hello. i searched a lot on the internet but found this post full with information and helpful people. i would like to discuss my case with you.
i had applied for hsmp visa in 2008 and was refused because UK immigration said my documents were not authentic. I then applied for student visa 15 days after the hsmp refusal and it was also refused reasoning my previous application was not authentic. i then applied for student visa in germany and i got the visa. now i stay here with no problems and my status is fully legal and all my papers are authentic, i studied here as a postgraduate and doing a job as a software trainer.
the major problem is that i applied for general visitor visa for UK in 2009. they refused my visa again saying that my previous history is not good and you are not a genuine visitor. So i appealed against the refusal to prove that i am genuine visitor and i am doing a fresh application. they refused my appeal as well saying that my previous history is bad and various things which does not come in my favor. the judge said that all my future applications will be refused automatically for the next 10 years. they did not mention the word "BAN" on the refusal letter.
is there anything that can be done in this case. can we request them again making a new application. please help

Oga sir u dont need help ur case is as simple and easy as anyfing YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED must they use the word BAN b4 u understand ur situation when judge don tell u say all applications would be refused for the next 10yrs u still dey wait for am to use the word BAN maybe you might need to go to his house so he would explain further,  i have been to uk and to germany also i wonder why ur so desperate to go to uk when i and u knw that germany is better infrastructure wise and co, abi u get another thing for mind,  wait till u get german passport,

i understand what ur going tru and what u feel but i feel if u must make that move u wanna make i fink you shud consider US or canada, uk aint worth the stress,

Guy you earn 160k guy if u gat a spouse visa to enter USA pack ur bag and move i know that all this write up are just for formality sake thats if your not in the states already do you know what you stand to benefit , see question, you can go to school start a life and then you can latter go into business,

@House,i got to Calif yesterday,the Journey wasnt easy at all,close to 12hrs from Lagos to Atlanta,close to 5hrs from Atlanta to LA,then another 2 hours drive to my school,I kavent settled down really but mere looking at what i am seeing,its not easy at all especially with accomodation here,Does anybody know when a student can transfer?Is it after a semester or session,I will also be happy if anybody knows of schools in Long beach or Maryland which gives a free tuition to transfer student.This is because i have relatives in those two places,so i will be staying with them,so accomodation and feeding will be easy for me,Abeg,i need quick responses.Spring hopefuls,i wish you all the best in your admission process,Just follow this thread and i am sure you will all laugh at the end.

@kspecial i know dat feeling me was denied 3times b4 i finally got mine so i know when i say weather u like am or not when God say ur time don reach even consular self no get choice, men ma brother like i tell everybody yanky get space for everybody come enjoy urself come hussle come see comfort come and determine ur own destiny in the land the lord has made i understand the feeling when i got ma US visa after i thank God finish i take like 3bottles of cold star e no easy ma broder i wish all of una the best oooo,

This post sounds so familiar i gat ma 2cent which i am soo soo sooo soooo sure about when u get married u must be granted entry into the uk, as far as u can prove to the consular that the marriage is for real, them must give u visa trust me, cause i know pple wif worse scenarios and dey are back in the uk happily married, so babes go and do ur fing .

@ojap sorry this is coming late but pls pls pls pls pls pls n please dont go in that embassy with all this suggestions cramped in ur head, have an idea of wat to expect and be as real as you can what is urs is urs u cant force it out and when its time for you to get ur visa u wont even have a choice, i speak from experience   when i went for ma interview at the american embassy the guy b4 me was interviewed for a student visa trust me this guy was sooo rusty and confused infact inside me i was like jeeez why dis guy dey 4kuplike dis naaa, he failed to answer 40percent of the questions asked and still he was granted a visa, so u be cool ok and most impt let the will of God be done, ok, i wish u all da best ,

Speaking from experience i applied for a 3days conference in the united states and was giving a 2yrs multiple entry visa well some others did apply and was given 3months 2months n all DAT, don't know why mine was diffrent , i also did get a Canadian visa and i am currently in Canada Windsor to be precise. and for those who know Canada very well from Windsor to Detroit by road is less than 10Min's drive well i did drive with ma cousine to Detroit we where re interviewed our car checked we paid 5 dollars each and was given a I-94 white paper allowing us free entry n exit into US for the next 6months, was DAT easy we drove into Detroit picked up his aunty n was out in less than 60Min's fastest trip i ever made in my entire life,

Just got a ticket for 2nd week of June would be going wif ma mum via amsterdam and then toronto. bur a little bit confused bout something ma yankee visa is multiple entry while the canadian 1 is a single entry after carefully studying the rules as regards the single entry with the canadian visa i realised the i can actually move into the US from canada and come back to canada as much times as possible how true is this?

Nairalanders some few weeks ago i wrote about my experience at the American embassy and the outcome i picked up ma visa on The 7th of this month at usvfs center after my interview on The 5th of May. yesterday i fanally collected my Canadian visa single entry 5months funny enough i applied via faith the miracle is the fact that i promised my MUM i would take her on a trip this year mind u she never travelled b4 so i attached her passport with mine did a hotel reservation applied single entry visa n did 2 bank drafts of 9500 each and applied on The 11th of MAY cause ididnt want the ups delay i took it to the embassy maself and paid for only the return via ups. i was scared cus i know Canadian embassy as a difficult 1. in me i told God if the embassy is to give anybody visa at least let them give ma mum n deny me at least i still get Yankee 2yrs. exactly 11working days after i called ups to know Haw far my package dey said it was ready i went to gbagada office n surprisingly me n ma mum was given the visa am not really a church person but i tank God for his mercies and everything at least ma mum can now travel with me she got a Canadian visa on a virgin passport. wetin i go do baba na to tank u LORD am gonna make sure i give ma mum the groove of her life although she ain't up to 60 at least we cud still go clubbing THANK GOD. I SAW THE JOY IN HER WHEN I TOLD HER SHE WAS GRANTED A CANADIAN VISA i wanna apply for a visitor in transit visa for her so at least she fit chill 4 UK a nyt n den we head up to TORONTO. Reason for this write up is to encourage all genuine travellers that consistency pays my Yankee visa was given to me after 3 attempts. well ryt now ma passport got visas from all continents except ASIA AND AUSTRALIA

DAT WAS ALL VISA ISSUED. NOTE THAT THIS WAS MY 4TH ATTEMPT WELL IT WAS WORTH THE HASSLE I HOPE SOME PPLE WOULD BENEFIT FROM MY EXPERIENCE. CONSISTENCY IN INFORMATION HELPED ME THE TRUTH ALSO DID I WOULD BE LEAVING FOR THE US SOON AND WOULD BE BACK AS SOON AS MY CONFERENCE IS OVER,

with your status change i am very positive about them giving you the visa. You can use hotel reservation. However, these guys dont even check any document.

Tnx for the prompt response maybe i would just do the hotel thingy strictly on ma own because e fit be say na because of that guy them dey deny me self so the best thing na to do ma tingy n carry ma cross i would definatly get back to the house on the result of that interview come MAY watever the outcome is to me its freestlyle no shaking na ma money na ma passport na me na me n more over sometymes visa aint even the issue the issue is pocket money to be spent on vacation DELTA AIRLINE GOES FOR LIKE 230K N ARIK 250K dats crazy man.

Its really amazing that after 4yrs this post still means a lot to pple well that was my experience with the united states of yankee n up until now i still haven't gone back to that embassy withing that period of tyme i have built up my passport ryt now am planning another appearance at the embassy come APRIL this time around id rather do a hotel reservation at least withing the last 4yrs ma job has changed pay increased status changed n i have been to more countries so am wondring what the excuse would be now for those who have gone n have conquered lets hear from you.

hotel reservations are not to be paid for unless u want to pay for it. Do not pay for anything until u get your visa.

Aight Zaria home close to ma heart i schooled in Ztwn as it populrly called yea did school in ABU zaria although its quite some time since i left bur then we used to hold some shows at KCH and ZARIA hotel so any of this hotel is good to go except they got some new development. i so much miss that town i so much miss ma AMICI. Finally did pick up ma visa yesterday. Arrived the embassy by 12pm got ma blue tag was ushered in by security men waited 4 about 20mins my name was finally called went in presented the Fax copy of my hotel reservation and ma passport was given to me no issues. \

Bur funny enough those guys just they deny people silly its crazy whats happnin in that embassy.

Well German embassy just Changed there appointment system 3 days after my interview also chenged was the amount of days used in processing your application from 5 workindays to 2weeks.

would get back to the house on the outcome of my interview.
