With request, and out of stress of sending to each potential clients, I have decided to post pictures of stainless steel locally fabricated Garri processing machinery.

•AUTOMATIC CASSAVA TUBER PEELING MACHINE: The main purpose of the cassava peeling machine is to peel and wash clean without the use of hand.
The good thing about our own peeling machine is that it washes clean, at the same time of peeling. It also comes with an engine to drive it. Unless the client prefers the use of electricity

•CASSAVA TUBERS GRATING/GRINDING MACHINE

The stainless steel cassava grating or as some would like to call it (though, it is wrong), cassava grinding machine comes with either a 175 diesel engine for a ton per hour, or it comes with an 8hp diesel engine, for a 2tons/hr.
The purpose is to crush the cassava tubers after peeling and washing is done.

• PRESSERS (CASSAVA DEWATERING MACHINE)
After grating, you dewater. Of course, that is after fermentation process.
The 32ton jacks ensured that you can press twice a day!!!
There is an option of an automatic pressing machine that can press up to 40bags to 60bags (depending on price) at once, and this is already to fry before just 1-2hrs.
That's right! With automatic pressing machine, you can put in 40 bags or 60 bags and watch them ready to be fried within 1-2hrs!

•SIFTING MACHINE (SIFTER)
Sifting can be done twice, or once, depending on the type of Garri to produce. This machines does that for you, fast and easy, with its vibrating technique.

•STAINLESS STEEL MANUAL GARRI FRYER
The manual fryer is just the same old method of Garri frying. I actually sees it as the best, since it involves the old art of frying.
This 4 by 8 feet fryer would be operated to full capacity by two people.
One manual fryer has the capacity between 3 to 5 bags of 50kg Garri per day.
Heat source could be firewood, gas or charcoal.

•AUTOMATIC GARRI FRYING MACHINE

An automatic Garri frying machine is not a bad attempt at Garri frying, using modern ways. In fact, it has proven to be very effective and gets the job done!
No need for too much labour.
This fryer will deliver between 7 to 10bags per day.
This fryer is well insulated and doesn't burn you from the outside while working. It also has a firetrap that doesn't allow you to use much fire.
This fryer uses electricity or generator to drive and need firewood, gas or charcoal for the heat.
There is an option for automatic fryers that doesn't require electricity or generator to drive at all.

•AUTOMATIC GARRI GRINDING MACHINE
This is one machine you need for grinding the left overs obtained from sifting. This machine is stainless steel and for small scale producers, you would need this instead of the hammer mill.
The advantage of this, over the general non stainless grinder is numerous. Apart from the durability and the high speed at which it works, it is sure to get you NAFDAC approval, even if you cannot yet afford the hammer mill.

Guava leaves contain polyphenols that inhibit the enzyme amylase action. Amylase breaks down complex carbonhydrare into simpler sugars that the body absorbs.
