See, many things was done in Lagos as a capital Territory then that is still beneficial to the state till today, the port, roads, bridges so many...Abuja as capital city today , still struggle to slug it out with Lagos in terms of IGR , because of many things including sea port... Infact , PH is not doing badly when compared to Lagos in terms of IGR, just imagine moving FCT to PH or Calabar , those cities will explode, because of the resources and it's capacity to take a sea port, today all goods are passed through Lagos just because it's of the cost of getting another sea ports in other southern states , like Ondo, Delta , Rivers, cross river...and this sea sea port we are talking about was built long time ago...our present leaders only know how to harvest but do not want to cultivate....may Almighty Allah bless the labour of our heroes past....Amin
