the government sends in soldiers to replace workers in July. The strike increases the price of crude oil worldwide. Most of Nigeria's oil workers return to their jobs in September. Ken Saro-Wiwa 1995 In October, General Abacha vows he will step down in three years after reforms are complete. Nigeria's military government hangs nine political activists in November, including well-known playwright Ken Saro-Wiwa, who was accused of involvement in the killings of four pro- government traditional chiefs in 1994. Nigeria is suspended from the Commonwealth, the 52-member organization grouping Britain and its former colonies, after the hangings. 1996 Kudirat Abiola, the outspoken wife of detained Nigerian presidential claimant Moshood Abiola, is shot and killed while being driven along a Lagos street in June. 1997 Exiled writer Wole Soyinka is charged in absentia with treason in March by the country's military government. 1998 May 7: Nigeria announces that it has freed 142 prisoners on orders of General Abacha. June 8: Abacha dies at his villa in the Nigerian capital. He is quickly replaced by a close ally, Maj. Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar. June 9: The Clinton administration offers improved ties with Nigeria's new military government if it frees political prisoners and moves toward democratic reform. June 12: Hundreds of Nigerians hold scattered protests in Lagos to demand an end to military rule. They are dispersed by troops and police. July 3: Nigeria's new military government confirms that they intend to release the country's political prisoners, including Moshood Abiola. Maj. Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar July 7: Nigeria's imprisoned political leader, Moshood Abiola, dies of an apparent heart attack as he talks with Nigerian officials and senior U.S. diplomats about how to resolve the country's five-year-old political crisis. July 20: In a major television address, Maj. Gen. Abubakar promises that free elections will be held in early 1999 and a civilian sworn in as president of Nigeria on May 29. 1999 January 20: Nigerian and international election monitors declared that local elections in December and state elections Jan. 9 were fair. The country enters high campaign season for the election of its first national civilian leadership in 15 years. February 27: Nigerians vote for a civilian president in an election marred by claims of voter fraud and irregularities. Two days later, Nigeria's election commission confirms the winner: former military ruler Olusegun Obasanjo. |

The ex-governor, in a statement captioned: ‘A Return to Decency’, which was issued on Monday in Lagos, said the several years of misrule by successive Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidents had continued to sink the country into further crisis. APC Tinubu, who is a national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, tagged the 16 years of PDP rule in the country as a period of steady decline into disaster. Bola Ahmed Tinubu The APC leader hinted that the longer the PDP continue to stay in power, the less benefit Nigerians would get. He stated that the country needs a ‘common sense revolution,’ which he explained as a revolution that calls forth a return to decency, probity, transparency of process and fairness in outcome. According to him, such revolution could only been accomplished by honouring the principles of democratic good governance and economic justice, and not by deception, divide and rule that would turn Nigeria into a field of discord or a street of broken institutions. He said the revolution would be executed by making the people understand they are better off as one instead of tearing at one another’s throats. “Nigerians should be prepared for change. We must rescue Nigeria from those set to cause it irreparable harm. The change I talk about is the only route to our deliverance from 16 years of the PDP locusts. Nigeria is ours to keep and its democracy is ours to save,” he said. The former governor also called on Nigerians to use this year’s Independence Day to reflect on the state of the nation because other countries that had their Independence almost the same with Nigeria have far outshined us. He said the Nigeria of today is like a nightmare to its founding fathers. Tinubu, who further blasted the PDP-led government, accused them of using religion to cause disunity among the people. “We commemorate this Independence Day because the nation has survived despite its many challenges. We dare not celebrate because the nation has not flourished as it should. Fifty four years our national trek began with hope and promise, peace and unity. “Today, the nation staggers beneath the weight of trouble multiplied by hardship. Peace and unity seem to have yielded the moment to violence and discord. We exist as a political unit on a map but we do not prosper as brothers and sisters in one nation, under one flag and pursuant to one accord,” Tinubu said. The APC chieftain alleged that President Goodluck Jonathan’s transformation agenda was an avenue to drain the country financially through unscrupulous means. He accused the presidency of not having a national blueprint or vision, but of excessive self-enrichment. “Their equation is simple: You work, they feast. You toil, they grow fat. You seek a decent wage; they pilfer the collective treasury to enjoy a king’s ransom,” he said. READ ALSO: What Tinubu Has To Say About His Health Tinubu further alleged that, instead of the PDP-led government to promote religious tolerance and peaceful existence, President Jonathan’s administration is geared towards promoting ethnicism, internal divisions and religious suspicion, saying; “successful nations are not built this way, have we not learned the lesson that we paid the high price of civil war to learn.” Meanwhile, the former Governor of Lagos State and national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu on September 18, 2014, returned to the country after a prolonged alleged medical trip abroad. www.naij.com/298619-tinubu-wants-revolution.html |

PM news reports that the President who spoke on Sunday at a church service to mark the country’s 54th Independence Anniversary coming up on October 2, 2014, in an inter-denominational church service at the National Ecumenical Centre, Abuja, made a schoking revelation. President Jonathan revealed that the country is still battling terrorism and kidnapping because Nigerians had not united against them as they did against the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD). He explained that Nigeria was able to defeat Ebola virus because Nigerians united against the disease regardless political affiliations, religion or ethnic origin. Jonathan, who urged Nigerians to unite among themselves, pointed out that there was no force or challenge that could withstand a united nation. “Take the case of Ebola for example; this is a good example all Nigerians must learn from. When Patrick Sawyer brought Ebola to Nigeria, it was in Lagos that this incidence happened and in terms of politics, Lagos is an opposition party state but the central government is the ruling party. From Lagos Ebola moved to Rivers State, also opposition party state. But because all Nigerians fought Ebola irrespective of political persuasion, irrespective of religion, irrespective of ethnicity, as individuals we defeated the disease,” Jonathan said. The President praised the Nigerian military and other security operatives for their bravery and triumph so far recorded against the terrorists despite internal disruption. Jonathan reiterated that the country’s armed forces and other security agencies need Nigerians support and encouragement to fully rid the country of terrorists and other enemies of the state. He also condemned the provocative and instigating statements made by some politicians and urged them to refrain from such statements for the sake of national peace. “We will not require people to come from heaven or other countries to solve our problems. What we require from our brothers and sisters is to encourage our military because it is not easy. When people are sleeping in their houses at night, they are busy fighting. Bullets are not badminton rackets or something. When I listen to some statements made by some people who call themselves leaders, I feel sad for the country. We must believe that we do not have any other country outside of Nigeria,” Jonathan said. It would be recalled that on September 23, 2014, Nigeria’s Minister of Health, Onyebuchi Chukwu, revealed that Nigeria is completely free of active Ebola cases, adding that all contacts of the deadly disease have been released from surveillance. Meanwhile, the Nigerian military has continued to clampdown on the Boko Haram terrorists group. The sect members were repelled by the Nigerian army on Thursday and Friday September 25-26, 2014, when they tried to attack Konduga, Beneshek and Damboa communities. The Nigerian Army also recorded a resounding victory over Boko Haram insurgents during a failed attempt to capture Maiduguri. http://www.naij.com/297899-still-boko-haram-gej.html |

Tribune reports that the tragedy which occurred at about 1.00p.m resulted to a heavy traffic, keeping commuters, pedestrians and motorists for several hours. It was reported that the raging fire also razed some residential buildings, parked vehicles and other properties estimated at millions of Naira. Eyewitnesses said the deceased comprising the driver, his conductor and a young boy who was said to be excavating sand by the road side, were burnt beyond recognition. The inferno which reportedly lasted for over three hours was eventually put out by the combined effort of the state’s firefighters and officials of the Nigerian Ports Authority. A witness, who gave her name as Ima Tessy, blamed the accident on wrong overtaking. She said the two trucks, laden with petrol where struggling to overtake each other on the same lane, not noticing the empty tanker that was packed along the road. She said one of the driver lost control while trying to give way to the one coming from behind. Effiong Akpan, another witness said the crash happened when the truck driver was trying to avoid parked trucks owned by a transport company. Edem Edet, a fire fighter from the State fire service, who confirmed the incident, said they got to the scene few minutes after they received the signal. Meanwhile, accidents involving petrol tankers are not rare in the country, especially in the busy areas of the country. Some months ago a loaded tanker collided with a VWGolf car at the Nyanya end causing a long-time gridlock along the Keffi-Abuja Road, FCT Abuja. www.naij.com/292537-explosion-kills-three-calabar.html |
It was reported that the ex- governor was visiting his local government, Akko, when he was apprehended by the commissioner of police for an undisclosed reason or formal charge. The serving senator was said to have been released although the reason for his arrest is still unknown. Danjuma Goje, took office as the governor of Gombe State on 29 May 2003. He became a Senator for Gombe Central on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the April 2011 elections. It would be recalled that Danjuma Goje, was among the 11 senators who defected from PDP to APC, and shunned a meeting with the Senate leadership, David Mark. It was reported that efforts made by the Senate President to pacify the defecting senators, were thwarted as Bukola Saraki, Danjuma Goje, Shaba Lafiagi, Magnus Abe and others were angry over the refusal of the Senate leadership to read their defection letter, as they had expected, during last Wednesday’s plenary did not fall through. |
