We need to discourage intermarriage in this country, It isn't good for Igbos or Yorubas. Intermarriage should be done based on similar cultural values, an Igbo can marry an Efik and it would be a very successful relationship, but marrying Yoruba is culturally too far and the relationship will usually be a disaster. Since the damage is done in this case, there's no need alienating the children because of their names - they have both Yoruba and Igbo blood in them, before they grow up to become another Rhodes or Uncle Ruckus. |
nedekid:There is nothing stopping them from including the legal cost in their prosecution Even they spend all that money, most Nigerians (especially defaulters) are terrified of prison, a defaulter might not care about his reputation but he would care about eating watery beans with a bunch a sexually starved deviants. That would probably a better scaring the next set of defaulters into behaving. They have done their worst in this case |
LoanShark:Arrest them for theft? After all a loan company would probably have their NIN and BVN easy to track |
Ballzproblem2:They are classified as a terrorist organization in the post. Point is, when they started they were not viewed that way. |
How many people have died and are still dying on top of Oil? Now add 3 spoons of Lithium to that Oil |
Ballzproblem2:From the Lebanese / Palestinian perspective they are |
The damage is done, they have played their trump card. After publicly disgracing them what else can they do? If they were a legal loan company they could have easily notified the authorities. |
There is nothing is wrong with this, it helps to unite and organize the people. Unless they become too ambitious |
drimzsmoke:I haven't watched the movie but I have heard the plot. What is false though? |
IPOB have successfully destroyed Anambra |
1. Over time, its methods turned increasingly violent, leading to numerous terrorist attacks. 3. Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) Initially established to represent Palestinian interests and fight for statehood, factions within the PLO have resorted to terrorism against Israel over the decades. 6. Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) The FSLN fought against the Somoza dictatorship in Nicaragua and initially sought social reforms. Tamil Tigers (LTTE) Formed in the 1970s to fight for an independent Tamil Eelam in Sri Lanka, the LTTE became notorious for suicide bombings and other terrorist tactics during the civil war. 8. Peter Obi is copying the strategy used by Nnamdi Azikiwe and Nnamdi Kanu... Make false claims that there are assassination attempts on your life so you can portray yourself as a Martyr and get pity support. |
Why should Soludo care? Nnamdi Kanu is from Abia, Simon Ekpa is from Ebonyi Yet UGM concentrated all their efforts in destroying Anambra, and Soludo should help them in turn? |
Dalohad:The husband's friend died Some of you, God forbid |

I haven't watched it but in the original Lion King, Mufasa and Scar were clearly brothers with Mufasa being the elder and the king, Scar was the younger and heir apparent until Simba was born. From the plot of this movie, they completely ruined the dynamic and turned Scar into the rightful ruler and Mufasa an Usurper. In that case it was actually Scar who was cheated. |
Morality itself is the invention of the poor/weak/sick, it is their greatest weapon. "Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" "Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth" Only the poor and meek would believe something so stupid. Morality is a survival mechanism for people who suffer, it makes them feel superior to those who are richer than them, it also gives them hope that their day would come, that one day they would inherit the earth Rich people use morality as a convenient tool either to encourage subservience in those beneath them (the poor) or to defeat their rivals (other rich people) and they drop morality when it no longer profits them. So yes poor are morality superior because morality as we now know it, is their creation. |
Nigeria already has enough drug trafficking cases, we don't need new suppliers in Mexico (the home of El Chapo) |
Good, the conservatives will win Canada and they will start the deportations, Canada, UK, USA, France, Germany. 2025 the deportation year, no more staying comfortably in another man's country while sending all sorts of insults and terrorism back home. |
Myrepublic:Why do you people love anybody who attacks the authority? Why you love to promote anarchy and disorder? |
How do you define benefit? How does wearing clothes benefit you? You might say it covers up your body and keep you warm - but a wrapper or a blanket can do that job too and maybe a better one. 1. Having a President from your tribe is a status symbol, it can bring respect and recognition to that tribe 2. It can create connections and improvements in government positions 3. It can also be a source of inspiration/role model to members of that tribe It doesn't always need to have material benefits Again the word benefit is highly subjective |
RIP to the victim That husband should not have married a 15 year old girl, probably against her wish. |
Bro is trying hard to revive his career after his attempted scam |
SIRTee15:A better question should be, if Jesus performed all those miracles and wonders why were there so many Jews who didn't accept Jesus, mind you the Pharisees were very educated moral abiding people who would have common sense to see the truth. James was a Christian but he was a conservative Christian he strictly abided by the teachings of the Torah (unlike Paul), which is why his madness was tolerated, i use the word 'tolerated' because eventually he was killed by the highest moral authority in the land. Jews caring about James death was simply because of the abuse of authority and the hasty trial, so it was classified as murder to them which was a violation of the Torah. |

SIRTee15:He was killed by Jews; According to a passage found in Josephus' Antiquities of the Jews (20.9.1), "the brother of Jesus, who was called Christ, whose name was James" met his death after the death of the procurator Porcius Festus but before Lucceius Albinus had assumed office – which has been dated to 62.[100] The High Priest Hanan ben Hanan (Ananus ben Ananus) took advantage of this lack of imperial oversight to assemble a Sanhedrin (literally a synhedrion kriton in Greek, a "Sanhedrin of judges" , which condemned James "on the charge of breaking the law," then had him executed by stoning (Antiquities 20.9.1). Josephus reports that Hanan's act was widely viewed as little more than judicial murder and offended a number of "those who were considered the most fair-minded people in the city, and strict in their observance of the Law", who went so far as to arrange a meeting with Albinus as he entered the province in order to petition him successfully about the matter. In response, King Agrippa II replaced Ananus with Jesus son of Damneus.[101]https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/James,_brother_of_Jesus |
SIRTee15:The Jews did not keep quiet infact they fought hard against the madness, unfortunately their fight against insanity was simply free advertisement the mad people needed to brand themselves as victims and gain support. I do not know how James the brother of Jesus died and I'm not sure you know either. I'm not even sure Jesus had a brother. |
Dtruthspeaker:The followers probably saw themselves as God, therefore they have every right to fabricate and lie. |
