It forbids prostitution and immodest dressing - this would put an end to all the hook up culture, prostitution and the crime that accompanies it.

It punishes criminals - Instead of the "Thou shalt not judge" principle that allows all manner of crime and injustice to persist in society, Sharia law has serious repercussions for criminals which would help to reduce crime in society.

It makes people take religion seriously - we now live in an age of hypocrisy, Sharia brings back a form of seriousness and authenticity in spiritual matters.
