I think u guys should always take a peek on the geographical channels,history channels and natgeo wild. They have very educative programmes that tell u about the origin of man and in most cases it always corrolates with the bible. I am not talking about christian evangelicals.i am talking about scientists

In the beginning, the the whole land was gather in one side. There was no separate continent, but only one big land called earth. The earth at this time was in the North west east and south.
Thus God created Eden in the east.
It was easy for the whole earth to speak one language and move together that was why the Towal of Babel was possible. Noah was able to go round the world the tell them about the flood, gathered the animals and also spread after the flood.

It was at this time the continent started breaking out. If you considered the shape of the continent you will see the part each broke out from . e.g. south America braking from the part of west African. India and Australia breaking out of Asia map and so on.
