@funky baby
  First and formost let me say thankyou for contributing to my topic as far as travel is concerned am LOYAL.
@All
  Now let me tell you what i know his reasons are so you understand the reason for his decision. The reasons are he is a contract staff with this telecommunication company as in his not a papermanenttaff and he earns btBTW00 and 120 thousand Naira a month. The point is this he sees no future with the company the Thirteenth Month is not much of a big deal cus your entitled to it haven worked with the company for a year so it comes every December. He is less than 26 and owes nothing to nobody. This Guy na my Paddy o. i think  it still boils down to meeting the right click in lonLondond what they can actually do for you as in SHOWING YOU THA WAY.

@FUNKYBABY,OSASP,ANUSULE
Is it possible to study in Londonth a visiting visa. are there schools that dont verify status in tha uk.

shimfe:
Hello Guys,

All your responses are wonderful & very sesible .But what i want to know or ask ratRather that Are you guys saying that if one comes into uk UK a legal immigrant will this be a far better option? And wouwouldu advise that one can take achChance relocate with a work permit visa for instance even if he has a Good paying job in naija?
Please i will honestly need sincere responses to this.
ONE LUV,
Guy u would deffinatly succeed in tha uk UK any visa other than the one which says NO WORK AND NO RECOURSE TO PUBLIC FUNDS.
TravelRe: How Is Life As An Illigal Immigrant? In The Uk by Dantecmu(op): 3:55am On Nov 14, 2007
Well i must confess. i am impressed with the response i have gotten so far. But please this is one topic i know makes a lot of sense pple back here in Nigeria make this mistake all the time. Now let me give two instances.

Instance 1
During my visit to Dublin a friend asked me to stay over at his place so i could keep another friend of his company who was coming in from Nigeria cus he was going to be at work when his friend flew in from niaja via KLM. After the arrival of this Youngman i jokingly asked him how was Ur experience with the immigration officers takin into consideration what i experienced at the Port of Entry his words where MEN THIS COUNTRY FINE O MAKE UNA NO LET ME CHANGE MY MIND I FIT STAY HERE O. Then i asked him what do u do in Nigeria he said he works with CHEVRON

2nd Instance.
Was at a Party sometime a house party of course and i was sampling opinions of pple around somebody bluntly told me MY FRIEND I SEE UR NEW HERE PLEASE DON'T BE CARRIED AWAY SOME OF US ARE TRAPPED HERE AND CANT EVEN FEED THREE TIMES THATS WHY THE INCREASE IN POPULATIN HERE. IF U GOT A LIFE IN NIGERIA GO BACK.

@D10
Thanks my bro am amazed when pple say the can actually use a visiting visa to study in the UK. Is this true?
@Nigerians in tha UK
Make Una tell pple wey dey here the black and white abeg me inclusive cus sometimes it flips through my brain as an option even haven seen the miserable life illegal immigrants are leaving abroad.

TravelHow Is Life As An Illigal Immigrant? In The Uk by Dantecmu(op): 9:23pm On Nov 13, 2007
Hello Fellow Nairalanders i recently introduced a colleague of mine to this forum. Cause his inbtw making a decision that might end up bothways. Now the issue is this we both work with a telecommunication company in Nigeria he just secured a 6months multiple entry visa to the UK. And his bent on resigning come December 2007 so he could collect his 13th month Pay cheque and all necessary allowances and Disappear to the UK. I have being to the UK and i have seen pple who made it illegally and some others who see there decision as the biggest mistake of there life. Now from those who have experienced it how easy is it to SETTLE AS AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT IN THE UK. What are his Chances on the street. Do You think its worth the show.
Responses Posted on this topic would go a long way in influencing his decision come Dec 2007.
Thanks

it still explains the baked pototoes that you eat everyday. she's american yeah right !! i can just imagine how ''wowo'' she will be.

are you really sure that you are in Dublin?? if yes, then take a visit to the african foods shop and compare the cost of african foods in naija to the cost of those in UK. since you are so f*cking blind and dumb that you can't read my post and see the word ''compare''. thats the reason why i have highlighted it this time.

olodo rabata

You said before that i married an Irish woman for "papers", and now you asked if i'm trully in Dublin. Wht the contradiction?
You don't have to "imagine how 'wowo' she will be" you can see her by my side with her US soldier brother: Just click my username and the photo is there.
Would you now accept a hand shake of peace from me ?

Keep getting disappointed oh! Even when he left the topic closed, you still contributed, so?. Trying to play with sarcasm on me shocked shocked shocked forget it! You have decided to label me with a derogatory word as an Immigration Expert sarcastically, should I retort back in kind? I guess not.

You know you are a well confirmed liar about finishing youth service and having two years work experience at age 23 shocked! It takes only a genius not resident in Nigeria to do that feat! Your so-called intellectual postings on this forum does not in anyway depict such a feat!

Back to your posse, do you know American citizens who want to come and study in the UK, or even in Europe do not need a visa? Do you even know international immigration laws?

Rather than spending your time cracking your intellectual cloud chamber for lies to keep spraying across the forum about an imaginary entity, I would suggest you go sit down and read! It is more worthwhile to do.

Not only that he claims to have achieve all that, he has even obtained his masters degree as well. . .

This guy DANTECMU stole my number and started a correspondence with me, i thought he was for real, and i was exchanging informations with him for several days until things began to get strange. He told me his name was Nnamdi, and i entered it in my address book, hoping to meet this impressive young dude someday in Dublin or in Nigeria (since i'll be there soon). It became funny enough when i observed him lying each time he contacted me, and so, i suspected that he might have lied to me also about his own name.
 I sent him a text message. . ."Hey friend, what's that your name?" But the poor liar who didn't have a good memory replied childishly "My name is Chuks"
 Then i responded "What was the first name you gave?" The liar (who apparently had forgotten) never replied, and this compelled me to search his profile and his posts to see how many people he has been kidding with, and you all know the results.
 Please, nairalanders, who ever wishes to hear or have knowledge of something whatsoever should avoid guys like this DANTECMU unless you want to believe a lie or a counterfeit fact. Remember, it's better to know nothing than to believe a lie

Nice move was at the us embassy some few weeks ago my simple advice make sure you have an answer for all questions on your 156 and 157. Pray to God as in Pray to GOD reall hard nothing is impossible if u can explain to them why u need to visit the US u would be given a visa.BEST OF LUCK.

NB Your uk visa wont really give u an edge cus u havent used it to prove that you can go and come back and u are still goin to be regarded as someone who has not left niaja B4 on yor DS157 when u are asked to list countries you have been to. your visa has not been used so u see.

Hi,
I ve applied for student visa twice and denied because of;
1st refusal,I was denied because i forget to explain what i did for 3 years gap between my secondary;and before i
entered University,in which i explained at my 2nd application.At my 2nd application,i also denied because of my sponsor
biz details.i.e my uncle.Now i want to use my In-law as my Uncle,who is leaving at UK as my Sponsor.Can i use him
and what and what he needs to send to me?I want to pay my remaining balance of my school fees this week.
Your advice is highly needed because i am planning to apply at mid of this month.
10KS in advance.
What ever u wanna study in london why dont you do it in Nigeria or why dont you appeal you have being denied twice. i did my masters in Nigeria in fact UNILAG cause i wasnt granted an F1 visa that was some few years back, You would be denied again and again i'd advice that you appeal and stop re applying. Something am sure about is that no application is 100 percent accurate sometimes the ECO overlook some points and ur visa is granted while sometimes they just give reasons for denial if they dont want you in london. you sound too desperate already and once they understand that you are desperate you could be denied 100 times in a month. thats my opinion though.

And please next time you have issues i;d advice you throw it open instead of mentioning names dont you think new pple join this forum every second and that some with informations might just mind there business and read through. The names of pple u mentioned are just like you too they need visas too to move from there present locations. especially if its a study visa

Italian police stop blood-drinking Nigerian gang
By Malcolm Moore in Rome
Last Updated: 3:04am BST 20/10/2007

Members of a Nigerian gang, which initiated new members by forcing them to drink human blood, were arrested in Italy as they prepared to launch a machete attack on their rivals.

Police confiscated a trove of machetes
Police in the northern Italian town of Brescia mounted a night raid to stop the Eiye Confraternity, who are ethnically part of the Igbo tribe, from fighting members of the Bini tribe in Verona.

They discovered a trove of machetes and axes, some of which had been allegedly used to amputate the limbs of previous victims.

“We have been tracking this gang for two years and we arrested the men who we think are the bosses,” said Carmine Grassi, the head of the Police Flying Squad in Brescia.

Five unnamed men, aged between 25 and 35, were arrested in Brescia, Turin and the southern town of Aversa, near Naples. A sixth man, who is already in prison for another offence, has also been served a new arrest warrant.

advertisement
Mr Grassi said the Eiye gangsters would be charged with several offences, including running drug, extortion and prostitution rings and cloning credit cards.

“The operation started after the Nigerian government warned us that several gang members had left Africa and spread into Europe. Other members of this gang are active in the UK, in particular, where they can get fake passports,” he said.

“The gang is like a cult. Members all have to wear blue hats, clothing and blue shoes, and they often spoke in patois or code,” he said. “A new member would slice his veins and let out some blood into a bowl.

"The other members would mix the blood with water and everyone in the gang would drink it,” he said, adding that detailed diaries had been found at the scene.

“We moved to arrest them because we heard they were planning a mission to Verona to attack their enemies.

"We found several machetes and axes, some of which had been used to hack off people’s arms,” he said.

“Recently there has been a surge of violence in Turin, with rivals fighting each other,” he said. “We have been working together with Nigerian police to identify the criminals involved. Members of the Nigerian community have also reported several episodes of violence and helped us to infiltrate the gang,” he added.

The Eiye Confraternity is only one of a series of Nigerian gangs. The cult gangs, which have names such as , Buccaneers, Sea Dogs and the Vikings, were all formed at universities in Nigeria, along ethnic lines.

The student gang members often launch vicious attacks on examination day against their rivals, and Lagos University now has to provide an armed guard on campus.

The Nigerian education minister, Oby Ezekwesili, recently said 200 students and teachers had been murdered by gangs between 1996 and 2005. In June 2002, at the University of Nigeria at Nsukka, an armed gang drove three cars into the engineering faculty and opened fire on students sitting their exams.
Whats with u guyz. are there no gang activities in dublin. una don condem naija sha but you 4get that you where born here and that there are worse countries than naija.
