Majority of football countries are white, Germany, Argentina, France etc. Messi, C Ronaldo are whites. A phone can be packaged in Germany, the screen can be made in China, the battery can be from Taiwan, the code can be written in Japan etc.

Most African countries simply do not have the branding or necessity necessary for them to be involved in this cycle.

Nobody even you would want to purchase a 'made in Nigeria' car over a 'made in Germany' car.
